The reason opponents feel Pacs power is because, besides having power , he has quickness, the punches you don’t see are the ones that hurt you. There are harder punchers in the same division but not as quick, which allows the body’s reflexes to react before the punch lands, therefore the opponent can withstand the blow alot easier.

Who picks these articles to to post up on eastside. Pedestrian and not really informative, just a casual fan type of observation. This should be a forum post not an article.

mosley ran for his life fighting pacquiao…..bradly backed off contiunuously after getting hurt in the 4th round and that was him saying before the fight he will trade with many…….why do eastside boxing let these bias clowns write articles if there not on a level field……I like both fighters maybe manny a little bit more that’s only because marquez talks about his 3 fights as if they were all robberies……I had pacquiao winning 2 of 3 with marquez edging the 3rd fight……all very very close fights……I think pacquiao will hurt marquez tonight…..let the best man win

The author is anti-Pacquiao. I too was at the fight. Marquez did fight going backwards most of the night. Only when Pacquiao took breaks did he take chances to go forward. All the odd makers must have felt Pacquiao clearly won, otherwise they would not have made Pacquiao the favorite.

Marquez is too emotional, he seems tense and angry all the time, this can work against him.

I guess Marquez will resort back to counter-punching & running once he got hit hard by Pac again. 4 Knockdowns are constant reminder for JMM not to engage Pac toe to toe. Pac has 1 KO/ KD punch while JMM needs more to KD Pac. I doubt but wish JMM would be stationary vs. Pac to make their fight exciting indeed..

Author seems too biased against pacman. Geez, lighten up. Enjoy greatness while it’s here. There won’t be another pacman for a long time, if ever. Have some respect, the man is true greatness.

For the first time in his career Bradley was backing away; Mosley was a meek goat against Pacquiao, but went toe-to-toe against the bigger Canelo Alvarez. I think Marquez knows the power of Pacquiao and he would not go toe-to-toe with Pacman; he will be counter-punching again. But then Pacquiao is promising to get more aggressive unlike the counter-punching strategy that he used in the first 7 rounds of the Pacquiao-Marquez 3rd fight.

The AuthoL

Whoever the author of this article is bias against Pacquiao. While it may be true in some instances that Marquez didn’t run but most of the times he was. He was just waiting for Pacquiao to initiate the action and counterpunch. And Hey Mr Authol Pacquiao didn’t chose mosley as opponent because he is old. Why ddin’t you also mentioned that Hatton, Cotto, & Bradley are much more younger than Pacquiao when they ffought, You s***T bias authol.
