Lara makes noises when he knows Gololvins already negotiating for an April fight, clever stuff.
Martinez say’s he’s ready for GGG.
I think it’s a bit premature to call Lara and Martinez bums, because I suspect when Golovkin knocks the pair of them out, they will according to the anti Golovkin parade be too old, too light, too inexperienced, Golovkin makes them all look like bums.

Happyboy

Bulawayo2 – I won’t hold my breath waiting for that bum magnet to step in the ring with Lara or Martinez but I can bet my house that hus next fight will be another bum not ranked in tne top 10 by any organisation

WHAT!?!

Does anyone else think that Eagle Eyes and Woop Woop are the same person taking us all on a ride from both sides of the fence?

Posted February 12, 2014 9:17 pm

Eagle Eyes

Woop Woop, it is fair to say that Boxrec has him ranked at 23, because they do have him ranked at 23, just like it is fair to say that he is also ranked at 7 and 11 by the governing bodies. The problem with your line of thought is that I never said Boxrec didn’t have him at 23, whereas you said that I was lying for saying he was ranked at 11, which he is. How ironic that you accuse me of picking and choosing what suits my argument, are you blind? Do you not see that that is what you just did? Look in a mirror you hypocrite.

Golovkin is silent as a MOUSE just as I predicted! !!!!!! I am the GREATEST Fight Prophet ever born! !!!!!!

Posted February 12, 2014 8:39 pm

Woop Woop

So it is also fair to say that he has a ranking of #23 as proven by BoxRec stats. Im right, he has that ranking, you cannot deny it, you cannot hide it, you cannot undermine it or belittle it. It simply is what it is. For the record, I use BoxRec for all fighters so that there is consistency and fairness in my statements, unlike your pick-and-choose what suits your argument routine.

Posted February 12, 2014 8:38 pm

Eagle Eyes

Woop Woop, that response is as passive aggressive as a Jewish mom. So what’s the answer, are you too sanctimonious to debate the facts, or are you trying to make some point about the relevancy of the boxing organizations? Let’s assume the latter, just for the hell of it. I’ve met a few jokers like you before, guys who live and die by what Boxrec says, well there are other rankings out there besides Boxrec that are not of the alphabet sort, like Fightnews and The Ring, and they have Lee in good standing. But as for the alphabet organizations, it’s like I said before, they have the power to award championship belts, so that makes them relevant in the world of boxing. Whether you like them or not, it is the rankings of the alphabet organizations that determine who is eligible to fight for the various championships. And furthermore, you accused me of lying when I told you that Andy Lee was ranked 11 in the world, and I proved that the WBA and the WBO have him ranked at 11. The WBC has him ranked higher than that, but because you don’t like it you’re going to pretend it doesn’t exist. Im right, he has that ranking, you cannot deny it, you cannot hide it, you cannot undermine it or belittle it. It simply is what it is.

Posted February 12, 2014 8:12 pm

Woop Woop

You don’t make any points. You make up fantasy BS. When you can source any supposed points that you spout, we can continue. The only source you have commented on is the rankings. Everyone knows the alphabet rankings are a farce and that fighters align themselves to one or 2 organisations, hence the differing positions. Boxrec looks at all fighters results on a world stage within their own points system. They aren’t manipulated by big names, promotion companies and bribes like the organisations.

Posted February 12, 2014 7:16 pm

Woop Woop, I dare you to refute any of my points, you have officially been called out! Are you going to take the challenge, or are you a ducker?

Posted February 12, 2014 5:47 pm

Happyboy, Floyd is the number one light middleweight in the world, he holds two major titles there and is the 154 lineal champion. As long as he continues to hold those titles, then any credible fighter who can safely make 154 is fair game, and oh yes, that includes Golovkin.

Posted February 12, 2014 5:44 pm

Woop Woop

When you have actually shown some “facts” then I will respond. Until then, all your BS is just that. Typical, arrogance thinking you have the better of anyone. Just like GGG record you are transparent and have been seen for the fraudulent boxing fan you are.

Posted February 12, 2014 5:43 pm

Bulawayo2

Happy Boy,
When either Martinez or Lara actually get in the ring with him, and i say actually, because for all Golovkins potential opponents bravado I see very few of them pushing for it.
Interesting to see you think Froch is elite, GGG turns him into a punching bag. If Lara thinks Angulu was trouble wait until he feels Golovkins power.
Sounds like Martinez and GGG want to fight each other, will that satisfy you? Is martinez elite or when he gets badly beaten will he have been just too old for Golovkin?

Posted February 12, 2014 5:36 pm

Woop Woop

Hahaha Eagle Eyes talks in circles and gets nowhere. I’m sure you are embarrassed by being smashed and shouted down on every post. Everyone is pointing the finger at you and laughing. You have nothing new to add and repeat over and over the same flawed arguments. Here the lesson has ended and I’m sure you feel bad about being owned. Never mind, many of your GGG drones feed off false propaganda that you spew.

