Lols Toney was paid not to throw punches huh? He is 44 years of age, clinically obese, a seasoned poor trainer, suffering from dementia yet you are trying to convince us he was paid to do something that now comes natural to him as a fighter. Have you actually seen Toneys last few fights? A shadow of the fighter he was and you don’t have to pay the man to be what he has become i.e. fat, lazy, ill disciplined.

Lucas browne / Kimbo slice…….tell me you wouldn’t

Yep J Herron you’ve got it. The fight was fixed whereby Lucas Browne was monetarily advantaged by someone that paid him to fight tentatively, look gun shy against a shot old man and generally speaking under-exert himself! A master stroke! The winning guy came out of a fight fixed in his favour doing himself no favours! Brilliant fight fix strategy!

Who are these useless ausie fighters and why are they fighting bums?

SIR KO

James Toney’s years of abusing his body with poor conditioning habits and being grossly overweight have finally caught up with him. To his credit he went 12 rounds as an overweight out of shape fighter. He has no one to blame but himself. It was obvious that Toney was over confident Lucas Browne had only 48 rounds of pro experience, Browne was prepared and James Toney made him look better by showing up as Dan Rafael’s twin Brother…What a shame to end a brilliant career on such a low and embarrassing note.

James Toney wont be happy until his fight losses and his brain cell count hits double figures..Please retire, your legacy is assured, money aint everything, surely its the only reason he is still fighting..

The fight was fixed!

Total Tony embarassment. If he keeps this up, the Millennials will not know or believe this fat belly guy once ruled the ring. Can you believe he lost to a guy with as many fights as that? Toney will be the “he was once king of the ring” and amateur boxing coaches will whisper to their golden glovers to take it easy on the former champ in sparring. I’m sure the more experienced boxers in the blog have seen that. It is very sad but has happened more in this sport than you want.

I told you that James Toney would not defeat the bigger and stronger Lucas Brown, but then again most of you all knew that already so no supprise here :-)

A lot of respect shown by Browne, a little too much. He could of taken Toney out anywhere in the 2nd half of that fight. Still, he outboxed and was too skilled against a so-called future HoF and crafty veteran with ring IQ. I guess Browne had to slow down so others might fight him instead of running. Lets see Wilder fight him. That would gauge who is the pretender, and see what Wilder has when someone hits back.

Prize Fighter

James Toney on you tube talking wreckless about how he would beat Mike Tyson etc. this and that but goes to Russia and loses and now goes to Australia and loses. This dude needs to stop barking cause he don’t have the goods anymore. All he is doing is making himself look stupid, this dude is a cup cake in the ring, he’s sweet and if he keeps this stuff up he not only will be slurring with his speech like he is doing already now but he is going to be drinking slurpy’s slurring. Get this man commentating or training, cause he is going to get hurt in the ring, talking a good game is half the battle, but he cannot back it up. Retire!

The fight was pre-arrainged! Mobster promoter paid for Lucas Browne to win.

Don’t be so bitter Rod.

These Oz/NZ fighters never go anywhere. Haumono had no hope as long as Johnson tried, and I guess Kingpin’s still got some life in him. Browne will probably lose to him as well, making Johnson 3-0 against the Oceana wannabees (He beat Leapai too). Then Kingpin will come home and lose on points to any top prospect with a higher workrate.

Unfortunately, there will still be those out there who firmly believe that the Klit brothers are ducking Tubby Toney and that TTwould post a win against either brother if they ever did fight.

Browne goes the distance with a old blown-up middlewt. real deal…think not.And Johnson showed he can still box and fight to win against these wannabes who cant cut the mustard…

It took browne the clown a points win. Overhyped joke. Hope toney retires now though

Glad to see Brown beat mumbles.

Browne v Wilder or Browne v Magomed. James Toney needs to retire and get in Browne’s corner, guy showed a lot of good Samaritan in him and seemed to really like/respect James after the fight.

Browne vs wilder would be a good fight. I think wilder would win
