Greatness inside the boxing ring comes to a fighter that is special. The great fighter does things that others can’t quite duplicate. He does things effortlessly and without having to think. The attributes he possesses (power, speed, athleticism, movement) are gifts he was born with. Manny Pacquiao is a great fighter that does things that leave boxing fans in awe. He can punch with the power of an earthquake. He has hand speed that rivals that of a striking cobra. He has the graceful foot movement of the great football player, Barry Sanders comes to mind. And he has the aura of invincibility that gives him the chance to beat anyone at any time. Manny Pacquiao will grace us with his presence on April 12th in Las Vegas. He has returned to take back a title that was unjustly stolen from him by Timothy Bradley with the assistance of the ring judges. The boxing world is once again alive, filled with anticipation and excitement to see greatness in the ring. Manny Pacquiao will bring in the movie stars, professional athletes, musicians and world leaders to the fight. Any Pacquiao fight bests the World Series, NBA Finals, Stanley Cup or the World Cup. The magnitude of excitement reaches all four corners of the world. Those fortunate fans that come to Las Vegas get a double treat as Manny will likely perform his celebrated hit song like “Sometimes When We Touch.” Manny is a boxer, singer, actor, but more importantly an entertainer that aims to please fans, which he consistently does. There will be no more Manny Pacquiao’s once this legendary fighting machine retires for the squared circle. Manny has fought the best of his time and beaten them all. He is respected and admired by all of his boxing peers. Fans enjoy watching his fights because they know there is action, excitement and they are watching the ONLY 8 division boxing champion in history. This by itself classifies him as the best ever. If only one man can reach the top of mountain, every other man falls short. Manny Pacquiao is the only man to reach a little higher than all the rest. Is he the greatest ever? Quite possibly, but I will not become a braggart and tarnish any part of Manny Pacquiao. I will say that he is arguably the best of all time, and leave it at that. Manny Pacquiao is without a doubt one of the most influential people ever. He reaches people of all walks of life. Manny Pacquiao is quite unique as he personifies greatness inside and outside the ring. The pugilist and the person are both one in spirit. This is a special man that encompasses greatness. Trust me on this. Manny is one of a kind. Manny’s the best!

After the decision the WBO ordered a video review of the bout. The five judges on the WBO’s committee all scored the fight in Pacquiao’s favor — 117-111, 117-111, 118-110, 116-112 and 115-113. However, the WBO can’t overturn the result of the fight.

Who has Manny beat since 09? Oscar, Margecheato, Hatton, Clottey, Mosley all fighters past there prime or were dehydrated. Cotto while dehydrated was the only good fighter Manny beat and Cotto was coming off a huge lost that almost killed him. Manny cannot beat no guys in his own weight class. Marquez continues to give him the blues and he got KTFO, Bradley he couldn’t dominate much less put away and Rios stood right in from of him like a gift and he couldn’t finish him Manny at this point is a wash. He never had a killer instinct just cherry picked fighters by Roach the joke…

Manny already beat Bradley, but lets not forget, Pac didn’t fight until the last minute or so of every round. That type of thing has cost many fighters fights.

As if Pac needs compassion from a guy he smacked around 10 of 12 rounds. Bradley, a forward moving volume puncher, turned into a runner and that’s because he was getting his ass kicked.

Unbelievable! Weigh-in day is my Birthday, and the scheduled weigh-in time (6:00 pm) is minutes from my birth time I arrived. I am pumped now. My birthday present as you all guess is a Manny Pacquiao victory, which will happen. I’m throwing a block party tomorrow and the neighborhood will be wearing all Pacquiao attire. Las Vegas will be rocking when Manny takes his stage. All the talk is over. Man or Mouse will show up to do battle. This is without a doubt the most recognized fight of all time. Ali vs Frazier, Fight of The Century is right up there with this one. All those grueling hours of mental and physical preparation will finally come to a close. Who’s career will take a turn for the worse (obviously Bradley’s). Will this fight be a Duran vs Leonard #1, Hagler vs Hearns, Ward vs Gatti or will this be a combination of the best fights ever? Regardless, Manny Pacquiao will edge closer to his own Mount Pacquiao similar to Mount Rushmore. Manny Pacquiao is a legend that continues to bring in fans by the hundreds of thousands. By the way, my Birthday Cake has a picture of me and Manny with are hands raised like the Rocky movie. The theme, “Going Higher.” Manny Pacquiao has the world on his shoulders. The sun is a little brighter, the air a bit cleaner and people are smiling. What a day and time in our life. There will be many victory parties before and after the fight. Make your way to them. This is an event of epic proportions, and no other fighter will command this kind of world fever and passion. There is some speculation that more satellites are currently being put up for this historic event. No one in or around the earth wants to miss this. trust me , Manny Pacquiao will do something special and spectacular. Manny is the best!