Posted February 12, 2014 4:41 pm

Bulawayo2 – Martinez has just said he’ll fight him later on this year, Lara has called him out, Froch & Ward have gone on record saying they would fight him but all we hear from you nutthuggers is nobody wants to fight him and how he should fight WW Mayweather. Ridiculous, a rising star at 32yrs old with a title and 10 defenses against no top tier boxer or champion. GGG has a lot to prove, we’re waiting.

Posted February 12, 2014 1:34 pm

Bulawayo2

Woop Woop,
Who are all these ” Elite ” fighters calling Golovkin out.
I can’t think of any, sure there are those that challenge him when he already has a fight arranged. As soon as he’s free the challenges disappear, replaced by excuses.

Gennady is the best pound for pound fighter right now and will demolish Marinez, Canelo, Mayweather, and Ward if given the chance. I would love to see Triple G knock Mayweather out.

Eagle Eyes

Woop Woop, you’ve shown on a world scale where Lee ranks??? No you haven’t. Boxrec doesn’t give out championship belts, do they? So let’s try this again.
Current Rankings for Andy Lee.
WBC no.7
WBA no.11
WBO no. 11
Fight News no. 15
Boxrec no.23
How interesting that you would focus on the one ranking that is both the lowest and the least important. And yet you accuse me of manipulating facts! Do you know what the word hypocrite means?? Maybe you ought to look that up before running off at the mouth. Your arguments are falling apart, and your lack of intelligence about boxing has been exposed. Anytime you want to get your @rse handed to you again, feel free to give it a try, little choo choo.

Posted February 12, 2014 9:33 am

Woop Woop

No need to wriggle. You squirming and stuttering about alphabet rankings when I’ve shown you on a world scale where Andy Lee ranks just confirms my earlier assumption that you manipulate numbers to bluff the IQ deficient GGG nuthuggers. The facts are all there in GGG record. He hasn’t fought anyone even though there are many elite fighters calling him out and all he can do is turn to the likes of lowly WORLD ranked guys.

Funny you would try to focus on that, you’re arguments are being shredded and you’re response is to insult Stevens for being short. Stevens is a former light heavyweight! He is built like a little tank, and he definitely looked heavier than Golovkin, and he IS heavier than Golovkin. and what about Andy Lee? I don’t hear you saying anything about him now, is that because I’ve shown that he is well ranked by the alphabet organizations? You’re running out of wiggle room little choo choo.

Posted February 11, 2014 11:27 pm

Woop Woop

Seriously?? Stevens looked like an Ooompah Loompah in there. Oh that was a weak attempt at humour because you’ve been found out.

Posted February 11, 2014 11:13 pm

Eagle Eyes

Woop Woop, easy tiger, you’re going to blow an O ring. Hmm….. where to begin, let’s start with Ishida. Nobuhiro wasn’t blown up, that’s another misleading statement. He was 170 on fight night against GGG, but that’s the same weight he carried into the ring when he fought Pirog and Williams. That’s consistency, not a case of blowing up, if he was blowing up there would be some difference in his weight from fight to fight, wouldn’t there? Oh wait, I’d better be absolutely clear about this, that means I’m saying you’re wrong. And as for Stevens, yes I know he looked a little bigger than Golovkin on fight night, but doesn’t that kind of prove my point? I’ll give you some time to process it.

Current Rankings for Andy Lee.

IBF not ranked
WBO no. 11

Posted February 11, 2014 10:41 pm

You can throw all the heights and weights you want. Ishida was a Jnr Middleweight blown up. Just like most of his other opponents. Look at the size difference between Stevens and GGG when they fought. It isn’t rocket science to see the truth. You’re a stat man that manipulates numbers to try and fool the IQ deficient such as yourself. The most impressive thing you do is continually spout absolute diahorrea while having GGG sack firmly planted on your chin. You have no objectivity or expansion of mind to anyones criticism of your idol, GGG. Still waiting on his responses to the numerous challenges offered to him. I guess he can only settle for #23 Andy Lee to look good on TV and keep that hype train rolling. Choooooooo!!! Choooo!!!

Posted February 11, 2014 10:37 pm

Eagle Eyes

Woop Woop, calling me a liar only makes you look worse. Lee was ranked by ring for quite a while, and it doesn’t surprise me that you live by Boxrec, but there are other rankings out there besides that. And yes it is true that you didn’t say that Adama was small, I misread the part where you said “last year”, however that doesn’t make your statement correct. Golovkin was made fighter of the month last year for his performance against Ishida, and like I just pointed out, Ishida is 6ft2 and weighed 170 pounds on fight night, he is not small. And you also seem to have conveniently overlooked the part where I explained to you that Golovkin does not fight small fighters, I listed their heights and weights, and yet you suggest he fights welterweights! You also misrepresented the rankings of Macklin and Stevens by claiming that Golovkin only fights low ranked nobodies, and that is a lie. Embrace the truth…… there’s still time.

