Guys if you are going to try and imitate me you are ginna have to do a WAYYYYY better job than this… It’s woefully ineffective and simply a tribute to the emotional angst I have caused some of you…

I can see Public Enemy hasn’t found a job well he can come and clean my toilet and shine my shoes ,but you have to wake up before 11 AM

Who called public enemy a smelly vagina????? Lmao!!! It was like a couple a weeks ago??

Just can’t see this as a serious contest. Juanma is a decent “B” fighter. Always will put-on a good show etc….. Milkey Garcia is on his way to elite status. He is too ring savy and has that ability to adapt to any style , along with KO power in either hand. He is an efficient puncher, uses his energy sparingly and strikes at the right moment. He is also very relaxed in the ring. I don’t see anyone on the horizon who can beat him at his weight. I once thought Gamboa would beat him and so did he and Robert but I don’t see that happening anymore either.

You mean Public Enema???

This is going to be a tough one because Lopez will be desperate to win at any cost…He was one of the top pound-for-pound fighters and now he’s on the edge or revelance… I’m still going with Garcia as a 2 to 1 favorite… He should out-box Lopez even though he hasn’t fought that many top southpaws.

Posted June 11, 2013 12:20 am

To bad for juanma he’s getting ko by garcia. Garcia is just at another level but is going to be a fun fight to watch while it last

Mad Scientist, I’m hoping for the same, but expecting Pacquiao to win big.

Yup that nose could flare up on him. But let’s not foget that his nose was broken from a head butt.

“It’s going to take Lopez a miracle to win this fight.” Or a well-placed bomb right in the nose.

Tomato Can -the pactards will be back if Manny can score himself an impressive win against Rios..I’ll be rooting for Brandon not to let it happen

Posted June 10, 2013 10:48 pm

Based on the facts Mikey would be the obvious favorite and JuanMa the definite underdog.. due to his loses and short training for this match.. all in all very intertersting match..

It’s all good, the more the Merryer for all of us.. if you dish it out you’d better be able to take it.. It should be a very good fight.. If JuanMa has worked on his defense it should be an interesting night for Mikey..

Mad Scientist – thanks but the fact is that unlike the Paquiao for the Phillipinos basically a one time event, Puerto Ricans have consistently had Dogs in the Fight.. and will continue doing so… It’s all good.. just having some fun.. I’m sure if JuanMa loses to Mickey the resident Jumpin Beans will be out in full force rejoicing.. LOL.. What can you do? but if JuanMa wins or shakes up Garcia you can bet your ASSSSS that I’ll be here letting them have a full dose of my Medicine…

geez… Manny’s the guy who got me into boxing in the first place, got a couple of fights in amateurs, and i’m proud to say i’m filipino, but like everyone else here, i saw Pac’s flaws and downs, he sure is fighting guys not in p4p list, fighting guys coming off from loses (like rios…) but i like the guy, at least he got tons of fans to start loving the sport again, plus a buzz to talk about the sport, he’s a good ambassador in terms of sportsmanship and attitude towards the ring. if there is one thing i don’t like about him is the fact HE TURNED DOWN THE OLYMPIC DRUG TEST against Floyd, geez… 40million$ turned down because of needles??? i just don’t get it… then now? he’s the one asking for it… if he’s really hiding something before then he got what he deserve for it. sleeping in the canvass. but as for everything else, i admit, i’m still a fan, win lose or draw, there are fights he can win, and fights he can’t. at the end of the day, he won a fight fan in me. a fan of boxing. as for the other pactards, i guess they are there to just piss you off, i bet they got into your nerves but they didn’t care. just everyone who got affected by it. haha!

Posted June 10, 2013 10:01 pm

This should be a good fight, but it may be a quick knock out win for Garcia. Juanma could has his moments though. I got Garcia within 6 rounds.

Mad Scientist, are you saying you mis the pactards? That was the best thing that happened with that KO.

Posted June 10, 2013 9:34 pm

Zera: Nice wish list, but you mentioned Rios twice with no mention of “Mile High” Mike Alvarado. What up with that? Mike just recently beat Rios and will beat him again — now that he knows how to counter Rios’ style and outbox him. PacMan will also beat Rios.

But you can’t have it both ways, either JuanMa is a bum and a win over him is meaningless or he’s a valid opponent worthy of this matchup for Garcia. per Tumbo JuanMa is a Chinless damaged bum so why would anyone give a sht about a win over JuanMa??? meaningless.. just Garcia avoiding legit threats.. following in the steps of Cinnabum.. LOL.. you guys are priceless morons… JuanMa atleast takes on real opponents unlike Cinnabum who has yet to face any real threat.. we’ll see how he does vs smaller older Mayweather.. that will be one good Chicken wing and beer night for me..

