Issa Samir vs Aryee Ayittey on Aug 30



As Ghana reassumed its leading role in the African boxing fraternity by taking its number one position, their much beloved son ,the 2008 Beijing Olympiad and IBF world Jr. Middleweight Youth King, Issa Samir defends his turf against the Macho man Aryee Ayittey on August 30, 2013.

Samir’s catapulted to his present position did not just happen overnight or came from Manna but, a shrewdness efforts from the man who fought all his life to leave Bukom, a fishing shanty strip along the Ghanaian coast neat to Jamestown, Accra. The younger Samir’s struggling to unshackle from the poverty saw him joining boxing as a vehicle to fight poverty.

Coming from the family of boxing where his older brother Bastie Samir is a sparring partner whose the Moneyman Floyd Maywhether depends on to sharpen his killer punches, Isaa’s path to greater heights is a matter of time as he is still a toddler at 23 years!

It is a marriage of convenience when he married Golden Concept Business Group under the Ghanaian promotional and financing Guru Henry Manly-Spain soon after he had joined the paid ranked boxing. Samir’s jostling for his future was akin to his leaving Bukom shanty town and wanted to pair with someone who could propel him to the greater heights and Henry Mainly-Spain a.k.a Muttuest was the man.

He will defend his title against a much younger repugnant slugger Aryee Ayittey on August 30, 2013 at the Accra National Sports Stadium before the expected thousands of his countrymen and women. The two younger sluggers are leaving nothing to chances as they prepare properly to face one another. A win for Samir would see him joining the big leagues meaning senior titles like the IBF International and join the big leagues for bigger titles.

As for Aryee Ayittey, he has what it take to win the title from Samir and he has camped in Kumasi, the second largest city in Ghana to prepare for this ominous campaign in his life. He leave nothing to chances as he target to take the title from Samir and join the big leagues for better days ahead.
