Sweet Science you’re the dumbest fuk in human history.

Judah lost a meek fight to Paulie, that’s how hard Zab punches… Porter punched Paulie’s lights out with real punching power. Peterson was on testosterone not steroids you ignoramus … and he punched the crap out of Khan. Lamont got the justified decision over the holding, running, and pushing fairy. Lamont damned near punched Amir’s head off. Matthysse blew Peterson away like he was nothing but Peterson had no problem with Khan, except for running the rabbit down.

And getting smashed out early by neophytes Prescott and Garcia… boy, that really showed Khan was world class… LMFAO

Te tumbo – I agree.
TARK – Your an idiot, Peterson was on steroids when he fought Khan and they gave him the hometown decision after Khan obviously won. Khan beat Maidana and Judah two big punchers. TARK your a hater. I give all clean fighters respect win lose or draw.

I meant: Virgil Hunter has a great boxing brain

Posted May 1, 2014 5:20 pm

TARK

Khan’s natural talent is good but far from great…

His speed, height, and reach are all superb… His physical toughness, firepower, chin, and boxing brain all knock down his overall talent score.

Jack Johnson and Gene Tunney had great boxing brains. Joe Louis didn’t have one—but his trainer Jack Blackburn did. He was with Louis 24/7 for most of his career.

Virgil Hill has a great boxing brain—but his time is divided among many boxers. It didn’t take Emmanuel Steward 2 years to make Wladimir Klitschko — it took more like 5 to 8 years. Khan has the time, but not the work ethic or dedication. He’s focused on a Floyd fight. That’s his whole career plan.

Khan knows he doesn’t need to win a Floyd fight… Do what Victor Ortiz did…survive the fight. Then you’ve got enough to retire on.. Don’t get hurt in any of your other fights—because you’ll be able to milk your career a bit longer… People want to fight the man who fought Floyd, so he’ll get more offers.

Khan has a lot of natural fighting talent. he’s fast, he’s explosive, and he likes to score KOs. unfortunately, Khan has been too immature to put the effort into combining his talent and skills into formidable and complete boxing-punching package. he DOES have the raw talent though. however, there’s a problem when a veteran fighter is still relying on raw talent. this matchup will reveal whether Khan finally gets it. Collazo figures to avoid Khan’s talent and test his skills.

It’s just hard to get excited about Khan. I am surprised he is still popular, with all his losses.

Gotta agree with the comments about Khan. He has looked terrible and if he was one of the best boxers he wouldn’t be looking terrible for 4 fights. He looks like he is declining. And he definitely would not accept a rematch with Maidana. Heck Maidana threw it out there for the rematch and Khan wanted no part of it. I think Maidana would beat both Kahn and Alexander if they were to fight a rematch.

Sweet Science says.., “Khan is an awesome boxer … he’s one of the best boxers.”

Khan’s not one of the best—or close to being one of the best… That’s Like saying Sylvester Stallone is a great actor.

Now…you might include: Guillermo Rigondeaux… Vasyl Lomachenko… Gary Russell… Mikey Garcia… Terence Crawford… Floyd Mayweather… Shawn Porter… Keith Thurman… Manny Pacquiao… Gennady Golovkin… Sergio Martinez… Andre Ward… Sergei Kovalev… Thibiso Mchunu… Wladimir Klitschko… or possibly even David Haye as guys on your best boxer list … I wouldn’t die laughing, they’re not that bad…

Khan is in 218th place… He can’t box well enough to beat the crude Julio Diaz decisively.

Porter and Thurman beat Julio with ease. That’s what you do to his caliber boxer.

Thurman and Porter also didn’t get knocked out by Brendis Prescott or Danny Garcia… Didn’t get floored hard by weak swinging Julio—or beaten up by wide open Lamont.

Heard khan in a few interviews this week he seem more mature and composed. He ant making silly bold prediction or looking past Collazo. I think he will have to come thro some tuff moments but I think khan on a close decision

TARK – Your a f______ idiot. I read your posts your always hating on Khan like you have something personel against him or your a racist or something. Khan is an awesome boxer dude hes one of the best boxers when he does decide to box. You already know this your just afraid that if they ever fought that he would give Floyd problems. The Khan who beat Malignagi Maidana and Judah. You mean to tell me hes not good. He was slicing up Garcia before he got caught with a haymaker hook. So he lost a few fights what does that mean? Grow up TARK.

Maidana had Khan running, rocking, stumbling, and grabbing like crazy—and he couldn’t finish the boy off… unbelievable.

To be fair… Joe Cortez hovered over them like a mother hen. Every time Maidana was punishing a grabbing Khan with one or more free punching hands Cortez started yelling “Hold it.. hold it.. hold it.. hold it.. break it up.. break it.. break it.. break..” and took his sweet time separating them. Then would point to his head or his elbow before he letting the action resume.

Okay.., If we wake up one morning and the sun is rising in the West we’re all doomed as well… since Maidana couldn’t KO China chinned Khan when he needed to.

What’s wrong with Maidana fighting Pacman even if he DOESN’T beat Floyd??? That seems to be the usual state of affairs between Floyd and Pacquiao, doesn’t it???

Yo, Dondarko

Thanks for let putting me know. Yep, I forgot about the white haired bloke, too. It’s been driving me nuts for years watching these two jerks walking out with the GBP fighters and being the first in the ring once the fight is over, always with their, insincere, cheesey grins on their grills.

