Ummm….reality check author. Pacman beat the snot out of Bradley. Most people know and understand that, especially the ones who are knowledgeable in boxing. Bradley hurt his feet becz he didn’t want to feel pacman’s power, that was obvious after the first round. Bradley was twisting, ducking, turning…doing EVERYTHING possible to avoid those bombs. Boy was scared. As for PBF, what can pacman do? He can’t force him to fight. Pacman has agreed to take less money, 55/45 split, and all of the blood tests. If PBF doesn’t step up, what else can Pacman do? It just seems real simple. PBF doesn’t seem like he really wants to fight pacman.

There has been a lot of “Out of the ring” stuff going on with Pacquiao, that is supposed to be worked out now. Pacquiao is fearless, and has incredible skill and heart.

no matter what style pac fought marquez marquez would give him trouble . he did in the previous three fights when pacqaia was a killer. and as far as bradley goes that was one of the biggest robberies I ever saw. the object is to win the fight and thats exactly what pacia did.

Why did Bradley injure his legs? Beacuse he kept on twisting and turning and running away from Pacman after feeling Pacman’s power punches. Several times, Bradley almost went down. If he fought toe to toe with Pacman, Bradley would have most certainly been knocked down! As for Floyd, well.. he had a very hard time fighting Cotto and got a bloody nose from only a few punches from Cotto. Pacman is a much stronger puncher than Cotto and Pacman is a volume puncher. Pacman can beat Mayweather!

I guess this means Ariza is going to persuade Manny to cycle again.

MANNY PACQUIAO SHOULD PUT HIMSELF IN HIS OLD FORM AND TAKE BACK HIS KILLER INSTINCT.

THIS KILLER INSTINCT IS THE REASON WHY FLOYD, JR. IS SO SCARED OF PAC.

You do stalk Pac though, don’t you?

Posted September 6, 2012 11:39 pm

LOL…Pacquiao isn’t knocking anything out except his own boxing career. In a rematch with a more determined and confident Bradley with two good feet, you’d better pray it is Pacquiao who would make it through 12 rounds without getting KO’ed. Forget about Pacquiao-Mayweather as that fight won’t happen in this lifetime. Even if that fight does happen, Mayweather would give Pacquiao the beating that no one else could other than Morales.

Don’t be so silly. Different fighters mature and decline at various rates. 33 is old for a WW. You are talking mostly about HWs! Plank.

Anonymous, I always like your posts on the ESB blog…very sensible and relevant. As for Pacquiao-Bradley, did you notice the faces of the two boxers after the fight? If you listened to Lampley and the rest of the HBO sock puppets who laughingly call themselves objective sports announcers, you would think Bradley was being beaten to within an inch of his life. But for all this punching Pacquiao was supposedly doing against his opponent, Bradley’s face hardly had a mark on it…no bruises, no cuts and no blood! In contrast, Pacquiao had a bruised-up face, puffy eyes and a bloodied mouth from a deeply gashed tongue.

Pac hasn’t looked good in his last few fights. He has taken punishment, had a busted ear drum against Cotto, Margacheato had him on bed rest for a few days, Marquez always bust up Pac. Pac has taken a lot of punishment. I doubt if the Mayweather fight ever happens especially if he fights Marquez again. Floyd would stop Pac in 10 rounds or less

Posted September 6, 2012 9:36 pm

Punchy

Sorry Pac has other interests as well in politics and family, he simply won’t get back to his best again he has simply aged and matured and lost a little drive.

“focus more on the other stuff.”
LOL… I felt slack for the fact that is was the first thing that popped into my head, but does “other stuff” imply EPO or HGH? XD

PAC Promises To KO

Floid will NEVER fight the PACMAN because Floid sees the PACMAN as he is a SUPERNATURAL BEING. If Floid enters the ring with the PACMAN, Floid will end up taking straight to the nearest hospital.

PAC Promises To KO

From my points of view, I see that Manny Pacquioa didn’t fight as he used to because of two major things:

1) He doesn’t want to scare Floyd Mayweather by knocking people out each and everytime; instead, he pretends to be slow and beatable to get Mayweather into that PacLand Ring first.

2) He believes in God. He doesn’t want to hurt people as the Bible says. To me, I think Pacquioa should leave this belief outside the ring and treat opponents inside the ring as a sportsmanship. With that, he will Knock People Out again and again.

PAC Promises To KO

I am sure Manny Pacquioa will take Ariza’s advice and be the machine and killer again.

PAC Promises To KO

Whatever division or weight Manny Pacquioa is fighting, there seems to be NO good fighters because he is just too good and he dominates all of them. If Manny Pacquioa is as big as the Klitzchko brothers, he would have taken all their belts, too.

