How can you say * typoPosted September 11, 2013 3:15 am
Peej- his can you say PAC didnt look good against Mosley ?lol he won every round us one knockdown ….And you say “old Mosley ” as if mayweather fought Mosley in his prime …lolPosted September 11, 2013 3:14 am
And btw.. You say “old mayweather” as if PAC is not getting older ….lolPosted September 11, 2013 3:12 am
Sredmond -what happen now you are downplaying PAC achievement ?? Lol how come ? I remember you praising his achievement but now for you PAC carrier was a fake one eh ? Lol … If PAC couldn’t handle ww then why your hero Floyd sr were complaining for ped’s in every Interview he made when PAC was destroying opponents ?? I mean now that you are saying PAC was struggling with past ww opponents why the complain then as “too strong ” but now as” too weak ” ?? Lol let me answer you why? Avoid the fight against pac because Fear of loosing and you know it :)Posted September 11, 2013 3:09 am
Yeah… He’s really lackingPosted September 10, 2013 7:05 pm
Pac has not stormed through or destroyed a bunch of 147lb fighters. Check the records. He fought Oscar who wasn’t a 147lb fighter, he beat an old Mosley and didn’t look good, he fought Clottey and Clottey didn’t want to fight but yet he landed dang near every punch he threw. He should of lost his 3rd fight with Marquez and should of won his fight with Bradley but they gave it to Bradley for a make up call because of Marquez. In my opinion. And he beat Cotto. He hasn’t really gone through many WW at all.Posted September 10, 2013 12:10 pm
Sredmond says.., “The perception of PAC as a real threat to the even OLDER Floyd Mayweather is GONE”
WRONG.., Pacquiao is going to do very well financially against Rios. Mostly because Pac fans believe the Marquez KO shot was a fluke and Pacquiao will resume is dominance. A Floyd fight could still break all records if Pac beats Rios and the fight is held in China or Singapore.
Promoters could put it in a giant soccer stadium and break the live gate record. You have no idea how the game works, or how die hard fans can be.Posted September 10, 2013 10:51 am
Pacquiao is living off old accomplishments he has NOT looked impressive in awhile… The 3rd Marquez bout was tough he failed to stop Bradley even though he was robbed and the 4th fight with a 39 year old Marquez was a disaster… Sadly the perception of PAC as a real threat to the even OLDER Floyd Mayweather is GONE… Unless he does something dramatic its gonna stay that way..Posted September 10, 2013 8:13 am
Adrian, Pacquiao is not “destroying 147 pounders” his fight with Margo at 150 is a point where I think the abuse began catching up with him “he likes to trade” Pacquiao does NOT have the physical size to compete well at 154 he would expire quickly getting hit up there… These days he cannot take a shot from another small WW like Marquez let alone a guy who’s gonna be 20 pounds heavier… Mannys aura is gone as of now, let me work with your addled brain to understand… EVERYONE’S going 12 with him except Marquez who shut him down in 6 rounds…Posted September 10, 2013 8:03 am
after rios coming soon “Pacquiao vs Martinez” I cant wait …..woooooooooPosted September 10, 2013 4:56 am
I wouldn’t lose any sleep over this debate it will never happen PERIOD. It’s everyone and their opinion which almost everyone is entitled to. The rest is just back and forth rhetoric the same bs from this site.Posted September 10, 2013 3:36 am
Pacquiao is not a 154 pound fighter he accomplished plenty 147 and below.. No need to give over generous projections about his prospects at JR MW…”
Yeah I know that would be your nightmare seeing PAC destroying all of 154 pounders and that way puting pressure on you hero to possibly fight him and get his ass kicked !Posted September 10, 2013 1:54 am
Sredmond said“Pacman would take Mayweather out quickly” GTFOH Pacquiao has not “taken out” any WW’s quickly he went 8 rounds with Oscar and 12 with Cotto, and has not stopped a 147 pounder since….Mayweathers the best defensive fighter in the sport and his reach is 5 inches longer than Pacquiaos… On his BEST day Pacquiao could not keep the upper hand with a boxer like Marquez.. Floyd Mayweather would be wayyyyyy too much..”
Yeah now you can only bark all you want how mayweather “would be ” to easy all you want but we will never know unless your hero mans up and give PAC a fight to show us how he is @waaaaayyyy” too much for PAC ….Posted September 10, 2013 1:50 am
PAC would stop Canelo even if they fight now. ! Mosley suppose to “box his ears off “too tark but his boxing skills didnt do any good exept run all night !
