Marquez Complain too much
Marquez is not after Pacman or Bradley he is after the championship belt! Marquez knows he won all 4 fights against Pacman and won against Bradley, that’s what Marquez thinks and believe so he change his mind about fighting manny and Bradley because of the belt. You all dig?!Posted February 4, 2014 7:14 pm
Sure. It’s the biggest money fight for Marquez so why not? I thought it was dumb for him to decline it in the first place, other than he thought it was a fluke KO that cannot be replicated. Take the money and win or lose he wins over the long haul.Posted February 4, 2014 6:41 pm

Juan loves to whine every time he loses. Without Pacquiao, he would have never made any real money. I know he is grateful Pacquiao ran into that punch or Pac would have beaten Marquez, hands down. He was schooled by Bradley, and he whined, lake a sore looser baby.Posted February 4, 2014 12:10 pm

Manny Pacquiao has proven over and over that he can deal with adversity inside and outside the boxing ring. He handled the robbery decision that was awarded to his next opponent,Timothy Bradley with class. He never complained or cried. Manny is a sportsman and gentlemen. Prize Fighting seems like something Manny Pacquiao would never be a part of because of his humble personality. He is has a Dr. Jekyl and Mr. Hide personality. A fierce, fearless warrior inside the squared circle and a harmless kitten in his personal life. Manny Pacquiao would have fit perfectly in any boxing era. Before the Marquess Of Queensberry Rules were created in 1867, fights happened regardless weights, divisions, number of rounds and no written rules. This was man against man. The toughest of the toughest fought until the end. Manny Pacquiao would have dominated this type of fighting. He has the heart of a lion that keeps fighting until the end. Today, he abides by all the rules, and still dominates his opponents. Manny Pacquiao is a an iconic cultural institution by himself. His boxing skills, technique and strategies are complex and poetic. No one has his fighting style that leaves his opposition perplexed and dumbfounded. As we see the list of victims he has dispatched over his his illustrious career, the word that comes to mind is greatness. Throughout the history of boxing, there have been great fighters like Louis, Johnson, Robinson, Armstrong, Duran, Leonard, Holmes, Ali, Chavez, Lopez, Sanchez and Hagler, but none have ever accomplished what Manny Pacquiao has. 8 division world titles. This is a record that will never be broken. Regardless of what Manny accomplishes from this day on, he has done more than any other boxer in history. There are no comparisons to be made. On April 12, Manny Pacquiao will toss his hat into the ring as men did when they wanted to challenge a fighter years ago.. A group of men would gather in a circle and hold a ring of rope. The challenger would then throw his hat inside the ring. The fight would then take place inside the ring, but as the crowd grew, ropes had to be held onto four stakes that were put into the ground. Hence the boxing ring. Manny Pacquiao will enter the boxing ring, and win the title that should have never been stolen from him. Timothy Bradley must and will return th stolen property to it’s rightful owner. Manny is the best!Posted February 4, 2014 4:09 am
@ te tumbo @
“te tumbo” Again you are showing yourself your genuine persona as an ABSOLUTE IMBECILE and so PATHETIC!!! Why? You’re bragging about the demolition KO of Manny on their last fight. That fight to begin with is somewhat questionable due to the fact that why in a world he hired a trainer who is well known to produce undetectable PED’s??? Remember IMBECILE te tumbo that during those 3 previous fights, Juanita was in his prime yet he cannot even knock Manny down once!!! Now that Juanita in his 40′s and the law of physics says the body strength degrades. Explain why Juanita acquired such strength and muscles in a short period of time??? Please IMBECILE te tumbo stop bragging about it for it will make a very PATHETIC IMBECILE of all time!!!Posted February 4, 2014 4:00 am

