Man I hope Deontay doesn’t become yet another trash talking idiot in the ring. It ruins boxing. I liked him until comments like this are made.Posted May 11, 2014 8:51 pm
Both Stiverne and Arreola have no chance against Wilder. Which is really not saying too much about Wilder ether. Although Tyson Fury has a big mouth and not the best of skills, he is the better of the four fighters. I know that he seems crude, clumsy and has been put down a number of times. However, he has gotten up each time and managed to win all his fights. The guy has more heart than the other three.Posted April 8, 2014 4:49 pm
Anyone else out there notice that many of these top heavyweights have and continue to fight each other with the lone exception of Wilder? Is Wilder’s team waiting for many of these top guys to soften each other up before reluctantly putting him in the ring with them??Posted March 28, 2014 4:39 pm
wilder beat pulev??? ha. Wilder will get hit.Posted March 28, 2014 3:26 pm
Аnd уou tink Wildеr bеаt Pulеv? Тhis would а grеаt fight.Posted March 28, 2014 4:50 am
Chisora beats Fury. Chisora-Fury III keep the circus going. By then, Wilder will have knocked “everyone” out, but he will not have “serious 3″. He could start one with a Pulev-Wilder I. Wlad don’t wanna dance with Pulev. Oh, I forgot the Thompson-Wlad III.Posted March 28, 2014 4:22 am
and then . . . arreola-stiverne III. keep the circus going.Posted March 28, 2014 4:17 am
I think Arreola may very well beat Stiverne this time. Arreola will be out for blood and will be in great shape this time because he KNOWS it’s a crossroads fight! Arreola’s gotta use his hard, ramrod left jab to set things up though. He doesn’t use it nearly enough, but when he does, things work! And I think it may be WAR!Posted March 27, 2014 8:33 pm
breaking arreola’s nose will not be in the script. i dont think haymon can pay a warrior like arreola to take a dive. he isnt a 40 year old washed up broke black bum like scott.Posted March 27, 2014 5:12 pm
Wilder cannot break anyone’s nose with a Phantom punch…..Posted March 27, 2014 4:52 pm
Deontay Wilder has power and he delivers those punches quick, but he’s still largely untested…thing is, he’s a dangerous proposition for anyone all the same. A 6’7″ puncher. Wilder’s going to get his WBC shot anyway. The likes of Stiverne, Pulev would probably take him, as they’re more rounded. Wilder’s probably gonna get his hands on a title one day though. He’ll get a few chances.Posted March 27, 2014 4:34 pm

Steward also said : “Lennox will not want to go out like that……that was not a clear cut victory”.
(Referring to Klitschko rematch)Posted March 27, 2014 3:58 pm
Either stiverne or arreola would head hunt wilder with the calculation they might have to take a hit. It would be an honest test. Jorge Luis Gonzalez came in KO’ing 95 percent and no loses Bowe took big hits from Gonzalez. Gonzalez had a rude awakening.Posted March 27, 2014 3:44 pm
I like that Wilder will fight the Arreola-Stiverne winner. Don’t think it should be for the WBC heavyweight title though.Posted March 27, 2014 1:40 pm
The first time Wilder gets hit – I mean really hit as in hit by say a Corrie Sanders type of right hand or a Mike Weaver type of left hook – his charade will be COMPLETELY OVER – Wilder has been more than overprotected but as of yet, no one has admitted any reason for suchPosted March 27, 2014 1:22 pm
Pleased to see a lot of commenters speaking the truth.
One guy made butterbean look like an athlete, and yes Wilders legs had gone.
I forgot Pulev on my list of winners over Wilder. I might also add Shannon Briggs.Posted March 27, 2014 11:28 am
Pulеv will jаb Stivеrnе fаcе аnd hеаd to slow
Pulеv hаs somе vеrу dаngеr nаstу bodу shots toPosted March 27, 2014 10:46 am
Stivern will beat Arreola. Lets see how easy Wilder finds the fight with Stivern, who is a big puncher and a counter puncher, and has proven that he can fight big men. He was in there with 6’6 Ray Austin who even though is a high level journeyman had fought life fighters. Wilder hasnt fough one life fighter. Malik Scott is a decnt fighter, but he took his pay check and ran. Dont blame him, Shannon Briggs was paid $750K when he fought Vitali, unfortunately he spent nearly all of it on his hospital bill following the **s whooping from Vitali. Malik did the sensible thing, you dont get paid more if you sustain a broken nose or jaw.Posted March 27, 2014 10:26 am

Wilder has fought no one on the level of Arreola or Stiverne yetPosted March 27, 2014 10:16 am
Not sold on Wilder but if he gets to land clean on either of these guys it’s lights out and that is a well-known fact that no one can deny.Posted March 27, 2014 10:12 am

piechucker – “Why do people say wilder has a glass jaw? Has this been proven?”
Wilder was knocked down by a wanting journeyman.Posted March 27, 2014 9:33 am

the voice of reason
i like wilder and he sure brings excitement but hes under-estimating both arreola and stiverne who are very different propositions from anyone hes fought before. Both are very strong and stiverne probably hits harder than anyone in the division except for wlad. still – its gonna be fun to watch!Posted March 27, 2014 6:36 am

Haterz should like Wilder calling these guys out….yes he’s untested, @least he’s looking 2 step up.Posted March 27, 2014 4:47 am
I see Wilder’s flapping his glass jaw again! He’s going to have to fight a real fighter in his next fight and we’ll see the Wilder hype machine derailed.Posted March 27, 2014 3:49 am
how long does pulev have to be the mandatory????? pulev might retire before he even gets a chance to box as mandatory.Posted March 27, 2014 2:21 am
Wildеr-Pulеv winnеr will bе WВC аnd IВF mаndаtorу to thе undispudеt chаmpion…..

Like I said, Wilder is gonna get starched, real soon.
I see Arreola knocking Wilder out in the first round, much like his fight with Seth Mitchell. Wilder was knocked down by some guy named Harold Sconiers, whose record was 17-20-2 at the time! I’m pretty well sold on Deontay’s power, however, if a guy like Sconiers knocked him down, Arreola will destroy him. Top of that, Arreola has a VERY good chin, but I don’t think Wilder does at all.Posted March 27, 2014 1:46 am
Wilder has taken a leaf from the book of Fury. Silly predictions along with a false sense of security in his fraudulent record. Arreola would destroy Wilder, in fact the first guy to take a Wilder punch and move forward swinging will beat Wilder. He will be so confused, that numerous punches will shatter his well known glass jaw. Arreola is the guy to bring this chump back to reality with a thud. It isn’t Wilder’s fault when he gets fed cans and divers. Blame should be squarely on his handlers for letting such a farce eventually get thrown into the deep end and hurt bad.Posted March 27, 2014 1:42 am
Jennings will BOX THE $HIT outta Wilder!Posted March 27, 2014 1:39 am
wilder wont be fighting the winner! wilder will have to fight the winner of the other wbc title eliminator between jennings and perez as a final eliminator! stop writing articles like this!.Posted March 27, 2014 1:33 am
