AnonymousWhy is Dirrell fighting this level of opposition??? He was fighting the champions in the Super Six… I know he needs to wipe the ring rust off, but it’s been a few years now… Posted February 5, 2013 2:11 pmIt’s Me, ErnieDirrell does deserve an Academy Award for his performance against Abraham, priceless… Posted February 5, 2013 1:22 amMrpleasepleasedirrell couldn’t ko this ham n egger? i know it’s his 1st fight in a long time but not sure how excited we should all be by this. hope he gets a crack at arthur . Posted February 4, 2013 4:19 pmNathanIt was quite clear Dirrell beat Froch, by at least 2 rounds. Froch cheated, and swung at air. Dirrell landed more often and with some hard shots. Say what you want about his “style” in that fight and vs Abraham but each fight he got more confidence. The way he fought vs Abraham was much better. Hey, That’s My Bike!!!Hahaha apparently this writer thinks that Froch vs Kessler is a waste of time. Yet, Dirrell fighting a guy, oh I mean a contender that lost to Oosthuizen is a top level test for Dirrell. JOKE!!!!!!!!!! Posted February 4, 2013 1:57 amInformerWas the most physically gifted in the super six. But instead of being called the Matrix he should be called the Tin Lion. No heart and no courage. Posted February 4, 2013 12:26 amBigtannerYeah sure it would dont talk crap pal Posted February 3, 2013 10:39 pmAnonymousWhat a waste of space. This guy will still be around looking for a title when he’s 35 trying to make up for fighting every year and a half when he was in his prime. Posted February 3, 2013 9:16 pmPEEJThats where folks where saying before, now that he is back he will be back to form after a few fights and then he goes on hiatus for another year and so. He has probably wasted some of his prime years. I really don’t think he will do to much in the sport any more and being that he is with 50 it wouldn’t bother me at all neither Posted February 3, 2013 7:18 pmIt’s Me, ErnieDirrell, one of the most overrated fighters that has come along in the past several years… Posted February 3, 2013 6:26 pmhookoffthejabyou going to matrix yourself right out of the picture andre ….. Posted February 3, 2013 4:56 pmHidalgo“impressive 10 round unanimous decision…” Impressive? Over a fighter with a 14-7 record? You kidding? Posted February 3, 2013 4:37 pmjamesyg_31Good to see Dirrell back to form, i’ve been disappointed by his inactivity as he is super talented, I thought he was on the wrong end of a home town decison against Froch in the Super 6 so consider him undefeated… After a few more fights it would be great to see him in with the winner of Froch Kessler, his style would give either of them nightmares. Posted February 3, 2013 4:17 pmLukeWhat does dirrell plan to get outta of guy like this – better off to stay home and spar – I think all but one of Gbenga’s wins were against guys with a total of ZERO wins!!
