“Ali Cheba had an 80 percent knockout ratio and when he hit me it didn’t hurt me.” And who did you fight before Cheba, Ajose? Malek. A guy with 33 losses and you only beat him on points. Prior to that Lynes, Wright, and Haywood. You better go have a hard look at Matthysse’s resume’. It’s not just power that knocks a fighter out, it’s technique. And Matthysse has plenty of that. Plus he’s every bit the warrior you are. Once Lucas times you, you’re in trouble. Your toughness will keep you on your feet–for most of the fight. I happen to think you’re going to hit the canvas at least once and that will probably occur early in the fight.

What is and “exiting fight?” Oh, wait a sec. You mean “exciting?” Sorry took me a moment to figure that out. But you’re right, it will be an exciting fight. I favor Matthysse though. Ajose’s premier advantage is his toughness. Not his boxing skills, not his cleverness, not his durability. I like Lucas Matthysse by SD.

This is a good fight, but I go with the boxer, Olusegun. I hope I am wrong as Matthysse gives the fans their money’s worth in action fights.

Olusegun out boxes Lucas and has relatively comfortable fight to claim phony title..

I think TARK’s comments are spot on. Ajose Olusegun is a south paw Sugar Ray Leonard. I think jose’s all round skills will be the difference against Matthyse. There is a danger that Matthyse will get stopped in this fight. People don’t realise how durable and tough Ajose Olusegun is.

Come on Ajose! Now is your time!

Ajose Olusegun is a southpaw Sugar Ray Leonard.. He’s very fast.. He’s very durable, skilled, and clever.. Matthysse has been robbed twice in America. Olusegun watched those fights and believes Mattysse was badly robbed in both fights, especially vs Judah.. When you’ve been robbed badly you’re a little tight, a little anxious. You feel like you have to do something extra like Sergio Martinez did in the Paul Williams rematch. The only bigger incentive is when you hate an opponent who beat you badly before. I mean hate the guy to death, like Lewis hated Rahman … But it’s how you approach it. Sometimes a boxer gets overly wound up and that’s not good. If Matthysse was a cool as a cucumber all the way through training camp because he wants to be trained to perfection, it will show in the fight.
