Nope. People say every close fight was a "robbery." Just another in a LONG list of debatable decisions. :nod

Saw the fight, and had him winning for sure.
Poor Erik.
Diaz isn't gonna last though. If Morales were still in his prime, he would've KO'd that cat a long time ago.

yep. he was definitely robbed. even diaz though he lost when the scores were announced before his name was said. :-(
No but Barrera was in their first fight. :yep
Not really. Nice try though.
Morales wasn't robbed but he deserved the victory.
Close fight, I had Morales winning, I don't know about robbery

morales deserved to win by a slightly larger margin than diaz winded up winning on the scorecards, thats why I couldn't believe it when they said "still". I thought it was just bad scoring - I didn't realize how bad until it was too late.

No, I don't think he was "robbed". I think people who had him winning the fight are upset that Diaz got the nod because they wanted to see Morales finish his career with a title..

i thought morales did enough to win the fight on a close but clear decision.

Diaz won fair and square.
so why are people 2 to 1 saying he was robbed? Because they love Morales and wanted him to go out on a high?

It was a close decision.
But he was not robbed. In the first place, Diaz was the champ, and IMO, EM did not impress the judges that much to get their nod.

They were blinded by sentimentalism. They expected him to win because they thought Diaz was a mediocre fighter. They were disappointed.:lol::lol:
Move on, guys. Your idol has accepted his defeat graciously and is hanging up his gloves. Let him go. :D
Diaz is still a mediocre fighter though! It seems Morales was clearly shot and on top of that demotivated.

It was a close fight but not a robbery. I had Morales up 114-113 but I wouldn't call it a robbery.

Not a robbery. Really close fight, I had Diaz 114-113. It was a tight fight.