PAC will come back!Posted September 10, 2013 1:18 am
I don’t know the time and place. Tell me again. Oh I’ll show alright. I give you my word on that. We can organize this properly, it’ll be as hassle free as you want it to be. Like I said they’ll be no funny business on my part, I’ll be coming alone with nothing in my pockets other than my wallet and my air ticket home. They’ll be no toughs to back me up. No brass knuckles. No shank hidden down my back. No shooters etc. It’ll just be me on my Jack Jones.Posted September 9, 2013 10:50 pm
You already know the time and place… Something tells me you won’t showPosted September 9, 2013 10:21 pm
TARK I’m still waiting? Are you going to man up and accept my challenge or are you going to chicken out like a meek little lamb? Tell you what I’ll do, let’s make this a little more enticing for you. I’ll throw down $250 if you just show. And if you whoop my ass I’ll throw down another $250. And if I whoop your ass you don’t have to pay me nothing. No strings attached. I’ll come to wherever your stationed, just as long as it’s within the US or Canada, at a time, date and location of your choosing, and I’ll even hand over a big $250 to you just for showing up, and another big $250 if you kick my ass. How does that sound? This will be all above board, no knives, baseball bats, shooters etc. Just a good old fashioned fist fight mano et mano. We can even film it and put it up on here if you like? Do we have a deal?Posted September 9, 2013 8:42 pm
Vivek, “Without hesitation, I think the Manny Pacquiao we saw back in 2010 would defeat, if not stop Canelo!”
Ridiculous.., Not stopping Clottey and Cheato, and stopping a weight drained Cotto so late in the fight, tells me Canelo would easily last the 12 with that version of Pacquiao.. Not only that.. Judging from the Marquez fights, the present version of Canelo would box Pacquiao’s ears off.Posted September 9, 2013 7:50 pm
Why start this mailbag with another rehash of the lame All Access show that’s just a long winded infomercial?Posted September 9, 2013 7:12 pm

Who owuld even think that Packman could or should step into the ring with Canelo ? Cpme on, The infamous Packman is history, his legacy is over,
Floyd couldn’t take a fraction of the punishment of what those dudes could absorb. And if you think Pacquiao won’t be able to land on him you’re living in a dream world. Why do you think Floyd ducked him for so long? He still wants no part of him now.Posted September 9, 2013 5:39 pm
Margarito, Mosley, and Clottely were iron jawed and tough as old boots. Floyd isn’t anywhere near as tough as they are. Great defensive ability is what’s stopped him from getting knocked out, that and ducking and avoiding the best opponents out there. Pacquiao’s speed of hand and foot, unpredictable use of angles and two-fisted power and aggression would render that useless once Pacquiao found his timing and range. A shot PED free Mosley came within a whisker of putting Floyd to sleep, Pacquiao would definitely have finished the job once he hurt Floyd, and it’s a cast iron guarantee he would’ve hurt him on numerous occasions.Posted September 9, 2013 5:36 pm
A Prime Manny couldn’t stop #0 P4P Clottey, Margarito, or Mosley but he can stop #10 P4P Canelo and #1 P4P Mayweather??? LOL. That’s what I call WISHFUL thinking. Others might call it delusional.Posted September 9, 2013 4:34 pm
all you white boys keep dreamimg floyd is the greatest of all time canelo is in for the beating of his lifePosted September 9, 2013 3:54 pm
MannyPosted September 9, 2013 3:33 pm
anny Pacquiao in his prime and maybe even today would have destroyed both Floyd and Canelo. Manny is a rare fighter that destroyed anyone at any weight class and would beat any style. Manny Pacquiao is the only 8 time division boxing champion for a reason. He’s unquestionably the fiercest most accurate speed blazing power puncher in the history of boxing. He wasn’t just beating guys, he was literally demolishing them. Floyd, as we all know, didn’t want anything to do with Manny. Forget all the false Ped use accusations because Floyd and his family had to apologize and pay him handsomely for trying to bad mouth and ruin his reputation, and it cost them. Manny never ducked anyone ever. He lost to a Ped using Marquez. Forget the nonsense of Marquez not testing positive, but look at the man he hired (Angel Hereida) and he says it all. Manny Pacquiao is probably the greatest fighting machine of all time. He had the world mesmerized. Current and past great fighters all spoke highly of him. We all watched greatness in the ring. Let’s put this all to rest. Manny Pacquiao brought more excitement to boxing world wide. And the adoration of fans for him will never bee seen again. Floyd and Canelo would have been stopped had they dared to fight Manny Pacquiao in his prime.Posted September 9, 2013 3:33 pm
Congrats to Arreola!!!! He proved that SKILLS is the most important factor once again just as I always TOUT!!!!!! SKILLS was more important than BRUTE Strength!!!!! SO Mitchell had better go take a SKILLS class.Posted September 9, 2013 3:32 pm
A Prime Mayweather vs. A Prime Pacquiao would be more lopsided than most expect. While Pacquiao would be trying to figure out how to reach Floyd, Floyd would already be tagging him. The FACT that he’s smaller than Floyd means that he wouldn’t last TOO long IF he relentlessly and recklessly attacked. Floyd usually will knock smaller guys OUT when they try to Fight him like that. IF Pacquiao was between 165 and 175 like Canelo THEN it might be a different story…But I agree Canelo probably LOSES to a Prime Pacquiao by decision. Too MUCH workrate vs Too LITTLE workrate.Posted September 9, 2013 3:28 pm
Pac would have never fought canelo. Sermond said that pac is not a 154 pd fighter, but floyd is? The rules change when it comes to floyd. Floyd shouldnt be fight above 47, but he is.Posted September 9, 2013 3:20 pm
I don’t think there can be any doubt prime Pacquiao beats Floyd, and whilst I’m all but certain he would do so by KO or TKO, I don’t think for a second it would end quickly or that Pacquiao would find it easy. I actually think he would find it tricky tagging Floyd in the early going, but after three or four rounds, once he started to establish his range and distance and began to read Floyd’s rhythm, I think it would only be a matter of time before he started landing with his blisteringly fast flurries and bombs and got Floyd out of there.
