Purdy was cruuuuude in his last fight. Came in 10lbs over weight, and thru only power shots. Good luck to lee, but I think Eddie Hearn is just cashing in again like he did with Gavin Rees vs broner

Awful fight they were really scrapping the barrel when picking Purdy.

Purdy’s not bad, but he was beaten by Denton Vassel, who is unbeaten and higher ranked, so why not Vassel?

Which fight is first? That’s the undercard, the last fight is the main event. When this card was announced lame ass Alexander was the main but maybe Showtime is back tracking now since Brooks is out and nobody cares about Alexander.

LOL nobody gives a damn about Purdy vs Alexander. The card’s draw is Matthysse vs Peterson. That’s what dudes wanna see.

Purdy is small time, he has no chance. Fair pay to him though has greatly over achieved to get here.

Oh dear: Where as I can’t blame Lee Purdy for taking this opportunity & I wish him well. I can only give him a 10% chance of victory here. Although Kell Brook is the #1 @ 147Lb in the UK, Europe & the Commonwealth Denton Vassel & Frankie Gavin are far more deserving of a shot at an alphabet World title then Lee. Lamb to the slaughter springs to mind. “I hope I’m wrong”!