Posted February 11, 2014 10:20 pm

Woop Woop

Eagle Eyes – I didn’t say Adama was a small guy. LIES!!! Lee is ranked at #23 (boxrec) currently, not 11. LIES!!! Is there anything you actually know because the rest of your rant is all excuses and false also. GGG has fought blown up little guys and lowly ranked so-called contenders. FACT!!! Oh thats right everyone is avoiding GGG, or they fight on the wrong network, or the moons position isn’t in correlation with Jupiter. I laugh at arrogance like yours, yelling the loudest trying to mislead the public of your ignorance and lies. You crack me up. A couple of sayings remind me of you. An empty vessel makes the most noise – Keep quiet and let people think you are stupid, rather than open your mouth and remove all doubt.

Posted February 11, 2014 9:39 pm

Eagle Eyes

Woop Woop, you have absolutely no idea of what the hell you’re talking about. How is Adama a small guy?? He’s 5ft11 and weighed 175 on fight night, and he’s also a former super middleweight. Rosado is 6ft and weighed 165 on fight night against Golovkin, and he’s the smallest guy Golovkin has fought in 3 years. Ishida, he’s 6ft2 and weighed 170 on fight night, and Macklin and and Proksa are both career middleweights. And Stevens was a former light heavyweight, and he weighed about 175 on fight night. And Froch, Ward, Murray, and Martinez have made no offer to Golovkin, Lara was stopped at the door by HBO, and Murray has already turned down a fight with Golovkin. If you were simply ignorant it would be easier to accept, but you are intentionally misleading and that speaks of some deeper, more disturbing bias. And for the record, Stevens is the no.10 middleweight in the world, Lee is 11, and Macklin was no. 6 when he fought Golovkin. It’s never to late to learn something new, I wish you luck with that.

Woop whoop-agree 100% GGG fans keep harping on about him being avoided now he’s being called out by guys far better than he’s been fighting. I think both fights (Lara/Martinez) would b good fights. Power v speed. If Martinez is on his game he could trouble him. Might take GGG a while 2 get use 2 Martinez movement and punches in bunches from diff angles. It’s no certain win 4 GGG I think it would b a great fight.

Posted February 11, 2014 6:56 pm

What a farce of an award. GGG gets fighter of the month for January when he fought in February. He get’s fighter of the month last year for beating on ayet another small guy with no defence. Yep, the media sure are setting up ‘the illusion’ for a mighty fall. Still waiting for his response to Lara and Martinez, may as well throw in Ward, Froch, Murray also. Of course he became inflexible so he couldn’t accept the challenge of Geale too. Same stories from the same old guy getting big press for fighting blown up Welters and Jnr Middles and guys ranked outside Top 10, 15 even 20.

WBC “fighter of the Month” lol. The WBC will most likely invent a “fighter of the Month” belt for this.. Wonder who won the WBC “silver” fighter of the month belt? Also, is this the WBC Super Champion of the month or just the regular one? If we have a bunch of lousy fights one month do we get a box off for the interim “fighter of the Month” title?

Suddenly when a good 154 fighter wants the fight, they don’t like to fight smaller fighters. I bet you can’t believe you were a fan of this guy. The M.O. is all too clear at this point. Bring on the great Andy Lee.

Fighter of the month ? Golovkin doesn’t want to fight Andre Ward and now he is avoiding Erislandy Lara ..Lara is openly challenging Golovkin ..Who does Golovkin want to fight ..he said’s that Lara is to small but yet he wants to fight Pacquiao and Mayweather ..What a joke this Golovkin is .

Posted February 11, 2014 1:53 pm

blackbert

This is obviously a typo! You must mean “Ducker Of The Month” don’t you? Golovkin said “We’ll fight anyone from 154-175,” except Ward and now Lara. He turned both fights down; he can’t use the excuse of no one wants to fight him anymore. Lara isn’t good enough for GGG, but Nishoda is? Andy Lee is? GGG is a first class ducking hype job continually fighting tomato cans. GGG = 3X the ducking ability. And after seeing him against Ouma, who was well over the hill and landied continuous shots on him, there’s no way he beats Lara. And where did all this sudden power come from. If you wonder why I ask that question just go look at the Ouma fight. According to Rosado his gloves are loaded via padding removal, and he warned Stevenson about it. How you gonna call out Floyd who is two division below you and fights for a different network, but claim that you can’t fight Lara because he with a different network, he’s in a division below yours, nobody knows who Lara is, etc. He’s using every excuse in the book to duck Lara. Everybody is ducking Lara, Cotto, Floyd, Canelo, and now Golovkin.
