Yeah baby, that’s how it is done TMT !!!
I can see you know nothing about boxing lolPosted August 22, 2012 10:29 am
Agreed, Dirrell has some serious skills.Posted August 22, 2012 10:28 am
Oh dear, I see McGee taking an awful beating at the hands of Dirrell. Im not Dirrells biggest fan, but cant help but admire his skills. He got it badly wrong against Carl Froch and deserved to loose, but on the flip side it was all tactically wrong and on the occasion he did come forward he made Froch look like an absolute amatuer. Now we all know Froch aint no amateur, and mcGee does not have no where near the skills of the Cobra, so I dont see McGee landing a glove on Dirrell and Dirrell being able to hammer McGee.Posted August 22, 2012 10:26 am
your stupid he’s a dam good fighterPosted August 21, 2012 4:30 pm
great first card TMT…do that thingPosted August 21, 2012 4:29 pm
Yup I heard that as well. Kessler was also offered a $50K win bonus.
That fight would be huge in Denmark and I’d much prefer it to Dirrell.
Best of luck Brian whoever you fight!Posted August 21, 2012 8:27 am
I’d rather see Brian Magee vs Thomas Oosthuizen.Posted August 21, 2012 2:38 am
And Celestino Caballero ?Posted August 21, 2012 12:48 am
Great work TMT.Posted August 20, 2012 11:11 pm
Say what you will but this is a really good first card. When was the last time Arum had two guys with the rank of Gamboa and Dirrell on the same card for Free?? Better yet when was the last TR fight that was’nt in-house?Posted August 20, 2012 10:24 pm
“The slick southpaw with the 20-1(14) record last boxed in December of 2011 (a points win over Darryl Cunningham) and that fight was the first fight for “The Matrix” since his controversial DQ win over Arthur Abraham.”… Actually, Dirrell knocked out Cunningham in the second round. He looked pretty sharp in that outing, as well.Posted August 20, 2012 7:50 pm
For the first TMT card, I’m impressed. For the sake of boxing, I hope to see fair judging. I’m really banking on TMT to bring back TRUE boxing.Posted August 20, 2012 7:29 pm
Remember guys this is the WBA’s “regular” world title. Ward has the “Super” title… jeez it sounds like fake Punch-out title names…
It’s Me, Ernie…
Dirrell has always been WAY overrated.Posted August 20, 2012 4:18 pm

I’m not surprised to see Gamboa on the card, but will he still be in top form after the long lay off? Hopefully. I’m kind of surprised to see Dirrell on there, but have the same concerns. He “should” be great to watch, but after the long layoff? Who knows.Posted August 20, 2012 2:02 pm
I Denmark there is a story today that Camp Magee has offered Kessler a fight against Brian for 1 million US$ plus training expenses. Not sure if Kessler will accept fighting for such low amount of money.Posted August 20, 2012 1:45 pm
I can see Magee making Dirrell quit again.Posted August 20, 2012 1:35 pm
I presume this card is in Vegas but Slater should’ve reported that fact if it’s true. Anyhow Gamboa-Salgado is a good matchup I may fly to Vegas for. Not surprisingly Dirrell gets a soft touch title shot vs McGee, the weak link at 168. They’ll cherrypick for Dirrell for as long as they can.Posted August 20, 2012 12:30 pm
