Mayweather has already proved he doesn’t need Roger, that doesn’t mean he shouldn’t keep him though… Pacquiao doesn’t need Roach, but if he does need Ariza, and he needs him bad.Posted August 9, 2012 9:59 pm
Yes Nappyboy you certainly are out….good choice of words there….You are out on boxing knowledge and out on your catch-weight knowledge and most out of your weight draining knowledge, not surprising really as you have sang out of tune on boxing when ever you give it large about Maybunny…..The love that has no name…..Posted August 9, 2012 6:26 am
Both are hype job trainers one plays patty cake with the focus pads the other puts a body suit and plays the walking punching bagPosted August 8, 2012 11:12 pm
*sigh* No, of course not, ‘Can—- But you know the old adage from David Hannum,…. “There’s a sucker born every minute.”

Hell, No one needs Roger!Posted August 8, 2012 8:48 pm
Happyboy did u read the article the author said Cotto said Floyd hits harder than Pac. Thats y i said what i said the fights told a much different story.Posted August 8, 2012 6:56 pm
Happyboy lol ur kidding right did i miss something. Yes Floyd beat Cotto but who was going foward my friend. Now on to Arum stopping the fight can anyone who believes this tell me something that Arum did that overrides Floyds constant change of testing and purse split demands. How about i say 50 is stopping the fight lol.Posted August 8, 2012 6:48 pm
WHo do you think he might lose to?Posted August 8, 2012 3:04 pm
i predict that just as Paquiao has,Mayweather will also lose to somebody else besides Manny before Pac and May actually face each other. regardless of the way some fans feel about the decision in Paq’s last bout.Posted August 8, 2012 2:03 pm
Because Floyd doesn’t really come for the KO. He is not a brawler like Pac. For a boxer to have 60% KO pct is amazing, compared to a brawler like Pac with 63% KO pct. Besides, he doesn’t ask his opponents to drain which makes them susceptible to KO, like the other guy. ;-)Posted August 8, 2012 12:27 pm
Floyd is 2 years older than Pacquiao. If PBF-MP does not happen, it will be for the good of Pac and his fanatics.Posted August 8, 2012 12:22 pm

Mayweather wins convincingly against Pac. I really wish this wasn`t s,o but in reality I strongly suspect that it will be the case. One major factor behind the fight not happening is that Arum feels the same way as myself.
Mayweather is somewhat lucky/fortunate to be undefeated….Castillo and De La Hoya could easily have recieved the desisions against him.Posted August 8, 2012 10:42 am
Mayweather avoided Mayorga? Piece of babble don’t know your boxing moron. Marquez is my favourite fighter period don’t bring Mayorga and Cheatarito into this topic please.Posted August 8, 2012 7:42 am
Lmmfao lets c Pac dropped his hands in the middle of the ring and just stood there for a moment because of Cottos constant retreat and Cotto walked Floyd down all fight but Floyd hits harder. I c the changes at this site have the writers a little woozey lol.Posted August 8, 2012 7:09 am
A better question would be: “Does boxing need Floyd and Manny?” …………. the answer is no ….. I hope they both retire soon. They simply will not swallow their egos and get it on.Posted August 8, 2012 6:41 am
Stopped reading after 3rd paragraph. Authors personal bias is obvious as none of that is related to the topic.Posted August 8, 2012 3:42 am
I think you missed out something very important in you article Vitali…the word respect,it comes a very close second to every relationship a boxer and trainer has.Respect is either given or earned and over time it can be enhanced or destroyed. Many fighters have gone with other trainers after unceremoniously dumping there old one and buying into the fact they can be taught new tricks. You asked what I thought ref Manny & Floyd,I think at this stage of the game they should stick with what they got…..If it aint broke, don’t fix it…….Posted August 8, 2012 3:19 am
VITALI, YOUR COLUMN HAS MANY HOLES.
YOU ACCEPTED AND WRITE IN YOUR ARTICLE THE STATEMENT OF COTTO THAT FLOYD HIT HARDER THAN PACMAN WHICH IS UNBELIEVABLE TO SANE AND NORMAL PERSON.
HE GOT 3 AWKWARD KNOCKDOWNS COURTESY OF PACMAN’S POWER AND DECIDED TO BIKE AWAY TO SURVIVE THE FIGHT.
COTTO DID TOE TO TOE WITH FLOYD RESULTED TO FLOYD’S SWOLLEN LIPS AND BLEEDING NOSE. IF IT WILL ALLOWED UNTIL 14 ROUNDS, COTTO BY KO. FLOYD WILL KISS THE CANVAS.
Neither has wanted the fight yet. They are both milking it for all they can. Sadly the fight is probably too late. Pac isn’t what he was and Floyd, who I always thought would win, would simply school him at this point. Arum is a big reason but both sides are too blame. Picking sides is worse that the political BS we will be putting up with for the next 3 months.Posted August 8, 2012 12:51 am
But mayweather has the better resume. if u go off names. I like pacman but what is with all the catch weights. The last 3 years has been easy for pacman all the men he fought he had the advantage. They were all drained. And when we fights someone that comes up in weights of they at the same weight its 12 rounds or he loosePosted August 8, 2012 12:47 am
Pacman can’t fight unless arum signs off on it. All pacman fights is against top rank fighters. Arum is trying to keep all the money in house. Think about itPosted August 8, 2012 12:39 am
Pacquiao has had 54 fights……pbf has had what ??? twelve
Mayweather is older than pacman. Try again. How come nobody blames bob arumPosted August 8, 2012 12:36 am
Ok….lets all take a deep breath…….why has pbf and Pacquaio not happened…………BECAUSE OF arum…..he’s playing all of us…..Posted August 8, 2012 12:34 am
Bikermike mayweather is older than pacman. Try again. How come nobody blames bob arum?Posted August 8, 2012 12:33 am
it’s only ten thirty here…lads……I live in the middle of the North American Continent……I can still make trades on all stock exchanges…..Posted August 8, 2012 12:32 am
If mayweather hits harder. Why don’t he have more knockouts. I like pacman but if he ever fight mayweather, mayweather will make it look easy. Pacman can’t box. He comes stright ahead and throw a bunch of wild punches and mayweather will counter and maybe get a ko victory over pacman.Posted August 8, 2012 12:31 am
by now…even you fight fans that joined since the eighties…….join us …the guys that have been fight fans since before TV…ffs
Let us not buy any more slop……those of you who buy slop …condem the rest of us to see slop……get the fkn picturePosted August 8, 2012 12:30 am
I’d say that pbf was waiting for pac man to ‘get old’….look at how many fights each has had….now…an arguement can be made that Pacquiao has lost a step……NOW….the fight might be made in a year or so……maybe pbf can go to jail for another yr…..just to make sure Manny wears some morePosted August 8, 2012 12:21 am
Does ESB really need another Mayweather/Pacquiao article?Posted August 7, 2012 11:05 pm
