does this guy excite british fans? Cause we don’t care in the states

How is Haye not able to get any significant fights right now? The heavyweight division is ridiculous. Nobody fights. Make the Klitz fight each other or drop the belts for a tournament. How are they not the number 1 contender’s to each other’s title after all these years?

Another lose for Haye not a redemption fight for him.

Wow rod, that would be one GIANT step for Wilder.

BIG FOOT

Wasn’t Malik Scott trash talking for a K=bro fight on here recently. Let him fight Haye to decide the trash talking champ.

David Haye & Wlad the two HWs with the best reflexes in the division. All the others are zombies compared to them. Some are tougher than others but all ZOMBIES nevertheless lol…..

Would like to see haye against another explosive fighter………..Perez or Boytsov or even Tor Hammer then would like to see him against a giant……….Helenius, Wilder, Wach, Ustinov before the final test

I have no trouble with Haye getting a title shot, if he earns it. I’m glad he is going to be more active, hopefully against quality opposition. He also needs to be impressive. After his efforts in the first Klitschko fight, he is looking a much smaller purse in the rematch unless he can create some fan interest.

Mo-Box – The Champion decides the terms… not if it goes to purse bids a stipulated by the governing body… Now Haye can use this bargaining tool or just arrange with his promoter to outbid the rest of the purse bids. So no… The Champion does not decides the terms…. if it goes to close purse bids… this is a fact if you like it or not means FA. I can only suggest you refer to the governing bodies rule books regarding this matter… which in its self and looking to go to bids is a bargaining tool to utilise…. its part of negotiating or getting the fight moved to another country!!

David Haye is old news. he doesen’t bring any seriusness to the heavyweight boxing and only talks talk he don’t back up = cheap Trash talker.,

Despite all the bs he talked, he IS a very good boxer. So, it’s good to have him back as long as he keeps his trap shut. He should mix it up with Fury, Pulev, and others. With Vitali not understanding that his time as a great boxer is coming to its end, Haye might have a chance in two years against him. Vlad on the other hand is too smart and quick for Haye. If Haye want to fight the younger brother, then it’s clear it’s a fight not for the title, but for the money. And I’d love to see Haye vs. Fury happen after one of them has won a belt. Just not yet, let the UK boxers first fight all the other contenders.

More reason not to bother watchin HW division.

My guess is Haye (like many rich UK people) has put all his money in the banks in Cyprus and has lost a ton. In any case, together with Pulev the only one who could beat Wladimir in my opinion

Mo-Box

Until then, STFU and fight till you’re on top. Top contenders of the past were fighting for free just to get the title shot FFS! The oportunities are virtually endless ONCE you have the title in your hands.

Haye is #1 with the wba so seems like Povetkin should be the next stop. Pulev #1 ibf and Helenius #1 wbo. So if Vlad wants to take the path of least resistance then take on the Finn. Pulev at a later date.

Noupe – history has shown it’s much BETTER not to go to purse bid. Klits know this as well and offer accordingly to the profile of their opponent, if you don’t own any belts and are just a top mandatory contender you maybe get 20:80 or so against a guy who has all the World belts minus one (Vitaly) while you maybe get 30/70 dealing directly with them. Haye was a very lucky guy to get 50:50 from Wlad from last time out, just because he mouthed off Klitschko family so badly Wlad wanted the fight no matter what, although Haye realstically deserved maybe 15-20% at best! I mean at best, looking what he’s done and acheived in HW compared to Wlad. It won’t happen again this time since Wlad is a lot smarter now, if I’d be Haye I’d fight Wlad for free, imaging what he earns AFTER he beats Wlad, FFS people have completely lost the plot with money these days. The Champion decides the terms, your job is to beat him and you are rewarded all goodies that comes when YOU are the reigning, defending champion – YOU will decide the terms then. It’s part of the sport, honour and ethics – a king vs a power-hungry servant issue.

some personality back in the HW division…. get to a mandatory position against one of the Kilts and then don’t agree terms and let it go to purse bids… the only way you will get a fair shake against one of these two control freaks!! and it’s with-in the rules!! good luck and glad you back… TH HW’s have been boring without him!!

At last, a chance for redemption for A-force!

Pleased he is back.

Pulev would be a tough one …. Id like Haye to fight Ademek (easy one for Haye I think) and then Povetkin (tougher but winnable for Haye).

Hope he fights someone half decent like Povetkin or Fury, or puts an overhyped Wilder out of his misery.

No he is not the 3rd best heavy. Who in the heck has he even fought to merit that?

Fight Povetkin and Fuy, and the K Bros will face you. On their terms, David, they’re the champions (just to remind you). And don’t run your mouth about that because that’s the way it has ALWAYS been.

He was supposed to do it on TOESday…

Posted March 28, 2013 2:21 am

The K Bros don’t want to fight you, even if you hurt your toe they still dont want to get in the ring with a much smaller man who could make them look bad.
