Brook is a B- fighter.Posted July 19, 2013 11:59 am
I thought Hearn mentioned after the fight they would be announcing his next opponent this past wednesday, for a fight in September?Posted July 18, 2013 12:37 pm
Kell Brook didn’t impress in his last outing and would lose to either of these fellas.Posted July 18, 2013 2:28 am
Kell seems so controlled and almost cold-blooded, you feel he needs more tests against relentless types.
It’s quite hard to see him outskilled… maybe outspeeded, more likely outworkedPosted July 17, 2013 6:29 pm
Agree with the first post. Surely you should learn to write before becoming a writer?Posted July 17, 2013 6:08 pm
Well, Soto Karass has lost five of his last nine fights. Berto should be able to pull out a UD win over him if Berto fights smart–something he totally forgot to do in his bout with Guerrero. Regardless, I’ll take Brook over Berto any day of the week.Posted July 17, 2013 12:07 pm
brook’s wikipedia had him down to fight senchenko next.Posted July 17, 2013 8:48 am
It’s Eddie Hearn, not Eddy!!Posted July 17, 2013 8:41 am
I’d love to see Brook with Berto. That would be a great action fight.Posted July 17, 2013 7:19 am
I also believe with the correct management kell can go all the way. People point to struggle he had with jones but you also have to look at the punishment jones took in both fights. Not many could have taken those shots. Offensively brook is really something. Fast, accurate, powerfull, good variation and world class jab to set it all up. He just has to gain experiense in defense and how to take pressure but he that being said he does targely role shots effectively. The future is bright for kell. Far more or a complete fighter than khan in my book and I am a big khan fan.Posted July 17, 2013 6:14 am
I dont think Khan will fight him until he wins a title, too big a risk with no reward at the moment.Posted July 17, 2013 6:07 am
I’d like to see Kell get a shot at El Chino Maidana, that would tell us if he’s truly a “special one”.Posted July 17, 2013 6:04 am
Berto is the most overrated dungheap I`ve seen in recent times. He did nothing to be considered one of the top WW’s, he simply benefitted from other better WW’s like Cotto and Margarito moving up in weight or beating the crap out of eachother.
He is also a drug cheat.
The Haiti disaster saved him from taking a beating off of MOsely that would have put pay to him being used as Mayweathers gatekeeper.
Like seriously – how does beating a turdburger like Berto get Ortiz and Guerrero a shot at Floyd?
Who has Berto been sucking off?Posted July 16, 2013 10:55 pm
Mosley is Alpen, lots of sugar.Posted July 16, 2013 9:33 pm
This pundit says…, “Berto who is reasonably strong and would be the faster puncher of the two could give Kell fits and really test if Kell has the ability to adapt at this stage in his career to a physically more gifted fighter”
That’s a pile of rubbish.. Berto isn’t gifted.. He doesn’t even have a stance. Brook will beat Berto easily if this fight is made.Posted July 16, 2013 8:47 pm
This was good until the terrible spelling and grammar made it unreadable past the 4th paragraph. I think Kell should go for Kahn, big name big fight which will also sell in the US and even if he loses it’s definitely a fight he can come back from.Posted July 16, 2013 7:22 pm
