The decision was a complete joke !!! Two of the judges gave ogkoko a second round and he was counted twice and you want to tell me that’s fair????ohhhh Please I routed for the English but he got a homeland decision and everyone knows it!Posted August 4, 2012 2:35 am
The Ukrainian almost stoped the guy … And the scores are a complete joke Ukrainian won all three rounds !!!Posted August 4, 2012 2:29 am
the so called judges should wear blind folds and pick the winer after each fight or just let us know who won before the bout begins because they have already made up there minds and when one gets in troble the ref will do every thing to save him a fixed olympicsPosted August 3, 2012 4:10 pm
Mike its not clear the Ukranian won…abiding by the rules its clear it was a draw. The points scores show that. FIVE ringside judges scored the fight differently and they had a much closer view of shots landed on target rather than blocked than we do. Accept it, ogogo got the nod through Transparency and not some ‘fudge’. Why do people try to find controversy when there is none, it was a close fight. End of.Posted August 3, 2012 10:10 am
I don’t like the layout of the new website firstly!!!
Secondly this is a joke, with the final scores reading
20 : 18
No Clue…go cry into your coffee. Scores were published, system explained. no lies, no corruption, a close fight that Ogogo won now fck off trolling somewhere else.Posted August 3, 2012 8:48 am
The entire British boxing team should be covered with tar and feathers and escorted the f..k away from the Olympics…. Cheating schmucks… Khytrov is a top talent in the ultra gifted Ukrainian team that dominated the last world championships. He is a world champ and fought like one driving Ogogo around the ring like a donkey.. Earned two knockdowns and was the aggressor throughout.. they scored it even and than awarded the decision to the Brit on “higher activity rate”.. first they screw Savon royally and now this … who the f..k needs this kind of Olympic travesty?Posted August 3, 2012 8:06 am
Wow this site is different!
As for the comments, have you lot not seen the actions the AIBA have taken on officials and ref’s regarding dodgy decisions? They are the most transparent organization out there in terms fo boxing and yet you lot are so desperate to accuse home cooking you ignore their transparency. Pathetic, anything to accuse the UK of getting ‘gift’ decisions. Yes Joshua was lucky, but how you can say there is a conspiracy i dont know.
Then, haters will hate.Posted August 3, 2012 7:16 am
Huge mess up. The judges are bias towards English athletes, which is bad for the sport. Agree with ‘mogo’ that they should make right decision and apologize.Posted August 2, 2012 10:53 pm
on my, unusual step. they messed up so bad, now they feel like they need to justify themselves. what they need to do is apologize and make the right decision.Posted August 2, 2012 9:04 pm
