TARK

Groves is not aa budding super star. He’s wide open. His stance is too wide, he bends in too much at the waist, and he has a forward head. His footwork looks like a bunny hopping around. He can throw his right but he can’t defend. He was in big trouble when his last fight was prematurely stopped … But it worked out perfect for him.

As soon as he fights a good technician like Ward he’ll be exposed big time.. I would try to get him a fight with Kessler in England.. Offer Kessler a million because you’ll get it all back and make 5 yourself.. MK is a guy you can beat.. Then fight Ward in England.. Not because you could beat him; but the money will be unreal.

Groves is not a super star, but right now he’s hot. That’s often better than being good for making the big bucks in a couple fights.

Greatest Promoter of All Times

GG vs GGG
Coming to an arena near you, soon.

Greatest Promoter of All Times

Just like I told you. Yesterday we corralled George Groves and offered him the gallant and noble task of beheading the Dragon that is GGG and he answered that at present he is chasing a snake, or a Cobra to be exact through WBA channels, but after we told him the money situation and his split would be greater than a 15:85 ratio, St. George has requested time to look at his options as we have told him 168 pounds is okay for us.
Yes, I am the world’s greatest promoter. See you in April.

Greatest Promoter of All Times.

I am throwing my hat into the arena as the greatest promoter of all time and I wish to propose my first matchup under the title of ‘ GG vs GGG. ‘ Imagine the sell: GG the giant slayer who would’ve chopped down King Froch, now stepping up to slay the man who all men fear to step in with. The Saint vs The Dragon, the unbeatable GGG. Groves has all the advantages in height, reach, power, and took the blows from Froch, well why can’t he grow a pair and call out GGG? He’ll get more than an 85-15 split and would do it for England and for St. George! Yes, forget Cobras and shoot for dragons. GG vs GGG is the fight we all wish to see at 168 pounds or is Groves all took and no panties? This is the logical matchup for both men who believe people are ducking or swerving them although I have heard Andy Lee is ready, willing and able to take on GGG. Let the games begin! Release the lions!

I googled it couple of days ago, none of the main boxing websites have picked up on it

85-15 stinks

Carl Froch

Good, I hope I don’t have to fight him again.

Posted February 1, 2014 3:55 am

WHAT!?!

…..and still not making any sense. I guess that’s why your country hands out awards for ‘almost’ achieving something and the recipient seems quite proud of himself that he got TKOéd, because not any of that makes sense either.

I think he will beat froch in a rematch. Froch does time a big punch perfectly but if Groves keeps his head boxes smart he would outwork, outpace and just be too fast for froch. Groves by ud or froch by KO

HHHLondon

WHAT!?!,

Ironic eh!

Where would you like your ribbon for “competing” and “taking part”?

It’ll be on your chin, next to my hairy bean bag ;-)

Welcome to the variety club!

WHAT!?!

HHLondon – Umm, where do you think I am from. What do you mean by stages? You post made no sense to me at all.

Posted January 31, 2014 10:49 pm

HHLondon

WHAT!?!,

You give stages to convicted rapists and bankrupts?

Posted January 31, 2014 8:08 pm

HHLondon

DWC, RESPECT!

Groves never even took a knee, wasn’t gettin battered on the ropes, was 7 rounds at least in front and it’s a long time coming when an org gets behind and demands a rematch.

Froch offered the rematch on the apron, as the crowd and those who were watching were expecting and then woke up the next morning thinking he could ring it.

No one cares about Froch and Chavez and Froch should honor his own claims when it comes to close calls and ducking and give George the shot we all know he deserves.

Kessler was honorable as is the man himself!

IT was an early stoppage, we all know that can’t happen in world title fights and let’s have the fight.

We had some great rematches and rubbers at 168 and Froch needs this one, win or lose to cement!

WTF, that trophy is smaller than the one my old mother got for winning a bowling contest. HA

The tide is turning on Groves…people loved him for a great showing against Froch..yes the fight stopped to soon..but the end was coming soon anyway. Now instead of calling out other top guys he just seems to whine about the rematch. This crying and getting awards for I almost beat Froch are turning people off…rightfully so.Cmon Groves your a decent fighter move on…

Posted January 31, 2014 6:20 pm

WHAT!?!

Wow, you get awards in Britain for getting TKOéd. The Brits are easily pleased. Look at his smug grin in the photo like he deserves something for an ‘álmost’ performance. This guy is becoming very unlikeable. This is like at kids sport where they get ribbons and medals for competing. Well done Groves you competed against Froch, here we’ll give you a trophy so you don’t cry, sook and whinge anymore about the beating you took.

wearerofallthebelts

I’m also tired of hearing how he would KO Froch ‘next time”…enough already. He had his chance and FAILED. Oh but next time… haha whatever.

Posted January 31, 2014 3:55 pm

wearerofallthebelts

Good give him an award maybe he’ll stop whining about Froch.

I dont like to be negative but Groves looks smug in this pic and he is smug. I dont warm to him at all and Im a Brit. In fact the more I think about it the more I realise that Groves and Froch are two peas in a pod. Give me Frank Bruno any day. Fans like guys with personality and warmth, doesnt matter how talented they are.

After witnessing the raw deal the ref ( even getting him in a headlock) gave Groves, I like Ward would never set foot in England, no lies. If they can pull a stunt like that with their own what would they do to the SOG ( crucify him)

maxmus – That why i mentioned seven rounds…. and i have seen Carl fight live numerous times. I’m sorry but Grove was running rings around carl…. i didn’t know what fight you were watching but i was watching Froch v groves. So ward didn’t run rings around Carl, Taylor didn’t out box Carl for ten rounds?

Posted January 31, 2014 11:39 am

maxmus

im sure carl wouldn’t want to face someone who gave him a boxing lesson for 7 rounds..but up until now nobody (including George groves) has managed to do that..carl never ducked anybody and im sure he wont duck a groves rematch..by the way ‘one inch punch’ in case u didn’t notice George was just totally gassed after 7 rounds with carl..thats why he lost the fight..yeaaa lets do the rematch and hopefully George will stop moaning and complaining about his present predicament..

Rich

I’ve never known a looser to get so much ink…….

Posted January 31, 2014 10:39 am

OneInchPunch

Let’s face it…… Froch isn’t too keen on facing Grove again… Hence the purse split and the so called option in the contract. If anything that tells you more about Carl’s confidence in facing Groves. Put plain and simple…. he does not want to face him again… at the end of his career with only a couple of fights left… would you want to face someone who gave you a boxing lesson for seven rounds… and his name is not Andrea Ward??

George Groves and David Haye come from the same school of b@tching. moaning, whining and crying and putting up the same excuses. Both guys are idiots who will take whuppings in the not too distant future.

Posted January 31, 2014 10:33 am

The question is, now the IBF has rejected his appeal for a greater purse share than 15%, will Groves still want the rematch…?

Froch is a crap boxer, he always has been. Groves WILL beat Froch by knockout if they fight again. Froch got booed by 20,000 fans at his last fight, the only fans he has now are in Nottingham, because nobody else likes him. Froch is a deluded liar.

Show some guts and fight Groves again on neutral ground Froch!
