PainFight beggar Marquez better be ready to for some beatdown. He sure is going to suffer in Dec. the 8th. He sure is going to be in a lot of pain. Piss Manny off way too much and you’re done. Just like Mayweather is done if and when he faces Manny. Posted October 8, 2012 4:59 pmBonzaiI think Roach is a good trainer. More importantly, he was brilliant at picking opponents for Manny for several years. Delahoya, Hatton, Cotto, Margarito, etc… He picked the right time, and the right tactics to take them down. The Hatton fight in particular was a perfect example of this. Manny knew what Hatton was going to throw before Hatton even started to thow it. It was a perfect demolishon, with a perfect game plan coming in. Now Arum seems to be more involved and they are searching for opponents. Pac has no advantage on him. The difference is Pac’s body doesn’t respond to PEDs like it used to. JMM might pull this one out. Posted October 7, 2012 11:44 pmKid BlastTark has the beat Posted October 7, 2012 8:05 pmFloyd’s Lawyer“Realtalk” You’re simply an ABSOLUTE IMBECILE!!! PATHETIC!!! Posted October 7, 2012 7:32 pmHidalgoLet’s not all be to hasty to jump on Freddie’s back. Like a capitalist who has a lot of money to invest, his investments can make him very rich or very poor very quickly. Freddie has a lot of high-caliber fighters in his stable. So he stands to win big or lose big at any given time. As of late, he’s been losing big. But when he was winning, hardly anyone could find fault with him. I also think it’s time for him to retire, however. But really, only Freddie knows when that time will be. Posted October 7, 2012 5:43 pmRichGod, the morons that post on here….did they ever go to school……… Posted October 7, 2012 11:52 amRMAs much as I like Pac and consider him one of boxing’s best, he will probably have big problems with Marquez again. To KO Marquez, Pac would have to be at his sharpest and best condition, so if he hurts him he can pour it on and finish him. Marquez has a head of concrete, so it will be hard, not to mention he can hit and is a master boxer. A tough match again! Posted October 7, 2012 10:58 amThe KingslayerI think Marquez will finally get a decision this time. Posted October 7, 2012 3:27 amforrealRoach should ease off on that Bong!! Posted October 6, 2012 11:26 pmMjOk when Dey La Hoya fought Floyd he got credit for a lot of flurry windmill crap that wasnt landing . His name scored him rounds he didn’t win. Posted October 6, 2012 9:12 pmDCTeach defense? How to you teach a talent like Khan that he’ll never be a slugger? How do you teach maturity to Jr? Paquaio didn’t dominated Bradley. Roach is a great trainer. Emmanuel Stewart has said as much and he should know Posted October 6, 2012 8:33 pmRealtalkYou know you beat may by doing what the only person did that beat him castllo follow that! Posted October 6, 2012 8:25 pmRealtalkMarquez said that manny has a tell and mayweather dose not Posted October 6, 2012 8:23 pmRealtalkFirst of all PAC is good not great, he has no boxing skill at all, 2nd if Marquez can land at will what’s to say may won’t who is faster and stronger then Marquez! Know what you talking before you talk Posted October 6, 2012 8:22 pmPain“OLD” De La Hoya almost beat Floyd. RealtalkPain do you work for roach or top rank? Because your post make no sense at all Posted October 6, 2012 8:02 pmKnock out kingRoach is just a trainer a good one that know his s but there r lots of trainers like him he is not the only one and pacquiao is just a fighter win some lose some and manny will have back to back loses when he fights Marquez for the fourth time his time has come and gone Marquez and pacquiao should both retire and let the young lions fight Posted October 6, 2012 8:01 pmTARKRoach complained a lot after the fight that De La Hoya wouldn’t throw… Freddie thought Oscar lost by a wide margin and that the judges were dufuses. Posted October 6, 2012 8:00 pmPainSorry guys. Marquez is dead meat this time. So is Floyd next. Roach trained an old DLH who almost beat Floyd. Pac will surely kick Mayweather’s ass under Roach. Roach deserves everything. He is a good man and a great trainer. Posted October 6, 2012 7:54 pmNoppornRoach is done! Posted October 6, 2012 7:48 pmNoppornIf Pacquiao gets beaten in this coming December, then Roach should think about his retirement. Posted October 6, 2012 7:47 pmTARKTrue. Posted October 6, 2012 7:36 pmBusterTrousersFreddie Roach is a great trainer, an adornment to boxing but maybe hes physically not what he was a few years ago, he deserves enormous credit what hes done with his career Posted October 6, 2012 7:32 pmTARKRoach should retire… He’s made a lot of money over the past 20 years and his cognitive skills have diminished. You need to be sharp as a tack at this level or you’ll be outcoached by the other corner. His judgment is impaired. He didn’t think Sergio Martinez is a great boxer and thought Chavez could outpoint him, and didn’t necessarily need to stop him. If you’re missing some things that are happening and don’t have immediate answers, it’s time to quit. I believe Pacquiao will beat Marquez, but he’ll have to make some adjustments on his own. When Pac hears, “Uhhh we need to pick it up OK son??? Uhhh we need a big round here OK? Ummm we’re behind I think. He’s hitting you too much so you can’t box him so much. You need to get on him OK son?” Manny has to be thinking to himself, “OK, he won that round. He’s getting me with quick right counters and following up well. I need to jab much sharper, feint more, and get him to lead some. Then tear into him with 6 or 7 punch flurries so he doesn’t get so many chances to counter.” In other words, Pac has to be his own chief second. Posted October 6, 2012 6:29 pmlargosorry Roach, but Marquez ain’t losing this one.
