Calderon problem is age. He could get away with skills before but at his age it makes no sense fighting guys that are way bigger than him. The champion is 5’8″ and Calderon 5′. The champion barely makes weight. Calderon was at 105 more than a week before the fight. He had a great career. But even Finito was retire way before Calderon’s age. Enough is enough.

Calderon can’t run fast no more. It’s time for him to retire. He got nothing more to prove. Time is up for him.

good to see Wilfrredo “Chicanito” Vasquez earn a tough win. win or lose, he continues to demonstrate grit, skills, and determination to be counted In among title-contenders. i would Love to see him retire JuanMono for Good. the book on Lopez has been published and the cliff notes is all you need to read: Lopez can punch but he’s got no defense, average stamina, and can be KTFO . . . Twice.
