First thing Wilder can’t take a punch and he knows it. Wilders people learned from the Kletchko brothers. Don’t take any chances. Only fight slow smaller old white fighters or guys that can be paid to take a dive Malik Scott.Posted August 12, 2014 5:16 pm
Wilder does not need to be fighting this guy Firtha. After 29 fights, THIS is the best he can come up with ??? This guy may be the biggest hype job to come along in years. Talk about building a phoney record ! WOW!!!!!Posted October 29, 2013 8:16 am

Wildеr hаs too mаch powеr for Pulеv ,,iron
Уеs hе hаs good, shаrp jab аnd dаngеr
Firtha landed punches on Wilder, knocked him back to the ropes with a jab in the first round! While sparring for the Wach fight, Vladimir Klitschko knocked Wilder down with a jab and totally outclassed him. No wonder Vitali and Vlad would like to fight Wilder. The commentators were talking about how muscular and in shape Firtha was, but anyone can see that Firtha was fat and out of shape! What a joke. Firtha in an unranked brawler who simply can’t fight. I can clearly see why Wilder refused to fight Thompson and lied to keep from fighting Chisora! Hell, Wilder would get knocked out by Arreola, Stiverne, Jennings, Wach, Ustinov, Boytsov, Pulev, Malik Scott, etc. Wilder needs to stay away from a good fight, esp, the Klitschkos. By the way, Mark Breland had a good right hand, but his chin was pure glass, he got knocked out when he moved up……..Posted October 27, 2013 2:27 am
“Fan,” please become a fan of something other than boxing because you don’t have a clue. Wilder doesn’t have a chance in hell with Pulev or Wlad and doesn’t belong in the same conversation with either right now.Posted October 27, 2013 1:46 am

Deontay wilder needs to workout his legs it’s like tooth picks if he wants to competent against klitschkoPosted October 26, 2013 11:57 pm
yes, butterbean was on the undercard of those dlh cards with mia st john. just side show freaks, really. then he fought a 100 year old holmes and holmes beat him. butterbean was also in one of the jackass movies and recently had a reality show for a short period. a complete joke but he knew it and made a career of it. wilder is actually saying he will fight fury or a klitschko down the line and has some fools believing he will beat anyone of that caliber – even unify hw. just a joke, really. lots of dumb, desperate people out there.Posted October 26, 2013 11:52 pm
I heard wilder is going to fight butter bean next. BB by ko.Posted October 26, 2013 8:50 pm
Are you the same Anonymous I was talking with on the earlier Wilder/Firtha thread? Or are you a different, anonymous Anonymous?
Either way, you’re spot on!Posted October 26, 2013 8:06 pm
captain obvious with the title of the article. if he can’t be impressive against a guy that is not ranked in the top 75, he should go find another career – which he will be doing anyways once he fights any real hw.Posted October 26, 2013 8:01 pm
Firtha jabs his way in and lands a looping right to the head.
Bambi legs go wobbly! Wilder’s in trouble!!
Firtha works the body – one, two. He moves upstairs – three, four.
Next up, Quillin vs Rosado. Stay tuned for more boxing action.
(Could someone please drag that body out of the ring?)Posted October 26, 2013 6:29 pm

Stiverne has already earned his shot at Vitali Klitschko. Perhaps Wilder can fight the winner of Vitali Klitschko vs. Bermane Stiverne, if they ever fight, as Vitali seems to have his focus on politics now… he intends to become Ukraine´s President, he will compete in the 2015 elections.Posted October 26, 2013 5:44 pm
The biggest boxing joke in the USA. Wilder!
There’s false hype and then there’s Wilder. He’s even more ridiculous than Butterbean. At least Butterbean knew he was a joke and accepted it, Wilder is a laughing stock. They might as well put him in with a mannequin and even then he won’t look good.Posted October 26, 2013 4:45 pm
at least theres some sense in the comments and people are realizing what a joke this guy is. loses more and more credibility with every bum he fights.Posted October 26, 2013 4:37 pm
We don’t know if Wilder can take a shot…and I’m starting to suspect that he can’t. It’s hard to believe with someone who appears to have legitimate KO power, size and an Olympic medal keeps fighting these types of guys. I think they could have found someone like Travis Walker to take the fight…Posted October 26, 2013 3:38 pm
Fury k.o. Firtha a couple of years ago.Fury admits he wasnt at his best,he was going through personal problems ans his son was very sick.Fury is a much better looking fighter today, and more mature.Firtha only had 2 fights after that and looked much worse since the Fury fight. So if Wilder gets another 1 or 2 rd. k.o. once again it proves nothing at all.But ofcourse Wilder will pull the old bull crap story I beat Firtha better then Fury did…but after what I just stated it proves nothing. And as for this writer saying Wilder is just staying busy tonight with this fight….he been just staying busy his whole career so far..lol.Posted October 26, 2013 3:19 pm
Bum of the month club for Wilder, he’s a joke. Wlad and Vitali will destroy him.Posted October 26, 2013 3:07 pm
billy muslim boy. dont let your bros see you using toilet paper, they might tell mohamed.Posted October 26, 2013 3:06 pm
Could well be, irishny – could well be. There’s much unknown about Wilder. He clearly has serious punching power as well as size and reach advantages over most opponents, but nobody yet knows a thing about his punch resistance or how he’ll stand up stamina wise when a decent heavyweight takes him into the mid to late rounds of a tough fight. One thing would seem to be certain though. There will be no answers to those queries after tonight’s contest.Posted October 26, 2013 3:06 pm