Im telling you, we all need to shake up our 40oz beer bottles and spray Enema down like that hoodrat from the “nuthin but a G thang” video..watching Enema wiping the alcohol from his eyes with a look of disbelief in his face would be priceless..Lol!

give JuanMa a fighting chance, but he’s going down… Mikey’s a handful, and far more superior in terms of skill….. well, i hope this will be a competitive fight, so far, the dying sport is doing good, thanks for the UFC layout, the best meets the best. for my wish list: (regardless of weight class, i bet they will all meet in 140 or 147 except for the featherweights)

Mikey vs Gamboa – Mikey by UD or KO
Donaire vs Mares – Donaire by SD
Mares vs Rigo – Rigo will shame Mares too
Broner vs Mathysse – well……. i just can’t say….. haha!
Broner vs Rios – Broner by landslide or late stoppage
Rios vs Mathysse – this is good…
Garcia vs Mathysse – this one is almost a done deal! exciting match up!
Garcia vs Broner – Broner will go through hell for this one
Garcia vs Rios – Garcia UD just box don’t slug it out
Maidana vs Garcia – i’ll give props for maidana but i’ll go for Garcia by KO
Maidana vs Broner – this one will go to Broner

there’s a lot in mind, there’s Khan, Bradley, Juan Manuel Marquez, even Manny, and Floyd of course

Don’t mind Enema and his blatant rants..the poor guy is just having hard time accepting that atleast one mexican fighter holds a top 10 spot from 160lbs and down..meanwhile his beloved Rican boxers are hardly anywhere to be found in the sport and it spirals him out of control and straight into his nonsense talk..this is his sick little weird way of getting ????? to hopefully pay him some attention..

MAD SCIENTIST, whether it’s the 1st round or after, i’ll be imagining Public Crybaby’s tear-streaked and barbecue-sauce smeared face at the moment that Lopez’s face crashes into the canvas. the final death-knell for Rican boxing . . . “Cannn-Tahhh y no Llores”.

Posted June 10, 2013 8:42 pm

Lol!, its funny how our friendly neighborhood cry baby is already ranting as if Garcia has nothing to gain if he were to win unless he stops Juanmono in one round..Im gonna be LMAO when Mikey cans this tuna inside of 3min..

He’s not a welterweight either.

“Mickey needs to be fighting Matthyssee or Maidana and not this Chinless Damaged Bum” Mikey isn’t a jr. welterweight.

Angulo saved his life, i bet if got punched it in the face fractured or not you’ll whine and quit. Angulo felt something wrong, it is a life saving decision and a career saving one. think about what he’ll do for a living if he continued fighting. that’s about it. as i said before, Props to Lara’s heart to continue fighting, Respect for Angulo for the will to beat the skill.

as for this fight, i’ll give JuanMa a fighting chance, but he’ll go down.

Mikey:

throw beautiful counters, JuanMa swings wide and open for counters, don’t play his game he will slug it out, but stay disciplined.

Juanma:

be patient, the eagerness to stand toe to toe and throw bombs will not work for Mikey, and move your head, it’s important. Mikey has good timing, and also be cautious both of them can pop.

Juanma is a gutsy fighter, he is always willing to trade, it will be a good fight until one of the two gets stopped.

Posted June 10, 2013 8:04 pm

The Mad Scientist

Yes, unfortunately Angulo and Lopez have alot to learn before they can make it to the top 10 P4P list like Juan M. Marquez, Abner Mares and Canelo..yes, Angulo and Lopez will have to put in the work if they ever want to hold a top spot in their respective weight class like Miguel Vasquez (135), Juan Carlos Burgos (130), Mikey Garcia (126) Leo SantaCruz (118) and Juan Estrada (112)..meanwhile Angulo and Lopez can join all of the Rican fighters guarding the main entrance at the gate..Lol!

Mikey will win this by KO. Juanma is just too easy to hit. I like Juanma’s willingness to fight the best and no one can say he has no heart but truthfully Mikey has way too many skills. I would be really shocked if it goes more than 7 rounds. I am Rican though so my heart is with Juanma but I am a boxing fan and don’t go crazy nationalistic so my head is with Mikey. Win or lose I am applauding Juanma and Mikey for doing this. I see so many people bashing Juanma but he’s faced a good group of fighters and isn’t that what we want as boxing fans? Ponce De Leon, Marquez, Luevano, Salido 2 X, Penalosa, Concepcion, Garcia, damn if it weren’t for the fact that he’s a Rican he probably would get some credit.

