Even in his loss to Morales and draw with Marquez, have you ever seen the guy look like he's in trouble? He just pumps his fist in the air and looks for more trouble. When I hear guys like Hopkins, Camacho, Tyson say why PAC will win and Cotto loses, they have my vote. Go to ESPN and look up fighters predictions. Hopkins says PAC will chop Cotto up because of Cotto's stamina as well as being too slow and not same fighter after Margarito. Cotto did get a gift against Clottey and Mosely beat him 115-113 due to Cotto running the last 3 rounds.

El Casa, PAC deserves all the accolades from Time, Talk shows and all especially for a guy who started at 106 pounds! He earned his stripes and should be acknowledged for his accomplishments up to this point. In addition, going for an unprecedented 7 crown which is unheard of in this day and age. People who don't know, PAC was into Martial arts for a time as well as his love for basketball gives him an athletic advantage. Being calm are one of the principles in being a good martial artist. Amid PACS smiles and all, when the bell rings, it's all business. That's the way it should be. I accept the fact that PAC is a unique one of a kind fighter that comes once in a lifetime in terms of moving from 106-145. Let's see if Ivan "Boy" Calderon, who is the Strawweight champ, can pull out the same feat as PAC.

From all the rock star treatment Pac has been getting lately with the likes of appearing in the cover of TIME magazine, TV shows, receiving numerous awards in and out of the ring... He still looks remarkably calm, composed and most of all, confident. Cotto better be scared (he does actually), Pac's on a REAL roll here. Okay Sisisterko, good try but no cigar..lol Cotto cannot time shit dude. He's slow footed and methodical. PAC's reflexes are so good that he'll be able to telegragh Cotto's punches. Therefore, he's not a good counter puncher like Floyd or Marquez, who gave Manny fits. Cotto's stamina, regardless of how he trained, will fail him again. PAC will not give Cotto a chance to take his time and all and will force Cotto to exert plenty of energy. Believe me, Cotto will miss a lot of punches which will leave him tired by round 5. The pace PAC will set starts around round 6. I know Cotto will show true grit and all but grit can only get you so far. If Cotto doesn't hit PAC when they are tied up, lean on him, get him on ropes and all, it's a wrap in PAC's favor. Thanks for your honest analysis.

Been watching replays of the last three fights of both boxers. I like Cotto but Pacquiao has improved with regards to footwork and punching in angles. He can duck after delivering a punch preventing himself from being countered. Then, there's the trainer angle, Roach vs. Santiago. Bottom line, this fight is going to depend on how well Pacquiao can take Cotto's power punch. I just hope this fight lasts for 12 rounds no matter who wins.

the ability for a fighter to attain a certain level of mentality and operate from that level...shows that we as humans have the ability to learn and be the best.....i have always admired manny and his skills...but started hating him when people started using him as a platform for racial judgement.but i realize then...manny inspired me to be the fast boxer that i am now....so why hate on someone that inspires you...then i decided not to pay attention to those people that use race and country to support their arguments..since they are little minded and will only pull you down to nothing...for variety of champions to come from different part of the world shows that we as humans have the ability to learn from past champions and become great like them...with that in mind big respect to manny cotto for making this fight...and even to flyod and other top dogss...these are men that you should take only the good qualities...cuz at the end of the day..there are always two sides to things. Judgement, didn't you just say this? I don't understand then why you're hating on Pac so much as to call him pussy?? Just because he wants to even up the match a little bit? As you've been saying Pac has little girls bones compared to Cotto. So what kind of a match would it be if the one fighter has all the advantages on his side like PBF vs JMM? Boring wasn't it? The reason there is a lot of buzz about this fight MP vs MC is because the variables doesn't really give us fans and critics enough to favor one over the other. That's what makes this fight so intriguing. For the record I like both fighters but only one can win. So stop this negative postings and just appreciate the level of competition we will see this weekend. peace.

Yeah, maybe MC has advantage, but if he can;t have those landed, Manny;s Combination will start to dent him at 2-3rd round and will start to really feel the pain of repetitive onslaught by 4-5-6th by 7-8-9 its game over for MC

I almost see Miguel catching 2-3 combinations before he can unleash body shots, it will be over by 8-9th round, Cotto's face will be busted by then a dejavu with DIAZ fight, Cotto can't handle the speed and variety that Pacman spitting out from his arsenal of punches.
