Pacquiao is now ready to get his ass kicked by Mayweather
No chance of that Mr. Ghetto Thug. Your boy little floyd is chicken chit.Posted April 16, 2014 2:04 pm
I watched the fight once and I had the fight 7-5. Rounds 1,3,4,5 and 11 to Bradley. Bradley controlled the first half of the fight with his aggression and accuracy while keeping Manny missing. Manny then adjusted to the onslaught by correctly judging his distance and keeping his poise while Bradley went for the homerun shot and forgot he had a corner that was giving him advice. Very smart fight for Manny and his evolution as a fighter continues. He is definitely not a knockout artist anymore, but his speed and experience will still allow him to challenge the competition available. I hope to never see these two men fight each other ever again.Posted April 16, 2014 10:23 am
I can say with almost 100% certainty that Manny Pacquiao is the greatest fighter to ever live. His accomplishments, impact and influence on the sport and the great fighters he defeated leave no doubt in my mind that he is at the top. If you take in all the other factors like amateur experience, quality of trainer and access to quality gyms with quality fighters to work with, Manny is without a doubt the best ever. Can anyone imagine just how much greater Manny would have become if he had been raised in a boxing family like the Mayweathers along with the amateur experience and training in the Untied States. These missing pieces only make Manny Pacquiao stand head and shoulders above all past and present fighters. Manny Pacquiao learned to fight on his own. He became the only 8 division Boxing champion in history. He is at the top, and that accomplishment will never be duplicated again, trust me. A prime Manny Pacquiao had faster hands, better punching power, better agility and movement and more stamina than any fighter in history. If Manny had decided to stay at his best weight(140) that he can still make easily, no one would have ever beaten him. Manny is a miracle man to have stepped up and competed and defeated all those fighters in higher weight classes. Manny Pacquiao pound for pound IMHO is better than SR Robinson, SR Leonard. JC Chavez, H Armstrong, Kostya Tzyu, Tyson, Ali, RJ Junior, F Mayweather and others. Fans all remember Manny’s Reign of Terror as he tore through Barrera, Marquez, Hatton, De La Hoya, Margarito, Cotto, Clottey, Diaz, Mosely and others. His fights were the most action packed and exciting ever. Fans flocked from all over the world just to see him fight. Manny Pacquiao has always fought to make his fans happy. He is a warrior that challenged himself and never ran from anyone. Great fighters like Tyson, Roy Jones, Larry Holmes, Marvin Hagler, JC Chavez, Bradley, James Toney, Lennox Lewis, Roberto Duran and many more boxing legends have continually praised Manny Pacquiao. Fighters from all eras ahve been complimentary of this great iconic legend, and that speaks volumes about Manny Pacquiao the fighter and the man. Boxing fans today are lucky to have seen this once in a life time master piece of a fighter step into the ring and display his brilliance, greatness and unbelievable talent. Manny s more than a Picasso, more than a President, more than prodigy. Manny Pacquiao is boxing. I can still see the beautiful face of Dionesia Pacquiao cheering her son on with all of her passion, emotions and love for her son. She had a cross and her picture of baby Jesus as she was concerned for her son and prayed to God that Manny would not be hurt. There is nothing more touching and beautiful than to see a mother praying for her son and feeling each and every punch as if she was being hit. Manny Pacquiao should be proud to have such a loving and caring mother. Dionesia Pacquiao is a blessed lady to have given birth to the greatest fighter in boxing history. Trust me on this. Manny is the best ever!Posted April 16, 2014 2:17 am