but i always admire both of you, fist first or face first both of you can deliver. I know Pac wants to erase the bad memories inside his head, but as Pac said, “it can happen to anyone, expect to be knocked out, if not, you are in the wrong business” at least he embraces the fact that losing is always part of the game,Posted February 3, 2014 8:44 pm
HIDALGO, agree with your last two posts except that I suspect a consummate-pro like Marquez, for whom boxing is his chosen profession, subscribes to DLH’s philosophy when it comes to fighing: “I don’t fight for free”. i wouldn’t be surprised if Marquez was a turn-the-other-cheek type of civilian outside a boxing ring. unlike Canelo who actually turned up at a boxing gym to beat the crap out of a smaller fighter he suspected of flirting with this girlfriend(?!) . . . Wtf?!?Posted February 3, 2014 8:30 pm
the Bradley v. Marquez bout was an unofficial Draw. Marquez easily won rounds 1 and 6 and rounds 9, 10, 11, and 12. i’m not anxious to watch a rematch though. Bradley is never going to charge Marquez for a convincing win and Marquez is never going to have the mobility and foot speed to decisively stalk and walk Bradley down. they simply know each other too well and won’t take the necessary chances that will allow the other to exploit their respective flaws, e.g., Bradley is not a feared puncher and Marquez is simply too small for welter anything. meanwhile, NObody is eager to watch a fifth matchup between Marquez and Pacquiao*. we’ve already seen it all between these two culminating in a rivalry-ending KO for the ages. unless they find a time machine that can transport them both back to 2003 and 126lbs, the thrill of their rivalry is Over and Done with. Marquez is Greater.Posted February 3, 2014 8:24 pm
“Marquez was fighting for peanuts, begging Pacquiao for a fight. Now Bradley has retired him. He’s done.”
Bradley beat Marquez by the hair of his chinny-chin-chin and that’s it. Marquez was more accurate, landed more power punches, but Tiim just landed more punches. Barely.
Bradley proved a number of important things in his fight with Marquez. One of the most notable was that Pacquiao and Marquez are very nearly evenly matched. Tim proved that by barely eeking out a win over both of them.Posted February 3, 2014 8:19 pm

I mean a second fight with Bradley even if Bradley looses to PacPosted February 3, 2014 6:47 pm
Bradley beat Marquez clearly so no rematch for him if Bradley beat Pacman. If Pacman wins no rematch with Marquez also because he needs to rematch Bradley to get a shot at Pacman. Marquez fights the loser in Bradley vs. Pacman not the winner.Posted February 3, 2014 6:45 pm
And I bet it also means a second fight between Marquez and BradleyPosted February 3, 2014 6:27 pm

te tumbo said,
What, just a bloody nose? Pac was punishing Juan and would have KOed him if it wasn’t because of him getting careless when going for the kill. This wasn’t the young Marquez who fought Pac to a draw on their first fight. He was being rocked and then some by Pac and it was obvious he was in a survival mode. If he fights Pac again he’ll be KO and won’t have any reasons to cry about being robbed.Posted February 3, 2014 3:59 pm
Marquez should be fighting the loser not the winner. He loss in his last fight and should fight the loser then challenge the winner if he wins. Does make a sense?Posted February 3, 2014 3:56 pm
PAPO, since when does a bloody-nose become a factor for Marquez? he recovered from three first-round KDs and a broken nose to utterly outbox and outpunch a prime Pacquiao* for the subsequent 11 rounds of their bout. you must be mistaking Marquez for Cotto(?). he’s the one whose confessed to images of domestic bliss overtaking his fighting-spirit whenever he’s confronted with his own blood. conversely, even after three first-round KDs and a broken nose, Marquez just got really vengeful and ANGRY and he sustained the fire for Eight (8) F’n Years and over four weight-classes before finally cornering Pacquiao* and “POW!”, CRACKing him Good, once and for all, i.e., answering all questions and removing all doubt.Posted February 3, 2014 3:41 pm
Marquez is all about the ring-glory. whether it be Pacquiao* or Bradley, he wants that fourth LEGITIMATE title for his ATG ring-legacy. he decisively ended his rivalry v. Pacquiao* with the #1 KO in Boxing History, which serves as a rivalry-bookend to the Biggest Choke in Boxing History. preceded by the robbery of Marquez v. Pacquiao* III. following another loss to Bradley, Marquez will have one final chance to earn that 4th title. IMO, he’d be better off going after a Maidana or even Garcia. Manny* should steer clear of this Marquez torpedo with a “4th title” written on it. as he found out, there’s no denying Marquez on a Mission.Posted February 3, 2014 3:23 pm
The beautiful Country of the Philippines has a stamp of Manny Pacquiao on it. This is an honor bestowed only to those special people that change the world. I would be one of the first to vote to have a statue or Casino named after the legendary Manny Pacquiao in Las vegas, his second home. After all, he is a man that changed boxing. There has never been and never will be another natural born fighter like Manny Pacquiao. He is a living legend that is the ONLY fighter in the history of boxing to have won 8 division world titles. Manny Pacquiao epitimizes class, honor, respect and greatness as both an athlete and a person. His story is one that will some day hit the silver screen one day soon. We already know of his success in the music and acting business. We all know of his historical, impressive, government position as a Congressman. Manny Pacquiao is a marketing machine that never stops. We can never forget the memorable fights he gave us when he first came on the scene. Oscar De La Hoya, Erik Morales, Marco Antonio Barrera, Antonio Margarito, Shane Mosely, Ricky Hatton, Juan Manuel Marquez and many others. Manny Pacquiao had us all mesmerized as he convincingly beat them all. This was a prodigy at 15 years of age. The fastest hands in boxing. The lethal power in his hands that was rumored to have used as hammers to build homes while he worked in construction at an early age. Manny Pacquiao is too big of a story to finish. He will defeat Timothy Bradley for yet another title. Titles really have no more meaning for Manny because he’s now having to donate the leather and gold plated belts that occupy his three garages to the roof. Manny is a philanthropist, and gives his money and materials to those that are in need. Let’s continue to support and cheer Manny Pacquiao. He is a good man with a big heart. Manny is the best.Posted February 3, 2014 3:18 pm
what people fail to realize is Arum have it sketched in stone so there will be no Floyd and Pac this year there is no real interest out of the top rank campPosted February 3, 2014 2:55 pm

