WILL WIN THE CRISERWEIGHT AND HEAYWEIGHT TITLES, AND IN THE PROCESS BRING SOME MUCH NEEDED EXCIEMENT TO BOXING AT THE UPPER WEIGHTS ! A DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH , BECAUSE OF HIS TAKE NO PRISONER MENTALITY, HE IS A “SHOE IN” TO BE THE BOSS IN A POST KLITSCHKO LANDSCAPE !

Mmh. Vitali looks a bit old.

Usyk outclassed Kubrat Pulev’s cruiser weight brother in the Olympics and he should have little trouble with Kubrat himself. The cruiser weight division may be slow, he heavyweight division after the Klitschkos will be a moon landscape as well. Usyk could move up and clean up the trash after Wlad has retired.

All one had to do is look at the featured photo to thie article and see Oleksandr standing beside Vitali to realize Usyk should compete at cruiserweight.

Oleksandr Usyk is a good addition to the pro ranks. I remember Alexander Alekseev though who hasn’t yet fully delivered on his potential and Rakhim Chakhkiev who failed against Wlodarczyk. Now, these guys can still come good, but it shows that Usyk might not have things all his way either. I wouldn’t think Usyk would be strong enough at HW, but maybe he can be a big star at cruiser. The division could do with big fights. I hope Usyk does well.

Usyk is the real deal. He’s an exciting fighter to watch. If anyone can drum up some excitement it would be Oleksandr. USYK!!!

If ever a division needed unifying the it’s cruiserweight. This division is lacklustre & needs a good kick up the jacksey!

The cruiserweight class should be abolished. There is no interest in it. Marco Huck tried to move up to heavyweight and almost did when he almost beat Povetkin. Usyk is a better boxer than Huck but he will have a hard time making a a name for himself – no good challenges that the fans will care about.

How old is Usyk?? If he is forced to stay at cruiser because of his size…there will be good fights for him.And dont the cruisers in europe make decent money…Huck makes out well there I always heard.
