Honestly I’d rather see a fight like Groves-George instead of George-Stevenson. Stevenson doesn’t try to give you much of a chance to bang and engage. He has that long reach, speed, and gets out of range very quickly. You can’t say that just since Sierra beat Don George up badly, and Groves beat up Sierra, then that means for sure Groves would beat George. It’s more likely but it’s not a guarantee at all. That’s why I say I’d like to see what happens.

instead of insisting on some entitlement to the big PPV bouts, Lara needs to redeem the suspect decision v. Molina. he was made to look bad and Lost regardless of what the scorecards decided. no fighter with less than 20 professional bouts should feel entitled to start dictating terms to more established professionals inCLUDing Molina.

gets me upset when i see a kid like molina getting pushed aside so that a bigger name can be promoted. This kid needs a break he’s put in his dues he now needs to make some cash. He’s an excellent boxer moves from side to side, bobs and weaves and punches from all angles. He’s not a heavy hitter but come on he never stops punching. You hear comments like “He makes you look bad” well what the heck this isn’t jumping jacks. If the best want to claim they’re the best then fight putt’m up or shut up and let this kid move forward.

Charles: It would be an interesting contest. 2 KO specialists. Sierra is the common denominator & look what Groves did to him. Groves vs George would make for an exciting all action fight, which has no more chance of going the distance then me winning the lottery & I’d like to see it after George dismantles Anderson again.

Groves can be pretty sloppy. If he wants to bang then Don George will bang with him. Then we’ll see what the case is. Until then, I don’t think you can put him aside like that.
