“we aimed to drop Dereck’s body fat significantly while maintaining his renowned knock out power.”
…. yeah, OK!Posted July 26, 2013 10:10 am
The guy weighed 242 lbs….slightly heavier than he did against Vitali.
He was hardly “ripped”Posted July 26, 2013 9:35 am
It takes a little more than that to impress me.Posted July 25, 2013 10:39 pm
Malik Scott can join the Zab Judah school of “I didn`t know you were counting me out, I though you were just showing me how many fingers can fit up Kim Kardashians Klungepipe.Posted July 25, 2013 10:22 pm
Chisora ate Malik Scotts soul, simply consumed it, and it only had 152 calories.Posted July 25, 2013 10:18 pm
T22, Yes to fruit and veggies, but a lack of sufficient protein for any athlete needing strength for his or her sport is unacceptable.Posted July 25, 2013 8:38 pm
Hey Waffen I could teach you a thing or two you little skinny pale ass b*tchPosted July 25, 2013 7:46 pm
No athletes should carry excess fat. Theres no excuse with all the information these days. I recently did my first ultra run at age 44. ive done marathons for the last 15 years but only the last 2 have really pushed the boat on nutrition. Best foods for me is fruit, veg ( some raw) lean chicken neast, fish, nuts, porridge oats, honey, seeds and berries. I got off the chocolate by replacing with sweet berries. This nonsense of 5 a day should be 5 fruit and 5 veg a day. Seriously guys try it and cut out junk altogether and you’ll find you’ll have amazing energy and a much sharper mind.Conditioning the mind and the body follows.Posted July 25, 2013 6:43 pm

“Nice story, although it sounds a lot like a diet company commercial.” – Yeah I thought that as well in the first half. But then they dished the details about the program, which I found useful. I’ve been essentially doing what they outline in my summer health and fitness program.Posted July 25, 2013 5:07 pm
Oh yes, the ref cheated the count. Time it. He gave Scott a twelve second count. And he doesn’t have to count “10″. It’s the fighter’s job to convince the ref that he is able to defend himself AT “ten”. A fighter that rises at the ref’s nine-and-a-half count is an amateurish fool who hasn’t done enough to convince an official who has a legal duty of care to protect both fighters. Scott was an amateurish fool and he paid the price.Posted July 25, 2013 4:35 pm

TomCribb …….are you Chisora’s agent by any chance!
Chisora is game and tough………but his boxing skills are limited…….and that is why he will lose to the better heavyweights out their.
Diamonds are forever forever.Posted July 25, 2013 3:08 pm
No way is Chrisora the best heavy in the world. Proves you know nothing bout boxingPosted July 25, 2013 2:33 pm
I got a brand new caravan
Scott was winning every round – the referee cheated the count, never even counting to ten. DC’s next big fight was already a made deal – how this is even a ESB piece is questionable.Posted July 25, 2013 2:18 pm
Chisora take you all on, we see if they play this.Posted July 25, 2013 1:43 pm

Nice story, although it sounds a lot like a diet company commercial.
Excellent story. I’d like to see more stories about the specifics of boxers’ diet and training regimines. The keys here: ” 1 High protein – to maintain lean muscle mass while cutting weight and promote recovery; 2 Gradually reduced carbohydrate intake; 3 High carbohydrate intake in the final days.”Posted July 25, 2013 12:51 pm

Malik Scott was getting more worn down, getting hit more, and he lost heart, judging by the way he fights (running, holding, and poking out a flimsy jab) and the level of his previous opponents, the man had little heart anyway. The stoppage might have been premature, but then no one who WANTS to carry on tries to rise at 9. Had the fight continued Chisora would likely have ko’d Scott anyway, he was tiring and losing heart.
GONZO OF BETHLEHEM
Chisora is the best heavyweight in the world if he comes to fight in shape no doubt about it. He has been fat in his previous encounters thats why he lostPosted July 25, 2013 10:23 am
Impressive stoppage? I guess I watched another fightPosted July 25, 2013 10:08 am
