Enema would rather talk about gulping down man-jizz aka the Putoriqueno training regimen.. but it didn’t help Cruz against Siri “Boricua Killer IV” Salido..

PE= Delusional?? That’s funny coming from a guy that basis his entire opinion of a fighter soley on his ethnic background. Let’s not talk about being delusional.

I was at the fight, and everyone INCLUDING Bradley fans were calling the fight in Marquez’ favor. Don’t know what kind of rose colored glasses this writer had on but you have to HIT somebody to win a fight.

Yo!.. Enema!.. Still gulping down the Orlando Jizz-smoothies?.. Cruz was gulping from one end and being injected from the other but it made no difference.. Boy still ended up on his knees like Cotto and gagging on Salido’s wood… Did you console Orlando under your Junito-blanket afterwards?.. PR’s A-list fighters just can’t compete v. the best Mexican B-list fighters.. And they have nothing to compete v. Canelo, Garcia, Mares, or Santa Cruz… Btw, when is Garcia gonna grow a pair and challenge Canelo at 154lbs?!?… Just another PR weight CHEATER like Rosado fighting smaller guys and entering the ring as a F’n middleweight!?!..

My comparison of the fights between Floyd, Cotto, Trout, and Canelo were to illustrate why Floyd wouldn’t get the KO — and Canelo wouldn’t get, “Smoked, painted, shredded, and badly battered.”

TARK

@ Hamster.., I DIDN’T avoid making a call.., My call was Floyd winning by an outside score of 116-112.

The fight was more one-sided than I expected—and the scorecards didn’t reflect what happened in the fight—even more so than I expected..

But I knew there wasn’t much chance of a KO… A lot of Floydiots were predicting Floyd would shred Canelo’s face and force a stoppage. They compared Canelo with Hatton, Ortiz, Gatti, Corrales, and every guy Floyd knocked out.

My comparison of the fights between Floyd, Cotto, Trout, and Canelo were to illustrate why Floyd wouldn’t get the KO — and wouldn’t get, “Smoked, painted, shredded, and badly battered.”

Obviously I made all those statements before the weigh-in.

Maybe Salido will fight a real Man like Danny Garcia since Salido came in 15+lbs heavier fight night.. Hopefully no head butts and low Blows from Salido..

Bradley fought a good fight, but the winner of this fight is Manny Pacquiao.

Enema’s just pissed that he gulped down all of those man-jizz shakes in solidarity with Cruz only to watch another A-list Putoriqueno be KTFO by a B-list Mexicano.. But Enema isn’t giving up hope and plans to continue Cruz’s rainbow workout regimen..

MJames – I strongly agree with you that Bradley has earned a shot at Mayweather. Khan is a crap boxer who avoided Bradley @140lbs and is busy sidestepping Alexander so he can get a shot at May. Aside from the cold war between TR and GBP/Mayweather Promotions I hope I sure hope Flloyd never gives that con a chance amd something can be worked out for Mayweather vs Bradley, Pac, Garcia and Broner ( last 4 fights for Floyd ) screw Marcianos record.

There was absolutely nothing close about this fight..it was almost as lop sided as the Canelo beat down at the hands of PBF.. Bradley boxed and pummeled Marquez all night long… it should’ve been a unanimous decision.. no way Marquez won more then 3 rounds.. no way..

Tark, you’re lying you said that Canelo was gonna defeat Floyd Mayweather!!! Plenty of us saw your revision… I don’t lose sleep over the ACTUAL outcomes of bouts that’s your style to lie when wrong or somehow try to mitigate your stance just like you did with Mayweather vs Ortiz, initially you were discussing the bout resembling Leonard vs Terry Norris… Again you cannot accept mistakes and inevitably begin taliking about refs, weight and whatever instead of who won and lost when it does Not Favor hour original stance… We have all seen your revisions…

To me Khan vs mayweather looks good. Why wouldn’t it be. If mayweather ko’s Khan its good, if khan can test mayweather it’s good. Clearly a win-win situation. Khan is never in a dull fight and lets be real, mayweather needs a opponent who makes it exciting.

Bradley deserves a shot at Floyd. Please don’t let chump Amir Khan get a shot. He does not deserve it and is NO match for Floyd. There would be no point watching Khan v Mayweather. Here’s how the commentary would go: “Khan throws a flurry, and another and another … but he’s only hitting Floyd’s gloves and arms … another flurry, more flurries, so fast, lots of flurries, but they’re all hitting Floyd’s arms and gloves … Floyd counters with a straight right .. Khan is down … he staggers to his feet too quickly, as usual, and does his famous funky chicken dance across the ring, his legs are rubber, his eyes are glazed, it wasn’t a big punch but hey it’s Khan’s chin remember … the referee does the count and allows the action to continue … Khan runs, holds, spoils, pushes, tries the elbow, the head, everything to stay upright, but his funky chicken legs are still with him … Floyd clips him … it’s Bambi on ice again and this time Khan goes down and is out for the count … the fight lasted two rounds … Khan pockets $6m and announces his retirement, laughing his head off that he managed to get this unworthy shot at Mayweather in the first place ….” Adios.