We love Manny and his PED use !!Posted February 3, 2014 2:36 pm
Hecdog – If anyone needs redemption, it’s Pacquiao, hopefully Pacquiao doesn’t give Marquez the fight and we can live on remembering Marquez putting Pacquiao face first on the canvas…that was BEAUTIFUL!! One of the greatest KO’s in boxing history :)Posted February 3, 2014 2:04 pm
Ped Man Marquez is boxing’s worst whining, crying, bad sport boxer ever. Manny Pacquiao gave this guy 4 fights when he didn’t have to. Ped Man gets one win and clearly states that he will never fight Manny Pacquiao again because as he says “I like this feeling.” Marquez then gets beat by Bradley and tells the world how he has been robbed 6 times in Las Vegas. He follows that up by saying that he will not fight anyone else other than Timothy Bradley or he will retire. Marquez has humiliated himself, and his word means nothing. Once Manny Pacquiao, arguably the greatest fighter of all time destroys Bradley, Manny should not give that coward Marquez a fight at all. Marquez has been called out over and over by Provdnokov, but he wants no part of him, and we all know why. Marquez is a done deal, and can’t beat any of the top guys. I guess Hereida has been watched closely, and I sure don’t see the same Gorilla physique on Marquez. Ped Man Marquez wants nothing to do with Manny Pacquiao, but if he dare to enter that ring against Manny, he will get what he deserves. Hopefully this whiner will retire for good. Manny is the best.Posted February 3, 2014 1:59 pm

