I’ll watch Quigg/Munroe over this pile of crap any day of the week!

Hatton is a joke and will leave the sport a joke.

Kingslayer – good point. None of this benefits anyone except ricky hatton.

Yeah so much for coming back for redemption and not money Ricky. Channel 5 would have been nice. I feel bad for Munroe and Quigg because hardly anyone will catch their rematch now.

You were at times fun to watch in your prime Ricky but I was never really impressed in your ability to ever be anything great..you say you’re thrilled to be back in our living room that’s good, I can’t wait to be trilled watching you get KTFO again for making a meaningless comeback..should’ve stayed retired.

“”” I’m feeling fantastic and I’m aiming to return the kindness and support I’ve received from the British public, and fans from around the world, with a win come November 24.”””

Would it not be better to return the favour by having your fight on normal tv, you greedy ba7tard.

Putting it on Primetime will not win him any new fans, but it does have a great chance of pissing off his old ones.

It’s a shame Boxnation aren’t showing this, or even putting it on Sky would have been reasonable. Hell, putting it on Channel 5 would have actually INCREASED Hatton’s fanbase (if that’s possible). He can’t need the cash that much. I bet Channel 5 would have snapped this up. They may not have coughed up a huge amount of cash, but I reckon it would have attracted a massive television audience….10 million or so??

I’d love to watch Ricky fight again, but I ain’t paying 15 quid to watch some crappy Prime Time coverage of him beating a guy that Malignaggi stopped earlier this year. It’s bad enough paying for their sub-par coverage when Pacman or Floyd are facing an elite opponent, but this is Hatton’s first fight since getting Ko’d in 2, and against Senchenko….you’re having a laugh right? Good luck to Ricky though, I hope does a job on this guy.

Dont forget to have all your excuses ready, dont forget to over train and leave it all in the gym, and dont forget to hold on for dear life so no-one can hit you. The moment you get caught you are gone