Sredmond says…, “Tark, I freely admit that I thought Bradley was gonna get stopped by Marquez.”

You must also freely admit you thought Mayweather was going to stop Canelo… Peterson was going to beat Matthysse… and Matthysse was going to KO Danny Garcia… You were wrong on all counts.

You must “freely admit” it because you posted those things.. I said all these fights were going to go 12 rounds except Matthysse-Peterson.. Peterson was a brawler fighting a big puncher.. Anybody who knows boxing knows brawlers generally get KO’d by dynamite hitters because they tend to walk right into their wheelhouse.

Like I said, you’re just a very poor analyst.

No matter what a few bitter, petty haters in denial say… Bradley was very smart and impressive Saturday… He simply outclassed Marquez and deserves huge props now… And this is coming from a staunch Pacquiao fan! Tim actually took a page from most of the way Pacman dominated Marquez in their last fight even during the round he got KO’d in. Tim didn’t just keep his distance and potshot Marquez like scary Floyd’s boring ass did with him… But rather Tim neutralized JMM’s countering with agile head and upper body movement in combination with more super quick in-and-out footwork, that allowed angular jabbing, body-shots, and looping head shots too. Instead of just getting careless, lunging in face first, looking for the kill, which got Manny KTFO!! Also, when Marquez tried to brawl, Tim got the better of the exchanges. In short, Bradley and his trainer figured out the perfect game-plan and have earned CUDOS and HUGE Congrats!! Especially Bradley, because not only was he smart enough, conditioned, and disciplined enough to stick to it without carelessness, but he did so, even when he got tagged with a few hard shots… Few fighters can do that as well.

So all I gotta say is, HUGE props Tim… You’re a bonafied superstar now… But forget Floyd and BRING ON Pacquiao… Floyd is just too much damned stupid drama…. Besides, anyone who bothers to be honest knows Chicken Floyd won’t even try against anyone with the foot and handspeed, agility, power, head and upper body movement, to catch up to Floyd and make him miss, and pound him, like either Manny or Tim could.

And on a more personal note… It’s hilarious how the 3 genius buddies of mine who said I was crazy for betting on Bradley are avoiding my texts today! But I won $346!!! Yeah BOI!!

JMM proves me correct once again. Love it. Biggest whiner in boxing. The guy is not above using peds so why would you think he had any character or class? He never has. He has always been a low class human along with his pal and other Mexican fan favorite Margarito. He is going to be begging for a Pac rematch which he will lose probably by Ko after Pac easily beats Bradley again. Then his just desserts will have been served. I cant wait for this. Waaaaaahhhhh! Waaaaaaah! Shut up puta.

To be fair SREDMOND said Mayweather would shred Canelo, not that he would KO him.

It`s semantics as to what that constitutes, but Mayweather did toy with him.

I love JMM’s smarts as a fighter, and his spirit.
His determination to chase Pac up through the weights is an example of sheer bl00dy mindedness and will too.

But my respect for him does drop with his constant cries of robbery.

You can’t leave the door wide open then cry robbery. Then leave the door wide open again.

It`s the nature of counter-punching that the initial impression is that you are the negative fighter, in a sport where entertainment pays everyones wages.

The guy who lost fan respect was Glen Johnson, who really did get screwed a couple times, but always said he was robbed, even when he lost by a mile.

Marquez is not going to lose respect from fans. He has tons of respect.

He thought he won. The fight was close. Marquez is the ATG not Bradley. He was bitterly disappointed because he wanted his 5th world title in 5 weight divisions — which if Paquiao wasn’t robbed by Bradley he would already have.. In his mind, he always gets the short end of the stick and he will be forgiven for thinking so… He’s gotten the shaft so much in the past.

BRADLEY IS ROCKET THAT WILLL BURN ON RE-ENTRY. HE BEAT BY A SMALL MARGIN A 40 YEAR OLD BEAT-UP BOXER WHO MADE A LIVING COUNTER PUNCHING AND STILL MARQUEZ GOT TO HIM.

FA, Marquez said himself that Bradley is an excellent counter puncher. So, OBVIOUSLY, he should have been prepared to be more agressive. However, Bradley initiated a lot of the action – which you seem to forget for some reason. But no matter how you slice it, JMM got his butt handed to him by a better fighter – plain and simple. JMM will go down as a great fighter who just couldn’t get past the trully elite fighters – with the exception of his KO of Pac after I don’t know how many tries.

a 40-year-old Marquez was fighting two weight-classes above his truly competitive weight v. a prime and undefeated champion. moreover, he experienced no damage to anything more than his ego and pride. this bout also proved that KOing a fellow feather at 144ish isn’t the same as defeating a full-fledged welter. no matter how improved his physique, it was developed for the sole purpose of targeting Pacquiao*. Mission Accomplished! I hope that Marquez either retires or fights no more than two more times at 135lbs or 140lbs and NOT v. Broner. he’s too old and small for that and he’s definitely too small for 147lbs. on the other hand, Marquez’s ATG ring-legacy is already sealed. everything the 40-year-old does from here on out is pure gravy . . . or piss . . . depending on how it turns out.

