By Harry Summers: Chris John showed superior strength and skill in a bout that was full of action until Zaiki Takemoto retired on his stool at the end of the 9th round. Takemoto won the first round as the champion was slow to start but came alive in the 2nd using a strong jab and constant pressure.
John dropped Zaiki Takemoto in the 6th and the 8th pushing the Japanese Warrior, who was brave. For his own good his corner stopped the fight at the end of the 9th.
Chris John looked very strong he said he felt great and would fight anyone his management put in front of him. “It’s not up to me but Marquez, Juarez, Pacquiao, Barrera. I am ready and I would like to fight in Vegas, I will give my best for my country I will win at all costs. I would like to thank my Indonesian followers who came to support me in Japan; they were just great, unbelievable, thank you.” continue l
