The quality of this podcast sucks. Please, if you read this, James sounds like he is under water and the barely can be heard. The differential in volume is huge between the two of you, i have to keep raising and lowering the volume as you guys speak. It is annoying as hell!!! I enjoy the content and like listening but please fix the sound i9ssue. listen to the podcast urself and see what Im talking about.

@Edgar Guevara, you make good points. Canelo still need to work a bit more. He was hurt by body show in the mid rounds. Both fighters illustrate many mistakes. Canelo work rate was horrible but I wont argue about the decision. It could have gone either way.

Edgar your statement sounds stupid I guess making your opponent miss and making him pay = no skills

All Canelo showed last night is power, not skills. Trout the same did not showed anything. Sugar Ray Leonard and Thomas Hearns went to war in their unification. Hagler-Hearns showed skills, power and determination. Canelo has a way to go.

Trout admitted defeat because normally the losers cry and complain. Trout believes that he should of got the nod and that it was a close fight. I thought he won but I stopped keeping score after the 4th and just started watching. I had Trout ahead 3 to 1 at that time. But I’m also not gonna argue if you had Canelo winning a close fight. To say he out classes trout or breasted Trout then you don’t like the sweet science of boxing

A rematch isn’t needed Canelo will beat Trout much easier because of being 22 he will continue to improve. The longer Floyd ducks Canelo the worst it will be for him he’s better off fighting a 22 year old kid rather than a 25 year old man. Cause we all new why he avoided the Pacquiao beast of 2008 to 2010 now that he’s wash up like Mosley and Delahoya he wants a part of him

I meant who should canelo fight next, he can beat kirkland, I’d love see that but who else.

Who should kirkland fight next, go for the money with mayweather or does he need more tune ups before he is fed to the big bad wolf.

I agree that Trout lost, but he could have won, he should have put pressure on Alvarez in the middle rounds when it seemed like Alvarez got tired and or lazy. Trout should have threw more punches no matter where they landed. I’ll bet when he watches the fight he’s gonna be pissed at himself.

No doubt Trout is a TRUE class act and he just happened to be outclassed by a younger stronger smarter fighter. Canelo is a BEAST and if he learns that his jab actually leads his WICKED right … he will dominate for years.. I still think he needs at least two fights before he fights the best(Money May).. Canelo vs Cotto would be great.. maybe even Angulo or Kirkland