Posted October 13, 2013 4:56 pm

Fight Aficionado

Marquez is a counter puncher plain and simple. He needs his opponent to bring pressure so he can find the holes. People forget about that for some reason. Bradley smartened up after getting his head smashed in by Provodnikov and now he decided it’s better to box. So Marquez lost. He threw an average of just 35 punches per round. Can’t make a counter puncher bring up his punch count even if they’re behind because it’s just not their mindset.

Hecdog and MMendoza well said. Very well said and onpoint about Marquez and hus TOTAL lack of sportsmanship. He showed this lack of class most prominently AFTER his win over Pacquiao. Even with a career defining win over one of the best fighters you will eber see in Manny Pacquiao, Marquez STILL griped and whined about the other bouts with pacman. Even going so far as to put down Pacquiao in sone interviews. All the while conversely, Pacquiao demonstrated pure class and sportsmanship in his defeat. Even the horrible decision loss against Bradley, Manny showed dignity and reservedness when commenting on the decision. I ave akways admired and been.a HUVE fan of Mexican fighters dating back to the days of Salvador Sanchez,Danny Little RedLoez and many others up uhtik the legendary Ricardo Lopez. However this younger generation seems to be lacki.g in the docus and dignity their predecessors had in abundance. Just my humble opinion. Cheers.

Pacmans record against Marquez 2-1-1 where Marquez 1-1-2…. Marquez is delusional if he thinks he is better than Pacman. KO him okay but better, I don’t think so. Bradley vs. Pacman rematch will be a better fight than Marquez vs. Pacman 5.

Posted October 13, 2013 3:13 pm

MMendoza

Pacquiao is always at his most respectful and most gracious attitude when he loses his fights. He actually laughed mid-sentence when explaining his KO loss to Marquez during one video interview on Doghouse Boxing by saying that he was actually going for the KO but got caught. WIN or LOSE, Pacquiao has the greatest sportsmanship. Wouldn’t mind seeing a rematch between Pacquiao and Marquez. They always bring great action because of their styles. Their four fights have already proven that IMO. Styles can make fights exciting, and Bradley vs. Marquez does not fit that billing. However, it may be super interesting to have Bradley match with Mayweather. PEACE!!

WOW!!! Finally a writer and article that actually saw and says it as it was… Bradley simply learned from Pacquiao’s mistake of dominating the fight but, being so anxious to prove he was the better fighter (which he is) backfired with a KO. Because although Manny is always a crowd-pleaser and warrior who can take a punch, still, rushing in head first to try to end it proved a calculable mistake against the best counter-puncher in the business who also happened to be buffed up with new muscle… Astutely, Tim never gave Marquez a chance to set and counter with power. His head and upper body’s agile movement, stiff jabs and head rolls, if you will, nutracountered Marquez counters… Not to mention when Bradly attacked he did so coming in and out from side angles mostly to the body before Marquez could draw a counter bead on him… The bottom line is that impressively, (at least to me) Bradley and his trainer and dad, came up with the perfect game plan, an Time was smart and focused enough to stick to it the entire fight… And rarity even among the best fighters. The result was the Tim ‘Desert Storm’ Bradley simply outclassed Juan Manuel ‘Dimamita’ Marquez Saturday night… And earned himself many new fans who GROSSLY underestimated him.

Also, it’s good to see that someone else sees that Marquez and company are crybabies… I said that after the 2nd match he clearly lost to Pacquiao… Like last night they cried foul, instead of being gracious, as Pacquiao ALWAYS is, win OR lose!

At any rate, I can’t wait for the Bradley VS Pacquiao Rematch… The PPV will be staggering! And I’m betting so will be the fight too… Last time, you could tell Manny knew he didn’t take Tim seriously enough and it cost him in the eyes of the judges… In a rematch, Pacquiao will come loaded for TWO bears!

Ped Man Marquez sounds ridiculous each time he loses. He sounds like a 5 year old having a tantrum. He should be ashamed of himself. He continues to tarnish an already tarnished reputation. First he hires Angel hereida, then he cries, whines and complains about a decision that he did not earn. He should take a few lessons from great fighters that never looked for excuses, and accepted defeat. Manny Pacquiao, Mike Tyson and Joe Louis to name a few. Ped man Marquez needs to just go away now and retire. He turned a lot of people off with his whining. Congratulations to Timothy Bradley. He won fair and square.

JMM needs Freddy Roach in his corner!!! Marquez is a superb fighter, but his whinny puta attitude doesn’t gain him any fans. It wouldn’t come as a surprise if HBO suffered a loss for this PPV – which shouldn’t have been a PPV at all. If Marquez doesn’t have a bonafide superstar in the opposite corner, he can’t sell tickets. On opposite end of the spectrum, Bradley is class all the way. Way to go brother.