As the fight with Floyd is not going to happen, he can enjoy the PED for some time beat the sh**t out of them and look great again. For a little while, and make more money :D

PAC Promises To KO

Writer, WHEN was the last time Manny Pacquioa taken punishment? I haven’t seen him taken any punishment besides what HE PUNISHES his opponents.

exceedingly weak response but juvenile sniping is the only option when you’re unable to argue with the FACTs . . .

Pac stalker alert. Follows the guy around because he wiped the ring with his heroes to hate on him.

There’s a lot of truth in what youy said. First thing is to beat up Bradley and probably knock him out. That’s what it will take to tune Pac up before an assault on Mayweather. Fighting Marquez again is pointless. They already had the rubber match, what’s the point?

atta-way to spin an otherwise obvious situation. which is it? Pacquiao’s* aging? Or has simply abandoned his previously successful training regimen? otherwise, Lampley and Steward couldn’t stop gushing about Pacquiao’s* “amAzing footwork” in his unofficial loss v. Marquez for which Team Pacquiao* (including Ariza) declared the very best and most thoroughly-prepared Pacquaio* they’ve ever seen. guaranteed KOs included(?!). bottomline, v. equally-prime and/or still potent competition, Pacquiao* is only a good fighter who visibly wilts at the sight of his own blood. he was actually fishing for a stoppage in his convincing loss to Morales during which he spit out his mouthpiece and feigned cluelessness when asked by the ring doctor whether he wanted to continue to which Pacquiao* responded with a blank if not pleading expression. Face It: without catchweights or other compromising conditions, Pacquiao* will have to Earn his unlikely “greatness” from now on.

I think Ariza is just telling everyone that Manny’s going back on the PEDs – very sporting of him!

Posted September 6, 2012 7:08 pm

The Mad Scientist

The only way to bring back the old Pacquiao is to decrease the skill level and the ability of his opposition..other than that Manny will continue to lose his confidence and self believe their for not being as motivated..its just a matter of time before knocks him hard on his ass and I believe that someone will be Marquez if the 4th fight happens..watch!

Who cares that Cotto bloodies Mayweather nose, its a fight and you are eventually going to get hit. As a matter of fact Cotto hit Pac way more times than he hit Mayweather. Now Ariza is a joke, did he not say before the Bradley fight that they where going back to the way he used to train and then Pac came in at the heaviest weight of his career, a weight I might add that they said he has to constantly eat just to stay above 140

Posted September 6, 2012 6:33 pm

TARK

Pacquiao has to rematch Bradley, knock him out, and fight Mayweather.. Then he has to quit Boxing.. It’s much harder for Pacquiao to focus now. Mentally he’s a politician always thinking about his constituents. In spirit he’s left his boxing career behind already and you never want to do anything half-assed — so he has to knuckle down and finish his career on a high note so he has no regrets … Bring this baby to a close in style.

They need to leave Pacman alone bull I tell you. They are hard on him because he’s not knocking guys out and he continues to struggle with Marquez like he did in his prime. The guy is beating the breaks off of other fighters and just cause he’s not knocking them out he’s slipped so badly. Mean while Cotto had Mayweather all bloodied up while Pac killed him. We use excuses for these fighters like they don’t have a management team or advisors lol. Cotto signed to fight him now don get me wrong I was pulln for Cotto but he’s a grown man-all of these guys are grown men-so why do we make excuses for them or better yet give them an excuse afterwards. Pacman str8 beat Bradley up-I mean he beat the dude up and they robbed him now you have people talking bout the fight was close after 10 views come on-Pac beat him up-Tim landed some shots but he was suppose to cause he’s a very good/ strong fighter. Look what Tim got for his gift win-nothing but slack and he lost quite a bit of fans-not like he had alot anyway. I still like a very focus Pacman to beat anyone his size-I think he has what it takes to stop Mayweather.

TARK

Pacquiao isn’t old at 33. Ali wasn’t old at 33 — he was almost 33 when he beat Foreman. Ali had a tremendous combination of experience and skill he didn’t have at Foreman’s age. Foreman never faced a good boxer and fought like a neophyte. Sometimes Ali didn’t train well and that’s a matter of focus and determination not age. Ali beat Norton and Shavers at 35. The fight where Ali got old was Leon Spinks when he was 36 …. Wladimir Klitschko is 36. Floyd Mayweather is almost 36. Sergio Martinez is 37. Nobody knows when Father Time will bring you down—but older fighters have greater skills and experience. That slides them by for a few years. Pacquiao is one of the most skilled and experienced fighters out there.

When you’re not fighting guys who simply stand in front of you, of course you may not look like a killer.

1) Mosley moved and ran
2) Marquez is a crafty counter puncher
3) Bradley is young and moves his head
