someone tell roy hodgson that i’m retiring from international football. you know, i’ve played a few times down the park, i must have been a contender for the workd cup. how fury wasn’t disqualified vs cunningham i’ll never know, an absolutely disgraceful illegal punch ended that fight.

i have never disliked a boxer more than tyson fury. i’m only angry at haye because he would surely have massacred this god squad idiot.

Tyson Fury is a money machineand he knows it, he is playing games.
Once he fights someonr that can really hit, he will be done. I believe that he will avoid big punchers or play it safe and fight like the K-Brops style.

Boomboomboy

1. Fury isn’t retiring he’s talking crap as usual
2. Wilder vs Fury isn’t anywhere near a ppv fight in the UK or USA
3. This fight won’t happen
4. Wilder will destroy an extremely average fighter in Fury but Golden boy have clearly got zero confidence in Wilder, they talk about limited amateur experience the man was an Olympic Bronze medallist.
5. He has fought 30 times as a professional and is still fighting at a similar level to what he was 15 fights ago.
6. Mike tyson had 28 amateur fights yet won his first world title 2 years after turning pro.

All that needs to be said about Deontay Wilder is reflected above

All this talk of wilder knocking fury out…………has wilder even agreed to fight fury. Has wilder actually faced any worthy opponent. At least Fury has been in there with some reasonable opponents. Wilder vs Fury would be awesome. If it would happen Fury would not retire. It wont happen, wilders management are too cautious.

Part of boxing… I had 6 fights cancelled in a row once, 1 day to 3 weeks out. I was ready to go each time … It’s like the couple who had 3 sets of twins and then had triplets. Time to shut it down.

Vitali cancelled his fight with Rahman 4 times … Like the kid in the commercial says, “It’s like being mauled by a Polar Bear and a regular bear on the same day.”

There is noone avoiding Fury but Haye. The fker cant even take an old cruisers punch. Anyone claiming otherwise is FOS. Only a bum and fraud in Haye is. And Fury is just a pug with little to offer but mouth.

Let Wilder knock this chump out 1st…..since gutless Haye is too scared to face this bum. Like anyone cares if a nevergonnabespit retires. Like the boxing world just stops….

Posted November 20, 2013 8:28 pm

Fury is a coward now that he has to face a great American boxer instead of an old has been never was in Haye. Wilder will knock him senseless as soon as he mans up and faces the Bronze Bomber. Then Fury will be permanently retired.

25 year young Tyson Fury cannot retire now, that would be just pointless for him with-out having fought in a single world heavyweight title fight. Lets see here what he have made so far in his PRO career: record of 26-0-0 KO’s 15 and world ranked as the nr2# by IBF, nr5# by WBO and nr.7# by WBC and Fightnews ranks Fury as 7th best heavyweight. – British heavyweight champion &
Commonwealth heavyweight champion, Irish heavyweight champion, WBO Inter-Continental heavyweight title champion. Winner of WBC heavyweight title eleminator contender sence December 2012 and IBF title eleminator winner for the 2nd spot sence April this year. Have defeated former world cruiserweight champion Steve Cunningham and 2 world heavyweight title challangers Dereck Chisora and Kevin “Kingpin” Johnson, defeated contenders like Vinny Maddalone, Martin Rogan and John McDermott. Well that is a fine record for a regular top contender BUT no contender to be well rememberd for either. Tyson Fury needs to fight more and then I mean just don’t talk, go out and back up a challange for real. You are not unbeatble and not the strongest name out there either. Climb the ranks and prove you are the nr#1 contender out there.

Fight Aficionado

Fury’s always said whatever he feels at the moment and is just frustrated at Haye’s back to back cancellations. He’s a guy who likes to fight and wants to stay busy unlike many heavyweights. So from his POV this has been a lost year due to Haye. Forget this retirement BS.

Haye is a used car salesman. He screwed Fury twice now.

Posted November 20, 2013 1:11 pm

JJ, TYSON FURY will fell like he’s been screwed from behind and without a condom by DAVID HAYE…..Now, that really sucks!!!!!

Posted November 20, 2013 2:42 pm

TJ

JUST WHEN WE were gonna find out which joker was more pusillanimous TYSON FURY goes and retires, giving DEONTAY the swinger WILDER a free pass to a shot at the titles.

I was thrilled at the fact that one of these goons was gonna have to try and pick up his teeth from the canvas whilst nursing a busted nose and a couple of broken ribs.

You try bending down with busted ribs, trying to pick up your teeth…it’s blooming hard, as well as painful.

I couldn’t care less about DAVID HAYE….He can go back to street fighting in the Trocadero, like he bragged about in his Hayemaker fanzine.

I was hoping to see these to 6’8″/ 6’9″ behemoths rip each other’s heads off…very disapointing. I suppose we’ll see them both knocking over club fighters and journeymen, waiting for the KLITSCHKOs to retire.

Posted November 20, 2013 2:40 pm

mack

I expect we will see his comeback fight, right on schedule, February 8.
Being swindled goes with the territory in boxing. Frustration is part of the game and you will hear that from just about anyone who makes his living through the game. Promoters stiff fans and fighters, managers stiff fighters and promoters, and fighters stiff managers and othe fighters. There is nowhere for a man like Fury to make a fortune outside boxing. I don’t begrudge him that fortune; it will be hard earned, but, please, let’s remain calm and get on with it.

Posted November 20, 2013 2:35 pm

I beleive that Fury’s struggles with mental illness make it so he can not get licenced to box anymore. Hopefully Fury can win his greatest battle outside of the ring with depression. Good luck to him and a healthy future away from the ring.

Plenty of good fights out there for Fury besides Haye. I have a feeling Fury will be getting f*&#’d several more times by the bent figures in boxing before he’s truly done. But with Haye gone, Chisora already beat, and Price out of the running Fury’s best bet is to fight in Germany or the US against Euro or American Heavies for decent pay and a chance to make a name for himself as more than a regional hype-job.

Posted November 20, 2013 12:55 pm

deepwater152

he asked willder for a fight and got turned down today. the klitcos wont be ablto clinch him so they wont do it. fury is getting boycotted and put on the shelve. it costs him money to fight bums so its not worth it

Posted November 20, 2013 12:52 pm

I absolutely understand why he’s pissed off. But instead of pulling off this crap, he should ask Helenius, Wilder, or even Vladimir Klitschko for a fight. Maybe even fight Delboy for the European Championship again. There are other fights out there instead of “this other guy” who should be banned from boxing now.

Posted November 20, 2013 12:44 pm

I understand Tyson’s frustration. While he may be a little delusional it seems to me he genuinly wants to fight the best fighters out there but I doubt any contender is keen on facing him.