Marquez did not take Bradley to the next level, fought a very safe fight. Bradley also did not want to take it to the next level, Ruslan gave him a beating from post to post. Bradley is valiant fighter no doubt and strong fighter. He lost to Pacquiao in 2012, Diaz and Bradley wants to prove that. They asking for killer instinct for Pacquiao. What killer instinct Bradley has with 12 Kos. Pacquiao fought Marquez iV pure killer instinct, fought Rios pure determination and power after such a knockout lose against Marquez he had to downplay some. He brought his confidence back with Rios. He will finish Bradley.

Get ready boxing fans, Manny Pacquiao’s Grand Arrival is slated for today at the MGM Grand. Manny Mania is alive and well, and Las Vegas adopted son is arriving to clean up Sin City. Mayweather’s own town transforms into Manny Pacquiao land. The iconic legend brings in fans from all over the world. The stars are out, world leaders and dignitaries all come out to see arguably the greatest fighter of all time. The only 8 time division boxing champion ever. Manny Pacquiao is coming, and half the world is coming along with him. The blazing hand speed, the graceful, and artistic movement and the destructive power will all be present when Manny Pacquiao steps into that boxing ring on Saturday night. My bags are packed, my Manny Pacquiao attire is neatly pressed, and we’re set to go. Boxing needs Manny Pacquiao more than fish need water. Opening Day for Major League Baseball is dwarfed by the news of Manny Pacquiao arriving in Las Vegas. Imagine Manny coming out to ring in his patented colors of his homeland, the beautiful head band, the bounce in his legs and the million dollar smile as the house erupts with passion and emotions. The crowd cheering “Manny, Manny, Manny, Manny, Manny, Manny”. And I will be the one fan in the crowd leading that chant. Never again will there be this kind of excitement in any event. You will have missed a part of life if you’re not glued to your tv set or at the live event. Manny Pacquiao is making his triumphant return to glory. He will turn back the hands of time and begin his second reign as P4P King of the ring. Don’t blink because something special will happen before round 4 or no later than round 9. Trust me on this, Manny Pacquiao is simply the best ever. That was hard to say because that encompasses a lot of great fighters, but Manny is the best!

Auzbox , they know now that PAC can handle cotto even at 147 but back then team PAC demanded the fight to be at 145 because they could PAC was a champion and cotto’s popularity sinked because of margarito loss and had to take the fight , I was sure then and I am sure now that PAC beats cotto in any weight class but the fact is catch weights fights are not fair fights in my book just like mayweather asked Canelo to drop two pounds and was a champion at 154 so why the catch weight ?? In mayweather and paqiao (who I am a big fan ) case there was no need of those catch weight fights but they did it and that’s trying to take the advantage which is not cool in my book no matter who it is

Posted April 8, 2014 6:14 am

Auzbox

My point is cotto gets stopped by PAC whether he fights him at 147 or 154. If fighters are so effected by the weight they wouldn’t fight. The same argument the other way. PAC is a 135 pound fighter but fights at welter. People bag him for making guys come down forgetting he is already coming up 1 or even 2 divisions

The great Manny Pacquiao is making his way to Las Vegas, and the world is roaring with excitement. Everyone has heard the rumors of Manny derailing and almost executing his sparring partners for weeks. Rumors of sparring partners being hurt and discombobulated are true. Headaches, black eyes, broken ribs, swollen jaws are common for Manny Pacquiao sparring partners. Some were rumored to be heard saying”I see dead people” similar to the movie The Sixth Sense, after sparring with Manny. Manny Pacquiao is putting a hurt on those trying to sharpen him up, and they are paying dearly for it. There’s money to be made if you can drop Manny Pacquiao. Guess what? No one has been able to accomplish this thus far. We are talking about a legendary fighter that that is reaching his prime. Shot gun blasts are heard coming from the Wild Card gym. Police were almost called until some fans ran into to the gym and saw Manny Pacquiao hitting the mitts. Heavyweights aren’t capable of unleashing the dynamite fury that Manny Pacquiao is unleashing. Timothy Bradley says he won’t show any compassion to Manny during the fight. Weel, Timothy better pray that Manny has compassion on him because he’s going to take a beating. I highly suggest that all women and children not be around the screen to watch this fight. Manny Pacquiao is without a doubt the People’s Champion. He is adored more than any athlete has ever been. He is on a mission, and will be ignited by his family, especially his beautiful wife Jinkee that will not be in attendance due to her pregnancy due date, which is in late April. Manny’s emotions and ferocious killer instinct are focused on one man, Timothy Bradley. Timothy is like a sheep heading towards the slaughter house. he has no idea what wrath he’s about to face. He’s full of false bravado and loud talk, but when it’s all said and done. Manny Pacquiao will have destroyed Timothy Bradley. Trust me, no one today or in the past could beat Manny Pacquiao when he is focused and mentally and physically prepared, no one. You will see the greatest fighter in the history of boxing put on a spectacular fight for the ages. Manny is the best.

