26.08 - CHRISTIAN BLADT W 8 Andrzej Butowicz (Poland), Welterweight: Ex-European welterweight king Bladt returned to outpoint lanky Polish southpaw Butowicz after conceeding his title last April to Michel Trabant. Giving away height, Bladt dominated most parts of the fight, but failed to really solve the long-armed puzzle in front of him. Time and again, Butowicz was able to surprise Bladt with his awkward stand-up style, landing clean combos, though couldn't sustain the pressure long enough to make it count on the scorecards. The Dane's record now stands at 23-2-1 (6). continue