Andre Ward.., “Amir, no need to spout BS stories buddy… You never sparred with me. As for taking my best shots? Whoa! I’m not sure how that would work for you.”

-Even when he went to jail 2 years ago he wasn’t convicted of anything. He took a plea deal. But was never said to be guilty- A plea deal (as in you plead guilty to a lesser charge) is a conviction. You don’t have to admit guilt to be convicted.

If Maidana wins, it will be the biggest upset since Buster Douglas KOed Mike Tyson. Mayweather by large UD. Broner will win because it’s in the script plus Molina has not fought in over a year. Collazo/Kahn is the 50/50 fight. If Kahn gets cracked on that glass jaw of his game over. If Kahn can manage to stick and move and avoid a fire fight Kahn gets a decision.

The thickest guy in boxing, Brandon Rios pops up on All Access 2 to ask Robert Garcia how far back his Row G tickets and even though Garcia explained, “A, B, C, D, E, F…G.” It still didn’t ring any bells in Rios’ thick head, so he asks him again a couple of times, “yeah, but how far is that?” All the Oxnard crew guffaw as Garcia tries in vain to explain to him, “A…B…C…”

Teddy Atlas needs to be publicly flogged for 10 months for his disparaging, defaming comments about the great Manny Pacquiao on ESPN’s First take. Atlas has been one to continually criticize the living legend, Manny Pacquiao. He reminds me of another brain damaged commentator and wannabe boxer Paulie Malignaggi. These two guys have such jealousy and envy for Manny Pacquiao, but neither has ever had any type of relationship with him. Stephen A. Smith can be added to this list of Manny haters. These guys have a platform to speak on a sport or sports without being bias. Manny Pacquiao has never failed a drug test of any kind, nor has there ever been rumors that he has failed one unlike Floyd Mayweather (3 failed tests). Just look at the TMT fighters that keep failing over and over. Manny Pacquiao is a good guy in boxing that is always a target because he is a decent, honest, sincere, humble, caring, giving role model to the millions of children, youth, teens and families all over the world. Teddy Atlas should know better than to attack many Pacquiao without a scintilla of evidence. This is the same Teddy Atlas that was a thug and ran around causing trouble and getting into trouble in his youth. This is the same guy that spent time at Rikers Island for criminal activities. Teddy Atlas comes from a good family. His father was a doctor. He has a great job commentating on the greatest sport in the world. I’m not sure why Teddy continually tries to blast Manny Pacquiao every time he gets the chance. Manny has done nothing to him in any way shape or form. I will be writing a strongly written letter to ESPN and ask for them to terminate Teddy Atlas position, and request a written letter of apology to Manny Pacquiao, his family, fans and myself personally. Teddy Atlas goes around to various universities and gives motivational speeches. He is respected by many, but to me he has tarnished any good that he has done by continually talking shots at the greatest fighter of all time without cause. In 2000, Teddy Atlas received the NFL Helping Hands Award for his charity work, which is admirable. I hope he uses one of those hands and slaps himself a few times for trying to degrade Manny Pacquiao. Manny Pacquiao is a saint among the devils in the boxing world. He treats all people with respect regardless of what they say about him. This is a man that we should look up to. A man that harbors no bad will towards others. Manny Pacquiao is a man that takes care of his family, his friends and a country. Manny Pacquiao is a congressman above reproach. He is the voice of those that have no voice. Manny Pacquiao is a special treasure that came on to the boxing world as a 15 year old. His boxing skills need no description. His character as a human being is unquestionable. The question for Teddy Atlas remains. Why do you hate Manny Pacquiao so much? The world loves Manny, trust me on this. Manny is the best.

meanwhile, i’m inspired by Collazo’s unexpected bid for relevance and excited by Khan’s desperation for a return to the same. Khan loses and he’ll be preparing for the likes of Herrera or Broner, At Most. Collazo wins(?!?) and he’s in the Pacquiao* mix, At-Least. even though Pacquiao* will do everything possible to avoid a smart and slick boxer like Collazo. anyway, an intriguing matchup with styles and emotions that should make for a very competitive matchup while it lasts.

“. . . if you are that rich you can get away with anything” tell that to EX-Clipper owner Sterling. Btw, many of you seem to be utterly clueless about what constitutes racism. Floyd may pretend to be ghetto but he’s a rich suburban kid with a Bieber-swagger, at Most. B-Hops has spouted more provocative trash than Mayweather and he’s no more than ghetto when he does it. anyway, i don’t think Floyd has the clout, cash, or credibility to be allowed into the NBA-owners club. Hell(?!) even Magic has risen no further than a symbolic “part owner” with a token 4.5% ownership of the Lakers (which he’s sold) and another fraction of “ownership” of the Dodgers but Earvin is marketing magic. particularly in L.A. where he’s beloved. otherwise, just a publicity stunt from “Money” and a notice to existing players that another money-player is poised to get in the mix and compete. no different from DLH who i think Floyd not only wants to emulate but surpass in business.

Floyd Mayweather buying the Clippers? Come on, why would anyone want to have a loud mouth, egotistical, selfish, disrespectful, criminal (long criminal record) purchasing any type of francise. Wasn’t Floyd the same guy that made all kinds of racist comments about Manny PAcquiao. Sorry, this move will never happen. Read where Floyd is interested in buying the LA Clippers, does he think he is any less a racist than Sterling? Did he forget his rants about “that little yellow midget” or his statements about “stomping the midget” or maybe forcing Manny to “cook him some egg rolls and sushi”. Pretty sure he has no chance at the Clippers.
