Erlangdon — Being friends is NOT a good enough reason to avoid fighting someone in the world of pro boxing. Being brothers, like the Klitschkos, is the only acceptable excuse for not fighting each other.

So what, Fury got hit by a hard, perfect punch by a guy about the size of Haye. It was just a flash knockdown, those happen all the time. Fury wasn’t hurt at all because he just smiled, got up and went about his business. If anything… it proved that Fury does not have a china chin.

Davey Price on the other hand got knocked out by a 41-year-old fringe contender in round 2. His weak chin was exposed to the entire HW division. Fury would rough-up Davey and eventually knock him out — just like Thompson did.

Squared-Circle – Haye and Price are close friends and won’t fight each other. Sort of like Frazier and Norton back in the day, both having made a pact never to meet each other in the ring. As for Fury, who’s been knocked down in his last fight by cruiserweight Cunningham, I’d expect “The Scouser” to KO Fury for a count of 50 – if that match should ever be made.

If even if Davey Price wins this rematch he will go to Wrecked by the top HWs — including Haye and Fury.

Price will not make the silly mistake of looking for an early KO. He will have his hands up, will have a stiff fast jab and only throw power when Tony is off balance. He will fight a text book fight and KO Tony in 5 or 6 rounds.

Looking forward to seeing Price redeeming himself in this fight. Thompson’s lucky shot to the ear won’t happen again. Price knows his career’s on the line this fight and he’ll be focused like a laser beam.