Octavious- Go suck a big fat D-i-c-k. I am not some loser that goes around reading wikipedia before I post just so i can make sure I got every single fact right. So vernom knocked shane down. So what? Pacquiao still beat shane worst than both Mayweather and Vernon. Fact of the matter is that Pacquiao continually fights bigger men, stronger men, and beats them while mayweather only picks opponents that he can dance circles around. I honestly don’t care if Mayweather and Pacquiao ever fight at this point. Unfortunately that fight doesn’t have the same appear it once did, but how come one Sergio Martinez has been calling out Floyd for the exact same amount of time that Floyd has been ducking pacquiao (5 years) and Floyd won’t go anywhere near this guy? Floyd is a talented boxer no doubt, but talented doesn’t equate to great. This man has consistently avoided the best competition.Posted April 15, 2014 10:23 pm
Without doubt Bradley was trying to hit homerun’s he was swinging like a monkey. He did swing rather viciously against jmm but he went bananas with Manny.Posted April 15, 2014 10:15 pm
Pacman says.., “bradley tried to be mayweather”
Bradley tried to be GGG. He was shooting for the moon. Nice big right hander in the 4th round though. He connected with a beautiful screamer. That can burn a lot of energy though.
He had game for JMM … and that was more like Mayweather.Posted April 15, 2014 9:59 pm
Broner vs Pacquioa. Bradley vs Danny Garcia. Much better matchups.Posted April 15, 2014 9:43 pm
Sort of like Mayweather semi retire because of Cotto and margarito. Manny knocks out Cotto and May found courage to fight Cotto.Posted April 15, 2014 9:08 pm
if may weather decides to do his shoulder roll, he’s dead.
bradley tried to be may weather and LOST,Posted April 15, 2014 8:56 pm
You are right. It wa a UD, but if you watch the fight ut was a lot closer than the judges had it.Posted April 15, 2014 8:22 pm
Are you sure mayweather got split decision against cotto?? Um sure it was ud….Posted April 15, 2014 8:18 pm
Okie-you forgot to mention how Pacquiao destroyed Cotto and then and only then did Gayweather decide to fight him and the best he could do was a split decision.Posted April 15, 2014 8:07 pm

Manny Pacquiao fans are deluded and just plain pactarded..and Floyd Mayweather fans are of bunch of insecure little girls who go out of their way for their man to help him stop the fight from happening..whatta bunch of sorry mofos!Posted April 15, 2014 8:05 pm
Okie-Pacquiao wasn’t the one who came in over the weight limit to fight a man 2 weight classes below him, pacquiao was not the one who fought grandfather baldomir and he is not the one fighting marcos maidana.Posted April 15, 2014 8:05 pm
I think mannys foot work would give mayweather problems I don’t think Floyd has had a fight with anyone with good footwork for years.

I have respect for both fighters; so let me put that out there before I get called a FLOMO or a PACTARD or whatever it is you fanatical dim wits want to call it. Please don’t disrespect me just because I called you out on your nonsense!!Posted April 15, 2014 7:37 pm
@suckerpunch Sort of like when Floyd schooled JMM, then JMM KTFO6 Floyd. Sort of like Margarito destroyed Cotto then Pac got the balls to fight Cotto. Sort of like Mosley destroyed Margarito then Pac got the falls to fight Margarito. Sort of like Floyd destroyed Mosley then Pac got the balls to fight Mosley. Sort of like Floyd KOd Hatton then Pac got the balls to fight Hatton … It’s Pac who waits on the sideline to and lets everryone beat each other upPosted April 15, 2014 7:26 pm

Minor thing??? So because I have knowledge of the sport; I have a small mind?? The two of you are acting like Manny’s whores. You really need to get that checked out….Posted April 15, 2014 7:04 pm
Oh wow… SUCKERPUNCH got 1 minor thing wrong, so his entire statement is BS. People and their small minds.
Everything else you said was on the $$$….
JMM has Pacman’s #… that’s why the fight was so close.
Tell Floyd to get in the ring and fight Manny. That’s the only way we can tell. I don’t think the hayday has passed for this fight. I think it would still break records. Floyd’s just gotta man up.Posted April 15, 2014 6:30 pm
@SUCKERPUNCH – WORD!!!!!!!!!!!!
We won’t know for sure until both men face each other, and we all know that Maytwitter is the only person holding this fight hostage.

“Sort of like when Pac fights Marquez he struggled, when Floyd fought Marquez it looked like a high schooler against a Man.” I agree. Sort of like when Floyd fought DLH and won by split decision while Pacquiao destoyed him, sort of like when Floyd beat Cotto by Split decision and Pacquiao destroyed Cotto, sort of like when Floyed KOed Hatton and Pacquiao ended his career. Sort of like when Floyd avoided Margocheato and Pacquiao ended his career. Sort of like when Floyd beat Mosley and Pacquiao destroyed him, knocking him down for the first and only time in his career. Sort of like when Floyd Sr. Said that he was afraid for his son’s life if he ever fought Pacquiao.Posted April 15, 2014 5:54 pm
Back? He was never gone really. Clean shot by JMM and robbed first time out with Bradley. Back from where or what, exactly?Posted April 15, 2014 5:53 pm

Right jab? Unbelievable the expertise of some of these writers.Posted April 15, 2014 5:22 pm
Pac-May is a fake fight… Proves nothing at this point in their careers due to one simple fact that both are past their primes… Now had this fight happen 3-5 yrs ago it would have been different. Only amateur fans would think such nonsense of a current match. Pac NOR May really mean anything to boxing…. If they fight in the near future, I think Fraud would win….And afterwards….it would have had no significance to the sportPosted April 15, 2014 4:51 pm