Mickeys a heartless quitter like Angulo, you could see it in his Rat like Eyes when Salido gave him a Boo Boo on his Big Nose… Hit that Nose and Mickey will Quit…

The only ones who cry around here are the resident Chihuahuas after another one of their Hyped fighters gets exposed and KO’d as we saw with Ponce Deleon, Leauvanu, Eric Moralez, Chavez Cheato Jr. Angulo, Lopez, Ortiz, Arreola, and soon CinnaBum…

Posted June 10, 2013 7:23 pm

Public Enemy

According to Tumbo and his resident Board Chihuahuas, JuanMa is a Chinless Damaged bum so why would Garcia be fighting him? instead of taking on the Top guys in his Weight Class??? Anything short of a first round KO of JuanMa by Garcia will show he’s just the next Hyped Chihuahua in line to a Major Flop performance against a top undefeated Dog.. Mickey needs to be fighting Matthyssee or Maidana and not this Chinless Damaged Bum… but it will be funny when JuanMa tags Mickey Mouse because we know he doesn’t like getting his big Nose hit and he’s a proven Quitter.. like Angulo… it will be interesting.. and if JuanMa puts Mickey on Noodle legs you can bet your last Chihuahua Taco that Tumbo and his band of Pygmies will be on suicide watch…

Hidalgo, the way the fight was going, Mikey was on his way to a victory, but I’ve seen, and I’m sure you have also seen fighters in much worse condition. I think Mikey could have used this experience as one that tests his mental toughness because he would have found a way to get through adversity. What if this happens to him again? Great fighters, which I think Mikey is have to fight through difficult situations, and this was one of them. I think he should have gone on, but Robert being family, as you said didn’t want to take a chance on Mikey getting a more serious injury. Mikey seems to have it all, but there’s a very small question mark in my mind about his ability to fight through adversity. He’s had none, and eventually adversity is going to come to him again. Fighters fight with more than just broken noses. I thought Robert may have babied him a little, and I didn’t see Mikey protest at all. Regardless, I think Mikey will destroy Juanma and move on to bigger and better things.

BIG weekend for fights, boys. Mikey G. will take Juanmono to school and him how it’s done on the West side. Also, don’t miss Kolalev vs. White on Friday night because someone is gonna get KO’d — GUARANTEED! The winner will become the #1 Challenger to Hopkins’ IBF title. Real talk.

Predictions: Mikey G. wins via UD or stoppage; “Krusher” Kovalev wins via brutal stoppage. LET’S GET IT ON!

You need to add Angulo and Lopez to the mix…except that Angulo and Lopez never even got close to crossing the gate.

Garcia’s finishing skills can be somewhat undewhelming but he won’t have to throw caution-to-the-wind to Ding Lopez. Curious Juan is there to be hit and will buckle at the first solid shot that Garcia lands. Lopez’s chin and jaw are not as resilient as his heart and pride, which are the only basis for this matchup to even be happening. a rematch v. Ponce or a bout v. Gonzalez would’ve been a more deliberate path to re-launching for Lopez but he’s obviously eager to re-establish himself among the top P4Prs. the opposite is gonna happen and Lopez will be joining Cotto and Rosado guarding the entrance at the gate.

Posted June 10, 2013 5:53 pm

Fight Aficionado

Another weekend, another nice matchup for boxing. I think Garcia has this. Good skills, a solid punch, and more durable. Of course if he decides to not let his hands go then he can be outhustled. But if that happens I think (hope) his corner will tell him go to work and force him out of his shell.

Posted June 10, 2013 5:41 pm

“He should have continued, which leaves many questioning if he has quit in him. ” Don’t think so, hecdog. Mikey got his nose mangled by Salido’s head. And if you remember, his brother Robert was pushing real hard for the TD. He knew Mikey was way ahead on points. So why risk more injury to Mikey unnecessarily? He was beating Salido hands down and think most everyone feels that Salido had no chance even if the fight had gone 12 full rounds. Mikey’s no quitter.

Posted June 10, 2013 5:24 pm

te tumbo

Garcia will end this bout suddenly but predictably. Lopez lacks the chin of a brawler but also lacks the talent and skills of a polished boxer. Garcia may possess both. what he definitely possesses is game-changing punching power, which promises to Blow-Up on Lopez’s primary weakness for this matchup: an only average chin and dented jaw shielded by a porous defense. hard to believe this matchup ending any other way than a spectacular KO win for the undefeated Garcia and the post-mortem pummeling of PR Boxing continues . . . “Ay, Ay, Ay, Ayyy. Cannn-Tahhh y no Llores”.

Mikey Garcia thus far has answered all the questions except for maybe the broken nose issue. He should have continued, which leaves many questioning if he has quit in him. I don’t think he does. He has all the tools, and should be able to stop Juanma before round 12. Juanma is a good fighter, and he has a ton of heart, so you know he will be giving his all until the fight ends.

Just actually read the article. I like Mares too, but I disagree that he will “get blown out”. Actually, I think he fares better against Mares than Mikey based on the style match-up.

This is going to be a good fight…while it lasts. I am a fan of both of these boxers. While I will be cheering for JuanMa to pull it out, I think Mikey is just more complete all around should show it this weekend. We will see this Saturday…
