I don’t know I remember when arreola lost a bunch of weight and seemed to loose mustard on his punches. I don’t know if weight loss is the right thing for arreola. He’s never had a stamina issue. Aesthetically he may not look lik michaelangelos david but he has ko power in both hands. I’m pulling for arreolla in this one. It is hard to say ibecausei really need to watch more stiverne tape. But this is a great matchup and we have been getting some good matchups at heavy so I am digging it

Should be a good fight. Arreola is as tough as they come, and I am going with an Arreola KO of Stiverne.

If arreola ever really committs himself to the sport and get his fat ass in shape look out! He is strong tough and rugged. Can punch and take a punch. However he continues to come in the ring overweight and out of shape (see adamek fight). Dude got beat by a blown up cruiser weight handily! Please get it together cris. Times ticking!

Stiverne was the victim of a TKO by an 11-14 fighter named Demetrice King in 2007 and has fought a fairly unimpressive group of fighters. Arreola wins easily unless he has slipped badly.

All we hear about is ‘post-klitschko’ what is the point of that outlook. Fantsay fulfilment

does anyone think chris nipples will ever achieve anything? I really am curious to know what you boys think. I feel if he could just stop shovelling burgers into his mouth he could potentially be a champ (post K bros of course)……can’t someone just slap him up side of his head and say “listen to me chris……you are a long time retired, you can eat whatever you want when you are retired, you wuill have millions of dollars in the bank and adoring fans everywhere and you will be a happy old man, just stop f#cking eating this sh#t food and start running, do that stuff when your retired, you are one of the 1% of the worlds boxers who will actually get a chance to be someone……STOP WASTING YOUR POTENTIAL YOU FAT PIG” a bit of tough love would help the fat guy a lot. i’d be interested in your thoughts chaps (not you though boxtra)

Rumor is out haye is going to fight Pulev. Two ambush fighters. That would be awesome to watch. Hate to say it but I think Haye would ud Pulev. Too fast

Arreola wouldn’t have been near the upper echelons in other eras, all he brings is toughness and a bit of pop. This era is apalling. He’s flat footed and cumbersome and wild. He came up well short against Vitali and while on the face of it his combination of power and durability could do for Wlad, he’s so crude and stationary of a target, I just don’t see it. Would be better for the division if Stiverne could step up and improve. Arreola Haye would be a good dust up, similar to Fragomeni & Chisora, putting Haye under pressure and making him work.

Stiverne will get the win and fight Vitali. Arrela is hopeless

The heavyweight division is pathetic. Arreola has been trying to lose weight for the last decade yet he comes in heavier in each fight? Sorry era of heavyweight boxing.
