“Dose anyone think that the fight sold 1.2milion?”

I’m thinking more like 1 million, maybe just shy of that. But after this fight, Pac shouldn’t have a problem breaking the 1 million barrier again.

“IF Pacquiao couldn’t knockout all of those #0 P4P Fighters then we knew that he wasn’t going to knockout #3 P4P Bradley just like he won’t knockout #1 P4P Mayweather.”

Nor would Mayweather be able to KO Pacquiao. Floyd’s KO record since 2009 is little better than Pac’s. Other than his TKO win over Ricky Hatton in 2007, Floyd has only one KO, over Victor Ortiz, and it was a shady KO at that.

Actually, since the beginning of 2007, Floyd has stopped a total of two of his opponents. Manny has stopped FIVE.

“Boxtra, you’re full of it… You have no disciples… You also picked Pac by early KO,”

Actually, the real Boxtra$$wipe picked Bradley to beat Pacquiao, but said Bradley would get robbed by the judges and the win would go to Pac.

Manny Pacquiao is Boxing’s most important and influential prize fighter today. There is no comparison. Manny routinely fights the best of his era, and put son a show. The fight everyone has been wanting to see for 6 years will never happen. The drug testing issues have been resolved a long time ago. The truth is that Floyd Mayweather truly FEARS Manny Pacquiao. Sparring partners that have been in there with both all say the same thing. Manny is something special. You can’t see his punches, his movement and angles he throws punches at are incredible. And his power is destructive. Floyd’s family (dad, uncles) have been outspoken for years regarding Floyd’s safty if he were to fight Manny Pacquiao. It’s out in the open now. Floyd Mayweather has ruined his already tarnished image forever. Never has a boxing champion been questioned by so many of his own peers. Manny Pacquiao continues to earn more credibility and admiration by taking on the best in boxing. He has nothing to prove. Manny Pacquiao proved to the world that he fights for the fans. He gives 100% each and every time, and he’s not afraid to take chances. The 15,000 plus fans at the MGM Grand watched a living legend put on a show that no one will ever forget. Manny Pacquiao will never be forgotten. He has never had an easy fight. The best ever. Trust me on this.

How can you keep an IMMACULATE reputation if you ACCEPT being WRONG??? You SISSIES know NOTHING about the FIGHT GAME. Take it from a 40 year old VIRGIN who has NEVER raised a HAND in violence to another MAN. I know EVERYTHING about the FIGHT game. I have READ about on the INTERNET!

What more is left to say about the legendary Manny Pacquiao. Last night’s fight against Timothy Bradley showed Manny’s ability not to be reckless, but patient and calculating. Manny’s timing seemed to be a little off, but he went for it on several occasions. At one point throwing and landing 10 or more punches. The speed was there as were Manny’s tremendous legs. He often moved and had Timothy swinging at air. There were many fantastic toe to toe exchanges, and Bradley connected solidly early in the fight even staggering Manny, but Manny would not let this fight get away from him. This was his moment to get redemption for the tragic unfair loss that he had unjustly received by a bunch of inept boxing judges. This was Manny’s opportunity to show the doubters in the boxing world that his time was not yet over as he had stated. There were times when Manny seemed a bit off with his punches. His timing and accuracy were also a little off, but he kept fighting and landing many clean and effective punches on a more difficult Timothy Bradley. Bradley was more confident, used excellent defense, and tried pushing the pace early as he threw many hard shots to Manny’s head and body. Both warriors let their best punches go. Manny Pacquiao at age 35 put it all together in the final rounds and brought the fans to their feet. Was this the best Manny Pacquiao we’ve seen, probably not. Was he over trained or just simply showing signs of father time catching up. Regardless, now is the time to give Manny Pacquiao his just due. This warrior has given boxing fans some of the greatest fights in boxing history. At times it was difficult to see who was fighting harder, Manny Pacquiao or his mother Dionesia. This lady was picking up the pace as each round ended. She used every ounce of energy as she tried willing her son to victory. This was a very touching moment as we saw mother and son both trying to bring home a victory. On the other side was Timothy Bradley. A courageous fighter with a desire to win that would not quit until it was over. Timothy is a classy young man that also deserves a lot of credit. He redeemed himself by sharing his honest thoughts on the winner. He gave all that he had, and admitted it wasn’t good enough on this night. He gained a lot of fans. Where does Manny go from here? I’m not sure. Marquez? Provodnikov? Garcia? Porter? Who knows. What we do know is that Floyd Mayweather will not be next. He will forever be remembered as the fighter that robbed fight fans of a Mega Fight. Only he knows the real answers. Manny Pacquiao has fought the best of his time and beaten them all. It’s time for all fans to recognize this fierce warrior. He’s gone through tough times inside and outside the boxing ring, and he’s always come out on top. Manny Pacquiao accomplished his mission on April 12th. He now has to decide what he does from here. Both Jinkee and Manny’s high spirited want him to retire. I hope he makes the right choice himself and his family. Manny will one day be missed by everyone, trust me on this. Manny is the best!

