Canelo in his TV full access episode 2 admitted he started accumulating fights on his record at the age of 15!!! he also admitted he had more then 15 fights in one YEAR!!! during his early teen years.. against Cantina Drunks, some withe Zero fights on their Records.. ROFLMAO his record is garbage.. absolute Made up fluff and non-sense… If you included all of Cuban Laras Wins from the age of 15 he’d have a 100+ and 0 record.. These Cheating Chihuahuas should not be allowed to include fights before they were 18 years old.. It’s why all of these Mexican fighters have these high Records.. because of this type of Cheating.. Like Chavez Sr. having a 100+ something Record?? total Madeup Bullsh!t..

“All fighters should have to fight the best in their division.”

NO!!! … They need to fight appropriate opponents.. If you’re a 4-round fighter it’s only appropriate for you to fight guys of your own ability and experience.

Larry Holmes and George Foreman were both great heavyweights champions whose careers spanned 30 years each…and they were very close in age… You’d think at some point in that time span they would have fought, but they didn’t.

They both knocked out a lot of easily defeated opponents, but never fought each other.

There is no system in Boxing to stop world class fighters from mugging 3rd rate fighters.. Many top fighters feel it’s OK to KO a string of guys who are terrible matchups for them..

If you need to pay the rent and have 3 children — you’ll fight somebody you pretty much know will knock you out.. You’ll take a deep breath and say, “Make it 15,000 and I’ll do it.” … The chump change will get you through a couple months and maybe pay a back bill or two.. It’s a horrlbe deal but beggars can’t be choosers.

Why was everyone on both teams thanking Al Haymon? If Oscar and GBP is the promotor for this fight, what does Al Haymon have to do with it?

What the hell does and advisor do in the sport of boxing?

if you think a fighter is too dangerous for your fighter you belong in another business…..all fighters should have to fight the best in their division, and there should only be one champion. all other sports have only one champion

Oscar said he was against the Lara fight, but Canelo wanted it.

Canelo has the power. He’s the boxer. The fighter can overrule eveyone on his team unless he’s a weak fish. It’s a great fight and natural PPV. If Canelo loses he’s at least giving the fans the fight they want to see — unlike CHICKENSHlTTING FMJ

Everyone on social media wanted the fight so Canelo asked for it. He probably saw Angulo floor Lara twice with left hooks, studied that, and thinks that’s his ticket.

I’m going with Alvarez, but anything can happen in a fight.. Lara sought this fight and Alvarez agreed. If Oscar felt Lara was too dangerous for Alvarez, I doubt he would risk Alvarez facing him..

This fight and it’s undercard are good for the sport, GBP, and the fans. Hope to see more like it.