Cont. Marquez change his stance on Pacquiao having the opportunityto exact revenge for the ko loss. It is the correct thing to do. CheersPosted February 3, 2014 11:54 am
Goodmorning. JJ Rich, I agree with you sir. Very well said my friend. I’ve always felt that both fighters were evenly matched. When you have these kind of opponents who matchup well and have had a series of bouts between them the results will be hotly contended. Think Eric Morales and Marco Antonio Barrera. Pacquiao/Marquez like the former produces exciting close bouts which are more likely than not to go to the score cards, thus resulting in close decisions. I for one am glad to see MarqPosted February 3, 2014 11:53 am
Marquez and Pacquiao are well-matched. The three fights that went the distance were legitimately close, whichever way you scored them. Some people think Marquez should have won more of the bouts. I think the bouts were pretty much correctly scored, but I can see why some disagree. I will lhave a look at some of them again, maybe. It’s not like Manny has a divine right to just roll over JMM, who is a clever, world-class fighter too. I don’t think any were robberies. A close fight is not a ‘robbery’ if, in a judge’s honest opinion, someone has narrowly won legitimately. It’s too easy to just say the underdog should get the win if it’s close, as a reward for making it close. Of course, you could also say that Manny, as the bigger name fighter at the time, got the nod because of that and his pulling power. Two were narrow Manny wins, one was a draw. Then JMM knocks out Manny, who got a bit careless and lost his focus on the night. What I know is that a Pacquiao-Marquez fight is always keenly contested and they match up well.Posted February 3, 2014 11:37 am
Happyboy_ where is marquez respect? i did not loose it!!!!Posted February 3, 2014 11:33 am
Danny Garcia will lose to Marquez, Manny, and Bradley. I think the Puercos last hope was taken away by a young American Champion named Mikey Garcia.Posted February 3, 2014 11:17 am
BeReal – Get real and stop living in your bubble. Dinamita is very well respected internationally. Many gave him the 3rd fight too, where Angel Heredia was also present in his corner but Pactards suffer from amnesia as proved by the fact that they always forget that Pac was KD in the 3rd round ibefore he got KTFO.Posted February 3, 2014 11:14 am
Olympic style drug testing…Marquez will get beat up and lose big time this time around. He is getting old and slower. A perfect power punch saved him last time…not the next time!Posted February 3, 2014 10:54 am
Ya big surprise there ,with no admiration after the first win over pac…..because of PED`s he will do what ever to achive fame.but again he will failPosted February 3, 2014 10:21 am
I also hasten to add that Marquez owes his entire career to Manny Pacquiao. Without a popular, name-brand nemesis to challenge him, Marquez would never have moved beyond his comfort zone. He failed to even draw a purse bid in his fight after Pacquiao and lost his title as a result. Without Pacquiao, I can see him as a respected beltholder, but hardly a PPV fighter.
Just saying. Maybe watch it next time you whine about “losing” to Pacquiao. If not for him, you wouldn’t have a career to lose.Posted February 3, 2014 10:10 am
No I didn’t forget, which is why I disagree with many that feel the KO was due to a lucky punch. However, although Marquez had some success before the KO, he was badley bleeding and was in trouble before he KOed Pac.Posted February 3, 2014 9:52 am
Hey PAPO ……….you seem to forget that Pac was flat on his back in the 3rd round before being put to sleep a few rounds later!!Posted February 3, 2014 8:09 am
By declining the Pacquiao rematch the first time, purse offer will be lower next time, another Marquez problem is VADA, all Pacquiao fight will be VADA tested from now on.Posted February 3, 2014 7:20 am
Bradley and Pac will be a close fight in which I’ll give Bradley the edge and predict he’ll sin by decision. Ln the other hand, Marquez, who bulked up to stay at 147, will have his hands full against either fighter.
Pacquio will be too fast and carry too much power, as was the case before being KO, for Marquez to handle. One must remember that before being KO, Pac was giving Juan a good beating. I don’t see much difference a second time around except that Pac will not be as careless.
As for Bradley, he’d outbox Marquez again and perhaps make him look bad enough to win a lopsided fight. Marquez only chance is to go after Bradley to make some damage, as he can afford to stay back to counterpunch. Bradley, having the fresher/faster legs, superior hand speed and being an excellent counterpuncher will make Marquez pay each time he tries to come forward.
Of course, either way Marquez would cry about being robbed and demand a rematch… that will never change.Posted February 3, 2014 7:20 am

2:1 to Pacquiao in fights. 5:2 to Pacquiao in knockdowns/outs. JMM has a chance to even the score.Posted February 3, 2014 3:22 am
Marquez would whip Maidana, ya digPosted February 3, 2014 3:04 am
Well, in my mind Marquez-Pacquiao is not a bad fight. On my scorecard, they’re 2-2 (i.e. I gave the first two fights narrowly to Pacquiao, third narrowly to Marquez, and we all know what happened in the fourth), so in my mind, this would be a decider.
Manny needs to redeem himself he shouldnt even be talking of Floyd until he avenges his losses. No way he beats Bradley and Marquez,,,,Posted February 3, 2014 2:17 am

Pacquiao will box JMM to death in a 5th-quel. In and out, In and out and he won’t be making the same mistake of walking onto a bomb this time. I like JMM and believe he has been unlucky in the decisions against Pacquiao but age has caught up. I personally have the ledger 2-1-1 in JMM favour. Pacquiao will erase two losses in 2014. Then there will be no excuses for Floyd. MP vs FMJ in May 2015. So it is written, so it shall be done.Posted February 3, 2014 1:08 am