I never took Bradley by KO. That was one of MY disciples that failed once again. Bradley only has 12 KO’s in 31 Fights. Only an imbecile who has no knowledge of Fighters records would predict that he all of a sudden scores a KO over a Top 10 P4P Fighter. We all knew it was going 12. Bradley can’t even knockout a FRUIT fly and Pacquiao couldn’t even score knockouts vs #0 P4P Margarito, Clottey, Mosley, and Rios. EASY prediction to make.

Boxtradamus must be the worst boxing analyst of all time.. He picks a non-puncher to KO one of the best fighters in the history of the sport.. This was an easy fight to pick.. Any analyst with any talent knew the best pick was a 12 round decision for Pacquiao — and the best bet was the over because neither man was likely to get knocked out.

This pundit says.., “The judge that scored it 118-110 must have been watching another fight because there’s no way Pacquiao won the fight by that score. It was close.”

What fight were you watching??? The fight wasn’t close.. Pacquiao won it 117-111… and there is no reason for Pacquiao to beat up Bradley again … More interesting opponents include Mayweather… Porter… Garcia… Matthysse… and Thurman.

mansworld, some truth, how about Floyd ? He could beat PAC . Well the mayweather think so.

@Auzbox.. So how do you know Pactranny is past his prime??? Cause Marquez took his soul???

Posted April 13, 2014 11:27 pm

mansworld

Bradley lacks two elements from making him great one is he abandons his game plan to outbox fighters. In this fight he was beating Manny up to the fifth round. Then he let Manny dictate he gets caught and starts trading punches like typical Latino fighters. Bradley did the same thing with Ruslan and almost got KTFO. He lacks composure and ring IQ. Not to mention it looked like he ran out of gas after about the six round that’s when Manny took over. A better trained well experienced fighter would destroy Manny. Hell Bradley had Manny shook a few times and rung his bell he just punched himself into fatigue by going for the KO he fought a dumb fight. Bradley needs a better trainer..

what an idiot this hobby writer is. i’m no Manny fanboy (and believe he was in the recent past indeed on peds) however ray charles could see he won no worse than 8-4.

as for the “inside info” this doltish writer posits – ah, no. Pacquiao has no interest in a 3rd fight with Bradley his CAMP has said so, moron. don’t you follow boxing?

enough already

No surprise Manny beat Bradley he beat him the first time but he pissed off the judges by making them wait so they gave it to Tim. Bradley is one dimensional and he cannot make adjustments not to mention he has no punch. Manny needs to fight the best out there not Bradley and Marquez over and over enough already…

Fight was closer than the judges scorecards, but because it’s Pacquiao they feel he needs to win like this but i had it closer than those ridiculous scores! While Bradley fought stupidly,he was still able to tag Pac many times! A win apiece and i wouldn’t want to see a third fight, just not exciting enough!

It’s called surviving,Bradley said he needed a ko, that mean he knew he was losing, PAC punches were hurting him, and guess what? He said after the fight no excluse PAC won this fight he still got the fire. Bradley answer your question why he was not the same at the end. PAC come on strong and he had no answer, he got out boxed. Dudes. Face it pac can box.

I agree will the earlier posters. You can’t win fights by running and dodging. You got to fight. Not grab and clench. Was Bradley trained by Bernard Hopkins. Terrible style of fighting. PLEASE NO 3RD MATCH

Anonymous, nobody ko Tim now, prov. hit him with bombs too many times PAC connected with left hook and Tim as useal wobble but he still standing nobody ko him. Not maidana not Floyd. The only way to beat him is to out punch him. That just manny did. PAC 1/2 a champion now.

Posted April 13, 2014 4:07 pm

Boxtradamus, the way Tim was fighting, Pac should have been able to KO him. I never seen a man go from unhinging Pac one moment to tossing punches, presumably with his eyes closed, the next and thus, being there to be drilled, countered and nailed to the floor.
Bradley’s performance was an F. If I didn’t know he was an unbeaten 2 weight world titlist and you told me, I would’ve said you were kidding. This man deliberately threw away any chance of beating Pac by resorting to Hail Marys with more than 2 thirds of the fight left. Hopefully Bradley disappears for good after this so-called performance.