Posted April 8, 2014 4:02 am

Adrian

Auzbox, my point was that it’s ridiculous when I hear some Floyd fans bragging about floyed win over Mosley and at the same Time they criticize PAC win over Mosley as if mayweather fought Mosley in his prime and PAC not who btw dominated him in every round and dropped him once too….
And about the catch weight I disagree with you when you say it makes no diference on a boxer if they drop , if it didn’t then there would be no reason of making catch weights would it?
In some cases it’s not a big difference but in a Canello’s case it played a HUGE difference because Canelo we all know has trouble to go down to 154 anyway and to make him drop another two pounds it takes away a lot from him especially training wise because instead of doing regular preparation to drop another two pounds you need to focus more on losing weights … Hell why did mayweather ask Canelo to drop two pounds ? Lol….

Posted April 8, 2014 3:44 am

Auzbox

He is still known as a great fighter I didn’t say I like him. I’m sick of people on here talking about weight drained. Canelo weight drained with 2 pound- no way he was. Cotto 7 no way he was, that’s why they train and have a good diet is to cope. If someone lost 20 pound then that’s the only time it’s different

Posted April 8, 2014 2:35 am

Auzbox Hopkins if your talking Bernard Hopkins is flat out a cheater in the ring. No fighter out there has skills holding hugging dirty fighting non real fighting is considered great.

Well Adrian that would mean that mayweather fought cotto late. PAC destroyed him earlier than mayweather giving him his second hardest fight of his career, like dust on a shoulder wiped away. And don’t come with the weight drained crap. Hopkins drops 20-30 and still wins that’s what makes him great.

Posted April 8, 2014 2:08 am

Adrian

Havoc I am being sarcastic , I laugh when floyed fans criticize PAC’s win over Mosley as if mayweather beat Mosley in his prime , the fact is Mosley wasn’t in his prime when he fought either of them including cotto who he fought earlier then floyed …

this bout will almost certainly settle into a sloppy chess-match. Bradley isn’t going to get reckless and engage Manny* and Pacquiao* isn’t skilled enough to effectively walk Bradley down. the rounds will be difficult to score even though Pacquiao* will have the bigger moment or two but overall Bradley will alternately stymie and counter Pacquiao* to distraction resulting in a non-controversial UD for Bradley. ho-hum . . . hardly a must-see fight-night.

Posted April 7, 2014 10:22 pm

te tumbo

Pacquiao* is going to “hunt Bradley down” and he “won’t let up until Bradley surrenders”. Bradley responds, with, “I won’t show any compassion to Pacquiao*” more mayhem is being promised here than all four Marquez v. Pacquiao* bouts combined and Pacquiao* was put out of commission for an entire year following the final one. the Bradley v. Pacquiao* rematch can’t possibly live up to all of the almost desperate huffing-and-puffing going on between these two. are sales weak?

Pac is on the decline and he needs to reinvent himself he needs a win a big win, he needs to KO Bradley and keep winning but the reality is he hasnt been dominate since 09 and he has no big fights on the horizon he walked away in 09 from Floyd so I am not sure if it can be made but he has Marquez 5 as well, no way he survives both. Hell even the Bradley fight wont do 1 million ppvs…

Bradley must have a large food bill; or at least his wife does! On a serious note, I’m really looking forward to this fight, there’s a lot at stake for Pacquiao and Bradley has really lit the fire for Pacquiao to come out guns blazing.

Greg Haugen, told everyone that Chavez Sr beat 100 taxi cab drivers. He then received a one sided beatdoen at the hands of Chavez.

I hate when fighters say this crap Greg Haugen said this in the Vinny Paz fight —

Bradley said via RingTV. “In that ring, it is all about my family eating or his family eating. Manny Pacquiao will have to knock me out to stop my family from eating.”

Dude these fighters are millionaires a lost >>> DOES NOT MEAN THERE FAMILY WILL STARVE. MY GOD !!!!!!!!

Bradley in reality has 2 losses on his record. 1 from Paquiao the other Provo.