Its not that Floyd is 100 times smarter than any other boxer to date, he also has the natural talent to go along with his boxing IQ..can you imagine how much greater Marquez would be be if he had the athleticism and the natural talent of Mayweather and Pacquiao to go along with his intelligence..Posted April 15, 2014 4:43 pm

“enough already”: You guys always think that you’re an expert already after watching any fights. In paper it always looks good but in reality??? Easy for you to say… enough already…Posted April 15, 2014 3:55 pm
Manny is very fast but if you look at how he fights he is always open like a Walmart. After he throws from all these crazy angles he is very accessible to counters. Marquez figured it out that if you stand toe to toes with Manny you have no chance. Bradley ike so many others learned that lession this weakend. JMM side stepped Manny while he was coming in with his world wind tactics and it was over. Floyd is 100 times smarter than any boxer to date. This will be a mismatch because Floyd is not stupid enough to dehydrate himself and get into a brawl with Manny. He would simply make him miss and make him pay for it counters over hand right Manny would be a easy win for Floyd. No one has been able to land on him and rough him up and that’s Mannys style. Which plays into Floyds hands it would be like fishing in a barrel. JMM gives Manny the blues and Floyd walked all over him enough already styles make fights…Posted April 15, 2014 3:38 pm
The Pac vs Mayweather fight is IMO the number one fight to make still, but if they don’t fight I’d like to see Floyd fight Bradley at WW or Lara at jrMW.Posted April 15, 2014 3:24 pm
I do know that styles make fights and I think Pacs all aggressive style is perfect for Floyd. I have been saying this since 09. Floyd easily beats Pac. You got your opinion and I have mine. You are posting my quote and I was addressing 2 people, just didn’t feel like splitting them up.Posted April 15, 2014 3:20 pm
Styles makes fights and Marquez style that beat Manny via counter punching is inferior to that of Floyd. You can expect Floyd to counter Manny all night long whilst absorbing very little damage. Floyd is a terrible matchup for Manny because of manny’s porous defence which he will exploit like Manny was his b$tch.Posted April 15, 2014 3:18 pm

Manny can make it interesting for the first 3 or 4 rounds against Mayweather at this stage but that’s about it IMO..I would like to see it happen in Sept so we can know for sure..Posted April 15, 2014 3:06 pm
Well I am under the impression Arum doesn’t want Pac to fight Floyd. If you look at their records they have fought some of the same fighters. Floyd fights tough fighters. He just makes them look easy. Sort of like when Pac fights Marquez he struggled, when Floyd fought Marquez it looked like a high schooler against a Man.
And when Bradley fought Marquez he won easily. Pac beat Bradley easily. You have been around long enough to understand “styles make fights”. If Pac and Marquez fought 100 times, it would always be razor close.Posted April 15, 2014 3:04 pm
PEEJ, true, JMM is always a tough fight for Manny, but if Floyd and Manny ever do meet, expect Pacquiao to give Floyd Mayweather lots of problems too. It looks like a distance fight and who knows with some decisions…Posted April 15, 2014 2:58 pm

I was one that said Bradley would win a decision. I was wrong. I think he started off good but never adjusted and Pac did. Bradley should of went back to boxing or counter punching, not keep trying to knock Pac out. Bradley just doesn’t have the power or punch technique for thatPosted April 15, 2014 1:54 pm
That he beat Bradley my bad lolPosted April 15, 2014 1:19 pm
It wasn’t a surprise he Bradley he did that already come on just another in house fight to look good step up pac and fight somebody worth watching and please not jmm or Bradley 3rd time we’ll we know Canelo would Ko pac so that won’t happenPosted April 15, 2014 1:18 pm
Bradley was off bslance tbrough out the fight. He would turn his back, hang on the ropes to countrr punch Pacquiao. He was to fsst for Bradley to catch. Bradley was outclas. He id strong fighter detrrmination. He lacks boxing skills againdt Pacquiao. Pacquiao presents is a riddle. He did a lot talking, less performance.Posted April 15, 2014 12:59 pm
The only difference between this fight and the first fight is that, the F^%$&#@ judges got it right THIS time.

Pacquiao staggered Bradley a couple of times in the second and third round before Bradley came back in the fourth and landed his best punch of the night, a straight right jab that lifted the Pac Man off his feet. Bradley continued to get better of the exchanges in the fifth round, before Pacquiao turned the bout around in the sixth.