Kudos to Manny PacquinROIDS and Bradley for an entertaining fight. Hope the bootleg fight fans aka G@yfeather supporters were watching what REAL boxing is all about. Nobody wants to watch a fighter who refuses to go for the KO, never sitting on his punches, while putting the fans to sleep. Avoid G@yfeather is what’s wrong with boxing. His PPV buys is the equivalent to someone with thousands of Twitter followers equating to real life friends. Just because G@yfeather fans flood the sport with phony support doesn’t mean he’s a draw. Those fans aren’t what drives the sport of boxing. If G@yfeather retires real fans will still watch the sport. What G@yfeather essentially does is poison the sport by turning off the true fan.

I just realised no one who predicts a fight gets it wrong. Boxtradamus predicted a 11th round Ko for Bradley. He was right in a sense as this could have happened in a parallel universe. Anyway in this reality I had Pac winning 116-112. I think Bradley needs to carry less muscle. His biceps are too big. Triceps are what propels the punch and biceps slows it down. Bradley did well with his center ring boxing but needs to ditch the exaggerated upper body movement. In order to move on Bradley needs to economize his style. Pac will most likey face Marquez again then Bradley. The tv stations should stop buying these round robin fights and force promoters to work together. Good luck to both men for the future.

Pacquiao isn’t like you SISSIES on these boards. He has PRIDE. He doesn’t care about the money. He wants to Fight Marquez and get revenge for being knocked out. He doesn’t think like the SISSIES that say he has no reason to Fight him.

How come this feather fisted Bradley droped Marquez. ? And how come Marquez couldn’t drop Bradley since he is such a big puncher ?lol …

Marquez should be lucky if he can he past Alvarado first

Hopefully PAC smart and realized he can’t win with Marquez as nothing but a ko say he lost again.
Even with a ko it’s even another match. The belt ranking is enought . He beat Marquez aka bradley
And in first place . Marquez has no belt now.

Mayweather would be lopsided and on his ass quick if he fought Pacquiao and that is a fact.

That was the hardest, luckiest shot that JMM ever landed throughout his entire career. It was a perfect one-in-a-million shot that Pac walked right into, and his chances of stopping Pac again are slim to none. JMM will be 41 if they fight again and he will lose. Just watch!

Boxtra Bradley copied Marquez tried to ko PAC using the right hand lead , hit PAC solid but as I said PAC has a strong jaw it the righ had punch he don’t see that can ko you.
In short marquez was a luck punch.
But PAC has no need to fight him again but for the money , as he has the lagecy as top dog now.

I was at the bar standing room only SO I didn’t keep track round by round but I KNOW that Bradley was UP after 4. Made Pac look like and OLD man. But then he LOST his discipline and gave the Fight away. The WIN was FOOLS Gold for Pac. IF Marquez lands the shots that feather fisted Bradley landed it will be another stoppage WIN by Marquez.

Bradley should learn to conserve his energy. He wanted to knockout Pac in the early going, but only found himself spent and out of gas. Pacquaio must really have gotten into his head.

Boxtra Floyd couldnt ko anybody from way back when he fought ricky Hatten. You can’t count Ortiz as he was not looking at Floyd , it’s normal at the top fighter. A UD win is better than a decision .

Just a boxing fan

1. TB clearly came to fight but was outclassed.

2. first 6 rounds were pretty clos IMO. and I scored it just like lederman

3. MP clearly won this fight.

4. IMO, MP has slowed down and if he ever had a chance of winning a fight vs FM, its was probably right after beating MC. I believe FM wins over MP easy if they fight now.

Can anyone tell me? The world wants to know who is the better fighter. Tim Bradley will return a better fighter after this fight I have no doubt and the way he was humble in his defeat is a real credit to him. Come on Floyd, time to man up and take a leaf out of bradleys book.

Boxtraanus is partially right when he said that there is no chance by Pac to defeat Floyd, and he is right up until there. Because the true reason is the fight of the lifetime is NOT GONNA HAPPEN.

Mayweather v Pacquiao

I think Pacquiao is being cagey with his last 2 fights, if he gets the Mayweather fight, he will go right after him and knock him out quick.

Bradley was in control of the first 4 rounds of the Fight but then gave it away by PLAYING around. He was beating Pac embarrassingly EASY until he got bored and decided to go toe to toe and then got hurt and then tried to make UP for it with taunting. Taunting doesn’t score points. Punches DO. Bradley basically LOST his poise and discipline in the Fight which is something that Mayweather doesn’t DO. Mayweather remains as #1 P4P in the World. Time to look forward to Pacquiao-Marquez V.