Pacquiao was a force of nature in his prime. His energy and weird unreadable off rhythm, coupled with his lightening fast hand speed and crippling power would’ve been too much for Floyd to deal with. He never telegraphed his punches so his opponents had no idea where the next shot was coming from or how to defend against it. Floyd wouldn’t either. All those choreographed defensive moves Floyd rehearsed time and time again in the gym would eventually be rendered useless by Pacquiao’s speed of hand at foot and those impossible to read two-fisted attacks. Floyd would get hit hard and often once Pacquiao figured him out and I’m very confident it would all be over sometime beteen the 7th and 10th round.Posted September 9, 2013 3:20 pm
Clottey fought the way that he always Fights. Just watch his previous Fights. He always covers UP when his opponent starts swinging and then when they STOP he releases his own punches… I predicted BEFORE the Fight that Clottey would “KEEP his guns in the holsters” because Pacquiao wouldn’t stop swinging and MY prediction came TRUE. Pacquiao was #1 P4P at the time and Clottey was a #0 P4P NON CHAMP so Pacquiao was supposed to DO what he DID to him. It was an EASY Fight to predict.Posted September 9, 2013 3:14 pm
Clotty fought scaredPosted September 9, 2013 2:59 pm

Clottey refused to fight back against Pacquiao. That was a terrible fight…Posted September 9, 2013 2:27 pm
Yes thank you. I couldn’t remember Clotteys name for nothing. I think the Bradley fight was a make up call for the 3rd Marquez fight.Posted September 9, 2013 2:04 pm
Hey Viv.. I’m in Vegas right now ..when are you gonna be in town???Posted September 9, 2013 2:04 pm
Almost every boxing fan wanted may and PAC I would love to see it nobody can predict who would win . May was worried about Peds so he was not to sure about the out come or he would of fought him with regular testing I have nervier heard of PAC failing a test. On top of that it would be huge pay day so that tells me that a lot of fans wanted the fight on both sidesPosted September 9, 2013 1:30 pm
Who has Pac really fought at 147? Oscar really can’t be considered a WW. He only went there for that one fight. He fought Cotto, other dude at cowboy stadium and Mosley. So he has really only fought 3 WW. Unless I am missing someone.
PEEJ, PAC also fought DINAMITA twice at Welterweight winning a dubious 3rd encounter and then getting KO’d in their 4th and he also got jobbed vs DESERT STORM in between hose two…
The other guy you missed was in Texas vs JOSHUA CLOTTEY in a glorified sparring session.
Hope this helps…. point of interest PAC hasn’t looked the wrecking machine since he smashed MARGARITO to pieces at Super Welterweight appearing to struggle in subsequent bouts, blaming this on leg cramps.
He next goes overseas to break into the Asian TV market vs BAM BAM RIOS….
Point of interest RIOS was the guy in MARGARITO’S camp involved in that scandalous incident when they took the mick out of FREDDIE ROACH’S Parkinson’s Syndrome.
I wonder if Pac remembers that???Posted September 9, 2013 1:17 pm

Mayweather beats both Pacman and Canelo via UDPosted September 9, 2013 7:47 am
For Pacquiao, his footwork has been the foundation of his defense.
his ability to move in and out while throwing punches at different angles and ranges have made him a serious problem for anyone who isn’t named JMM.
We should see the best version of Pacquiao against a fighter who applies pressure and comes straight at him on Nov 23rd.Posted September 9, 2013 7:27 am
Kontiki if Floyd were easy to knock out that hasn’t being evident to this point of his career. Manny has been knocked out 3 times in his 5 losses. Floyd hasn’t come close to being stopped and can do what few other fighters can…consistently hit you with punches that you don’t see coming and if you watch Pacs three knock out losses there were all by punches he didn’t see coming (which in and of itself isn’t unusual in boxing). Kontiki have you not noticed Floyd sports a winning record or do you think that isn’t a fluke.Posted September 9, 2013 7:23 am
