KOrnermanits hard to judge when Khans next opponent is smaller and less powerful, he should look good beating him but that wont stop him getting KO’d the next time he gets caught flush by a big punch. Posted November 14, 2012 5:10 amozzyIf it means Khan stays quiet then that alone is an improvement we should be thankful to Hunter for. If Hunter can also get Khan to concentrate on boxing rather than slugging then that would be a welcome improvement as well. If….if….if…if…if…….. Posted November 13, 2012 9:07 pmIt’s Me, ErnieSpeaking of being over your head, my comment was aimed at Hunter, who wrote “ass hole”, so I automatically thought he was referring to you. Sharp as a ball. Posted November 13, 2012 8:37 pmFight AficionadoSure Hunter can help Khan, if he listens. Hunter’s work with Ward has made him slippery without being a runner. Khan needs some of that to protect his chin. We’ll see how stubborn he is though. Posted November 13, 2012 4:24 pmTARKI know Klitschko Sissy.. Over your head again.. Go over it with your boyfriend and he’ll explain it. Posted November 13, 2012 11:52 amGonzo the DragonbornI sincerely hope that disingenuous, bisexual scat-porn watching freak Ward and his grotesque worm-faced racist sugar daddy Hunter die tonight. GUESS WHAT THE HOLE IS STILL THERE Posted November 13, 2012 6:34 amAnonymousNever Posted November 12, 2012 10:56 pmfighteri think he could change the patience of Khan and the smarts maybe but his chin is garbage. H eneeds to learn how to box the way he does at the same time as controling the ring and the clock. Posted November 12, 2012 9:18 pmPEEJI don’t think so either. Khan is who he is, a fighter with some skills, a huge heart and a fragile chin. Won’t get you far unless you have good defense and foot work and Khan has neither. Hard to teach new tricks to someone who has been fighting for as long as he has Posted November 12, 2012 6:37 pmIt’s me, ErnieUnless he issues him a helmet, then no. Posted November 12, 2012 5:32 pmhecdogI don’t think so unless he’s a miracle worker. Khan is what he is, and it’s going to be tough to change years and years of what he’s been taught, and what he does instinctively. Khan has such a big ego, and I don’t think he can change his way of thinking for very long. Sure he’ll do it for a little while, but once he gets hit and resorts to what he knows, he will forget everything Hunter has taught him. Khan doesn’t think defense, it’s in his nature to fight and use his power and offense as his defense. I don’t see it. Maybe spending time with Hunter and Ward will boost his confidence a bit, but that’s about it. Here’s my advice to Khan. “Until you change the way you see things, those things will not change.” Free of charge. Posted November 12, 2012 5:10 pmhmmmmno. cant fix a glass chin. Posted November 12, 2012 4:47 pmBoxtradamusHunter will make a HUGE difference. He even had Witherspoon about to upset Mitchell a while back. Khan’s Boxing IQ will improve tremendously. Posted November 12, 2012 3:41 pmlargoNo Posted November 12, 2012 3:01 pmTARKIf Khan is putting “the horse before the cart” as Jackson suggests he is, then he’s lining events up correctly… After suffering a horrific KO loss he looked for somebody who can teach defense and infighting.. He didn’t realize he was so far behind the curve until Garcia blew him away with killer shots.. He took a lot of savage blows from the less precise and skilled Maidana while maintaining an early points lead.. He probably thought, “Well…a much tougher win than I expected.. But everyone has those when fighting top caliber brawlers. I’ll just keep improving and call out Mayweather.” … Danny Garcia was the wake up call he needed to change trainers.