Massage my Big Ego

If Bradley can handle his Stamina, and stop with the wasted movement, and winging punches towards no mans land, he can go back to out working his opponents, because he sure can’t punch his opponents into submission. He’s game to win is all about how well his stamina is, if he cant’ out work his opponent, he wont win, unless there’s bias judges that will give him the nod like they did in the 1st pac and provodnikov fights, as for Mayweather, although he would mop the floor with both pac and bradley, he is a coward and wont risk losing his bargaining chip which is his 0, no losses, he’ll take his 0 to his grave before fighting a live body

would someone like to massage my big ego? Its really big.

Yes, Pacquiao is a small welterweight but at this point in is career, going down to 140 would be too hard and would make him weak. He is too small to really hurt the big welterweights, but too old to make 140 and be competitive. Pac might get embarrassed by new up and coming hungry young welterweights so I would say that he stick with the senior circuit and fight marquez. He deserves Mayweather more than anyone. Win or lose, he deserves that big payday.

On the contrary, since pac has gotten off the juice or steroids, his hands hasn’t been hurting anyone, pac didn’t land any punches of consequences in the first several rounds and Bradley was exhausted around the fourth, and Bradley is a mediocre fighter, loops punches, winging his punches in the air, wasted movement like Jermaine Taylor, tiring himself out, like an amateur, Pac should have gotten him out of there if his hands were really heavy, but he aint got that power anymore because he’s off steroids

what provodnikov did to bradley eas one ofthe worst best downs we seen in the ring. brain scrambled and pissing blood for a month. on par with the beating vitaly gave corrie sanders. just brutal. a lot of people feel bradley win i feel he lost both by score and the fight could have been stopped in the first when bradley popped up from a knock down too fast and literally dropped back down while doing a reversal and did a face plant. if u drop a second time after getting up from a knockdown the ref 90% of the time stops the fight. amazingly the ref never even ruled it a knock down. LOL

Exorcist, prodvodnikov hurt Bradley many times who btw ended the fight taking a knee and the fight ended in a plot decision but if the ref. would have counted one knockdown for Provo. Which it clearly was Provo would have won! Watch the knockdown for yourself again and see if that was a knockdown , so in that fight Bradley was lucky to get a decision due to ref. mistake

It may have cost PAC his chance of beating Floyd , but who knows maybe Bradley would have beaten Floyd. But we never know if they don’t fight. Floyd beaten a Marquez that came from jr .WW and he came down from 156 lb, so if you don’t count PAC Oscar fight win you don’t count Floyd Marquez victory, How good Floyd is compare to top rank fighter.

Massage my Big Ego

Bradley has stamina issues. He gassed out in the fourth round, and you can see the fight gradually slip away from him then. He looked like a dead man walking in the ring pushing his punches, and languishing on the ropes, daring pac to punch, all the while he was hiding the fact that he was exhausted. That appears to be Bradley’s routine when he’s tired, show his bravo and act macho. He was known as a fighter with superior stamina and durability, winning fights by out working his opponents, because he sure can’t punch through a wet paper bag. Now that he has stamina issues, he’s just a mediocre fighter.

Would someone like to massage my Ego? It’s really big.

Manny Pacquiao once again puts on one of the most brilliant boxing displays in the history of boxing. No he didn’t get the stoppage as I thought he would, but it was incredible to see him live. The MGM Grand was the most exciting venue I have ever seen. Cheers of “Manny “Manny” “Manny” was electrifying. I am nearly deaf due to the volume of fans cheering, yelling and screaming at every single punch Manny Pacquiao landed. This was a tough fight that had its ebbs and flows, and Bradley started off well, but Manny as great fighters do began to change things up and masterfully pick Bradley apart. Manny Pacquiao seemed to me a little over trained and his timing was off a bit, but he fought a great fight as usual and took back the the welterweight title and the P4P Boxing King title tonight. He will be even better in his next fight. I attended an after party for an hour and had to go get some sleep due to the high emotions, excitement and the joy of seeing the living legend display his boxing skills that will never come this way again once he’s gone. The speed, movement, fighting heart, mastery of the ring had me and the entire MGM crowd in awe. A fighter shouldn’t be able to do the things Manny Pacquiao does inside a ring. He’s a chess master, a Gretzky, a Willie Mays. Manny Pacquiao solidified himself as the greatest fighter of all time and the greatest athlete of all time. I wanted to chisel out a piece of the MGM Grand to commemorate this artist. I ran into Roy Jones Jr, Terrence Crawford, Chavez and many more athletes like Charles Barkley. Manny Pacquiao brought home the title and gave everyone in the world a reason to smile and celebrate. What a victory, what a victory, what a victory. Manny Pacquiao gave me a Birthday present that I will never forget. I was in the presence of greatness. You will never see another 8 division boxing champion again. Manny’s mother was a blessing to see. She loves her son to no ends and watched and prayed for her loving son. This brought tears to my eyes. And then to see her hug Timothy Bradley like she did is as touching as you will ever see. Jinkee must be smiling with true joy to to her wonderful husband win back and bring home to his wife, family and his people another championship. Boxing is Manny Pacquiao. The world will never be the same once the PEOPLE’S Champion leaves this wonderful sport. This is the sport that the poor can relate to the best. Struggles, mental toughness, hope for the future, survival, instinct, going another step when you don’t think you can, fighting until the end. This is boxing, and that’s why so many people love Manny Pacquiao. What we witnessed today is the most loved, treasured and admired athlete of all times come back after all the tough times he’s endured in the last few years. He could have retired for good, but he didn’t. He could have lost faith, but he didn’t. He could have blamed everyone for his tough times, but he didn’t. What he did was trust God and not let go of his faith. The road tonight was not an easy one to take. There was pain, uncertainty and some rough goings, but Manny kept his faith and fought his way to a victory for those people that need it most in life. Manny carried all of us on his shoulders tonight, and he did not let us down. People, it’s time you give Manny Pacquiao his credit even if you don’t like him. He’s a wonderful person, true champion and a man that loves God. Trust me on this. Manny is the best!

Terrible PPV. Undercards of nobodies saved a lot of money for cheapo Bob Arum. Pacquiao’s worst performance in my eyes. He was slow, getting hit a lot with his hands down, throwing a lot of flat footed meaningless shots and was missing all night. We may never see again the welterweight Pacquiao who was lightning quick against dela Hoya. Lucky for Pacquiao, Bradley also had a bad night. Bradley was already gassed by the sixth, and was loading up on one big roundhouse right which Pacquiao could see a mile coming. This wasn’t the Bradley that beat Marquez and gave us a spirited fight against Provod. At least this time, the judges got it right.

Bradley can’t handle Pac’s footwork or workrate. Pac beat him the same way this time as he did in their first fight (even though Pac wasn’t awarded the win), but this time Pac fought oh so smart. He totally frustrated Bradley and made him look like a fool. Or maybe, Bradley made himself look like a fool.

I love boxing and as a Golden Gloves fighter many years ago I know a little of the sport, but far from an expert. It is painfully obvious the bias against Pac on this website. Eastside Boxing in general is against the man. Why? Someone said (on another sports page) “an old Manny beat a prime Bradley”. To me, that puts his recent win over Bradley in perspective. Comments anyone?

This was likely the most intelligent fight Pac has done in several years.

BTW, if Marquez fights Bradley again, he’ll beat Bradley too.

Simply put, Bradley is trying to win BIG by trying to KO pacquiao. He tried to prove he is the best of the best and I can’t blame him for doing that but as it turned out, Pac got the best of him. Good win for Pacquiao

There was something that I hated about Bradley desert storm tonight it was to much non fighting and clinching just like Bernard Hopkins same junk !

Posted April 13, 2014 1:50 am

The Voice of Boxing

If I was Pac I would nowt now give Marquez a shot. We all know he wants a welter title really bad so he can be the Mexican with the most weight classes. He wanted Pac to beg him, to fight in Mexico (like he would face Pac in The Philippines) and to get equal money (like he is a major draw).
I am glad Pac won and I hope he retires. He looked decent but he is not the Pac of old. He won’t beat Mayweather like he fought tonight. He would have to throw punches in bunches and make Floyd work. If he lets Floyd control the pace, he loses by easy decision.
Floyd will Hopkins him to death (hug, clinch, potshot and do whatever he can to slow the fight down). He will potshot, hit with his forearm and whatever dirty tricks he can and Manny will be confused and frustrated.
That is if the ref allows it like they let him and Hopkins do with no warning. Floyd is longer, bigger and stronger than Manny. If the refs make them fight, Floyd is not accustomed to being in strenuous fights and he will get winded. He likes fights where there are only a few punches so he can win by 7-3 each round.

TARK

This is what I thought it would be… a 12 round D for Pac, but I thought it would be much tougher.

After all the super hard work and yap flapping by Bradley I thought he’d box much better. Tim landed a big right hand that seemed to hurt Pacquiao momentarily. Tim went right hand crazy after that — where he was extremely disciplined versus Marquez and fought a very smart fight.

He was trying to knock Pacquiao out and that was pretty stupid…and silly. He’s NOT a puncher. You take your best shot to win and that was for Tim to box, box, box, and box some more.

Pacquiao’s vast experience held him in good stead. He was very cool. He boxed carefully and concentrated on winning each round. He only attacked because Tim was letting him attack. Bradley is a very good boxer and Pac boxed the sox off of him.

Posted April 13, 2014 1:49 am

Livershot

Bradley was doing well for about 6 rounds then the wheels came off. He was throwing one punch at a time and balance was terrible loading up on every shot as he was a banger. He’s not a banger or power puncher, he’s never been in his career but he acted like it tonight for some reason. Pacquiao won again as expected but didn’t dominate or beat up Bradley. Bradley is a tough out and Pacquiao hasn’t shown power like he use too. If this version of Pacquaio fights Mayweather it would not be much of a fight, Mayweather wins big. Not sure what’s left for Bradley, he has to listen to his corner or get someone he will listen too. Bradley vs Rios sounds good for a comeback fight for Bradley.

Congratulations Mr. manny Pacquiao. You defeated very emphatically a top 5 pugilist in Desert Storm and you did it with style. Newly gained muscle mass does not necessarily translate into a victory. Mr. Bradley had thoughts of emulating the success that marquez had but it back fired badly. Pacquiao has learned from that misstep and realized that at his esscence he is a very effective boxer puncher who doesnt have to go full throttle recklessly in order to secure a win. Tim appeared as if he had trained for a four round bout such was his lack of stamina towards the halfway point. This was avery noteworthy victory for Manny Pacquiao and anyone who finds fault with it is simply letting hate rear its ugly head. Congrats Manny Pacquiao, You are a class act and an even better champion in my book. Cheers,

Pac clearly won the fight, very clearly. But, he’s not the same Pac who destroyed DLH, Hatton, Cotto, Clottey, and Margarito. Seems like he has lost a step. Now there truly is no reason for PBF to keep avoiding Pac.

Those guys saying this was close really need to learn how to score a fight. 9 rounds to 3 is NOT a close fight. Absolutely no need for a third fight, as MP outclassed TB twice. Boxing fans know that Pacquiao has already beaten Bradley twice.

Why do we need to see this fight again?

I know why … Because Bob Arum and HBO don’t have anything else to show us.

One year from now we are going to hear why Pacquiao vs. Bradley 4 is a critical fight and Pacquiao vs. Marquez 8 is also critical …

Haven’t we been there — done that.

Pacquiao fought a great fight and looked great.

Having said that, Bradley looked concussed.

Bradley was doing good early and the fight was even 3-3 after 6 rounds.

And then somewhere in the 6th or 7th round — I don’t think Pacquiao hit Bradley with a monster shot — but I think Pacquiao hit Bradley with something that gave him a concussion.

Bradley looked dazed. Bradley looked wild. Bradley was doing antics in the ring. Bradley had bad balance.

I think Bradley was concussed and maybe the accumulation of Bradley vs. Pacquiao I plus Provodnikov plus Marquez … I think Bradley’s brain has taken too many shots and it did not take a big shot to give Bradley a new concussion.

I give Bradley credit for going 12 rounds. He is tough.

But I think he is done. Bradley should retire. In my opinion he was concussed.

he will then produce a copy of his prediction that says Pac to win by out boxing Bradley. He will not mention his 3 or 4 other predictions. Later when an astute person digs it up he will claim it was an impostor. This way he can’t ever be wrong in his own world.

PAC has lost his stamina and venom. But just through his technical ability alone he was able to comfortably outbox the P4P no.3 in Bradley. PAC shud retire tho IMO. Still great, but this was a far cry from the manny of 2009…

Mike Tyson

Here’s the round-by-round updates (scoring is unofficial):
Round 1: Pacquiao jabs and lands a left to Bradley’s ribs. More jabs, he covers on a Bradley punch. Good right by Bradley to face. Jab by Bradley lands. Left-right combination by Bradley. Good right by Bradley, Pacquiao answers with left at bell. Bradley wins round, 10-9.
Round 2: Bradley swings a hard right that hits Pacquiao, who slightly covered. Bradley stumbles against pressure by Pacquiao, who is looking for an opening. He finds one with a big right, then backs Bradley to the ropes with a combination. More Pacquiao pressure and Bradley is backpedaling, but regains himself and they brawl twice. Big Bradley right. Pacquiao is OK. Pacquiao wins round, 10-9. Fight is even, 19-19.
Round 3: Pacquiao opens by landing combination. Two good Pacquiao lefts. Another Pacquiao combination and the crowd is roaring. Bradley’s superb shape is letting him endure punishment while Pacquiao is not chasing for the knockout. Good Bradley right. Answered by a better Pacquiao flurry. Good Bradley left uppercut followed by resounding Pacquiao combinations. Heck of a pace. Can they continue? Bradley still punching at end, but is fatiguing. Pacquiao wins round, 10-9. Pacquiao leads fight, 29-28.
Round 4: Pacquiao continues jabbing. Bradley swings but misses. Bradley works to the body and head. Taking a little breather here. Good rights by Bradley; Pacquiao is backed up. Pacquiao goes to the body. Some good rights by Bradley to finish. Bradley wins round, 10-9. Fight is even, 38-38.
Round 5: Left-right-left combination by Bradley has Pacquiao covering. Good left by Pacquiao with Bradley ducking down. Bradley works to the belly. Pacquiao holds down Bradley’s head as he ducks again. Good left by Pacquiao. Hard right by Bradley, followed by a good left by Bradley. Way better action than first fight. Pacquiao strikes with a left. Bradley nods like it didn’t touch him. Bradley wins round, 10-9. Bradley leads fight, 48-47.
Round 6: Opening combination by Bradley. Right-left by Bradley blocked by Pacquiao. Bradley looks fresher after Pacquiao pressure had tired him early. Left by Pacquiao. They’re each missing otherwise. Right by Bradley. Pacquiao corners Bradley, lands a glancing blow. Pacquiao wins round, 10-9. Fight is even, 57-57.
Round 7: Bradley charges in, delivers a body shot. Pacquiao lands a left. Another good left backs up Bradley, who then slips. Bradley moving head like on swivel. Pacquiao gets best of an exchange. Bradley answers with two scoring blows. Pacquiao combination, he chases looking for a big blow. Bradley asking for more. I knew he’d revert to Provodnikov warfare. He got the worst of that by far. Crowd erupts at bell. Pacquiao wins round, 10-9. Pacquiao leads fight, 67-66.
Round 8: Pacquiao lands a left. No denying Bradley can take a punch. Pacquiao combination, Bradley slips again. Pacquiao lands a right to the chin. Bradley looking for a good opening to land a whopper. And he doesn’t like the punishment he got in last round. Bradley playing around. Pacquiao jabs again. Pacquiao wins round, 10-9. Pacquiao leads fight, 77-75.

Posted April 13, 2014 1:01 am

Hey, That’s My Bike!!!

Brad 1-9 Pac – Bradley tried to box and Pac beat him to the punch most times. Bradley reverted back to the home run KO big looping punches and it isn’t working.

Brad 1-3 Pac – Pac looks calm and calculated. Bradley looks a bit wild but he did land 1 big punch. Bradleys corner is animated almost sound worried.

Posted April 13, 2014 12:37 am

Hey, That’s My Bike!!!

Brad 1-2 Pac – Pac is landing more clinical and accurate. Bradley looks to be loading up and teeing off which isn’t his game. Bradley looks better when he chases Pac down and works inside.

Posted April 12, 2014 11:53 pm

Hey, That’s My Bike!!!

Bel 8-4 Usmanee – I gotta give that to Usmanee after landing at least 10 hard, straight right hands to Beltran. I have it 116-112 UD for Beltran.

Posted April 12, 2014 11:52 pm

Tall Mike

No fighters were hurt during the making of this undercard.

Posted April 12, 2014 11:52 pm

Hey, That’s My Bike!!!

Bel 8-3 Us – Beltran looking strong and should finish this out on points. Usmanee is game and courageous, very skilful but has no power.

Posted April 12, 2014 11:48 pm

Hey, That’s My Bike!!!

Bel 7-3 Us – Beltrans power is more impressive than Usmanee constant pop shots. Good close fight other than the power.

Posted April 12, 2014 11:44 pm

Hey, That’s My Bike!!!

Bel 6-3 Us – Beltran starting to bully Usmanee around the ring. Although Usmanee is fighting back for the 3 minutes Beltran is finding the target a lot more now and it must take its toll soon. Usmanee is tough and won’t be losing any fans tonight.

Posted April 12, 2014 11:36 pm

Hey, That’s My Bike!!!

Bel 4-3 Us – Beltran might of had the round off. Usmannee was accurate and busy landing numerous shots while Beltran couldn’t pull the trigger. Usmanee landed a good right on the bell.

Weeks should have warned Vargas for driving in with his head so much. It’s no wonder that Allahkverdiev suffered that nasty cut rom a Vargas headbutt. Still it was a good decision. Vargas won the fight.

Posted April 12, 2014 11:30 pm

Hey, That’s My Bike!!!

Bel 4-2 Us – Weird round to score. Usmanee keeps coming forward and is landing. Beltran is taking his pitter patter and firing power shots, he hurt Usmanee at least once in that round. Usmanee clinching more now.

Posted April 12, 2014 11:28 pm

me

Beltrans gonna finish him w a left hook to the body.

Posted April 12, 2014 11:28 pm

Hey, That’s My Bike!!!

Bel 3-2 Us – I’ll go with Beltran only just due to the pwer shots. Usmanee is pot shotting and moving nicely but when Beltran attacks he looks like he can win at any moment. Beltran is walking through Usmanee offence too.

Posted April 12, 2014 11:24 pm

BEARS

talk about an action packed undercard

Posted April 12, 2014 11:23 pm

Hey, That’s My Bike!!!

Bel 2-2 Us – Can’t go past Beltrans power shots. Usmanee is probably more accurate but not as eye catching. Beltran has a home for the left hook and is intelligently mixing it from head to body. A body shot visually hurt Usmanee. Good busy fight.

Is the main fight next? How long until start

Posted April 12, 2014 11:17 pm

Hey, That’s My Bike!!!

Bel 1-2 Us – Beltran took the first minute off but then landed many power shots to win the round. Usmanee isn’t shy and is initiating many exchanges but Beltran looks stronger and will start to bully him.

Posted April 12, 2014 11:16 pm

Hey, That’s My Bike!!!

Bel 0-2 Us – Us fought for the entire 3 min and landed more. Beltran warmed up in the 2nd minute and when he lands it bothers Usmanee. Beltran needs to get a little busier to win the round.

Posted April 12, 2014 11:12 pm

Hey, That’s My Bike!!!

Bel 0-1 Us – Usmanee looked faster, got off his punches sooner and was evasive for most. Beltran looks to be studying and I can see him walking through Usmanee and loading up later in the fight.

Jessie Vargas won! :)

Hey, That’s My Bike!!!

Vargas 5-7 Alla – I still say you got to take it from the champ and I think Alla was winning the exchanges in R12. I have it 115-113 for Alla. Great courage shown considering both his eyes were screwed. One cut and one closed. Alla the winner for me.

Posted April 12, 2014 10:56 pm

Hey, That’s My Bike!!!

Var 5-6 Alla – Vargas started swinging wildly and missing. Then he set himself and landed some nice 1-2 combo. Alla was getting the better of most exchanges and I see this the round winner.

Posted April 12, 2014 10:48 pm

Hey, That’s My Bike!!!

Var 5-5 Alla – Alla won that round in the last minute. Even round and then Alla stunned Vargas again and stayed on him. Vargas looking tired needs to dig deep.

Posted April 12, 2014 10:47 pm

Hey, That’s My Bike!!!

Var 5-4 Alla – The cut has woken up Alla. Alla showed more urgency and landed a lot more. Vargas shows good fight when under pressure and continues to fire back but Alla did more in that round.

Posted April 12, 2014 10:43 pm

Hey, That’s My Bike!!!

Var 5-3 Alla – Head clash and a nasty cut above the eye of Alla. Nice flurry at the end of the round by both that ended up even. Vargas looks busier but it seems as though Alla is just waiting to explode.

Posted April 12, 2014 10:39 pm

Hey, That’s My Bike!!!

Var 4-3 Alla – Vargas took that one by workrate. Alla is stalking and looks good when he attacks but doesn’t do it enough. Vargas looks a little off balance or he is tired.

Posted April 12, 2014 10:34 pm

Tall Mike

I’ve seen better cards on Friday night fights. I’d rather not have an undercard and just get on with the main event.

Posted April 12, 2014 10:31 pm

Hey, That’s My Bike!!!

Var 3-3 Alla – Alla fought better for the entire 3 min. Vargas looked tired although finished the round strong. Maybe got a second wind. Alla seems to be upping the tempo each round and now he has the dominant jab.

Posted April 12, 2014 10:30 pm

Hey, That’s My Bike!!!

Var 3-2 Alla – Good round for Alla. More aggressive and better accuracy. He seems to stun Vargas every now and then although doesn’t seem as powerful. Alla confidence is building. Vargas finished with two clean shots to the head.

Posted April 12, 2014 10:26 pm

Hey, That’s My Bike!!!

Var 3-1 Alla – Alla more aggressive and stunned Vargas with a straight Left. One shot doesn’t win a round and Vargas body attack is winning it for me. Some decent combos from both but Vargas seems to be more eye catching.

Posted April 12, 2014 10:22 pm

Hey, That’s My Bike!!!

Var 2-1 Alla – Good round by Vargas. Great straight punching and left body shots. Using his right sparingly but is efficient when thrown. Alla is still in it, Vargar is just busier and accurate.

Posted April 12, 2014 10:18 pm

Hey, That’s My Bike!!!

Var 1-1 Alla – Even round give it to the champ. Alla warmed into that round and closed distance subtley and effective. Vargas still looks comfortable and can win this if he keeps jabbing.

Posted April 12, 2014 10:14 pm

Hey, That’s My Bike!!!

Var 1-0 Alla – Patient start in round 1 by both. Vargas threw more and landed more. Established a good jab and mixed up head and body shots. Good start. Alla stalking.
