Vargas obviously should demolish Mayorga in September and we know he isnt going lower then Middleweight. Tito says its 50-50 he returns and its at Middleweight if he does. Theres plenty of money in this fight cause they both have large fanbases. The 1st fight was classic and left a question what happens if Vargas isnt low blowed ? Im sure 98 percent of you will say there past it but who gives a fuck a great fight is a great fight. I dont wanna hear about who wins it I wanna know if u are intrested in it ?

Wouldnt prove anything.

We have a new welterweight era now. I dont think the likes of Mayorha, tito etc can make much of an impact, if anything theyll slow the progress of the divisions down.

Tito would brutally hammer Vargas at this point. Vargas looked worse than I've ever seen him in his last fight against Mosley. I don't particularly want to see Vargas take any more beatdowns, he's taken more punishment than most fighters during his career

True but a move up in weight should help him. Hes way to dam big for 154. Not saying he will reach his status of 99-02 but he should improve.

I dont really care. Im not asking for them to be world Champs agian im talking about a Vargas-Trinidad rematch if anyone would like to see it.

It would be a very fan friendly matchup - again.

Whether or not they are finished, it would still be fought on a highter level than, say, Gatti-Ward.

I'm interested.

I hate these stupid ass "He's past-it" post. If they are both "past-it" then it stillmake for a great fight.

Exactly, Look at Leonard-Hearns 2 they were past it but the rematch was arguablly better then the 1st fight. Fuck age at the ends of the day its a fight.

Vargas, Tito, Mayorga. FInished

Vargas looked horrible in his fight with SHane, he got KTFO, somethin serious.
Mayorga dont got no skill. He just a wild ass fighter. Throws the widest hooks in the world. Waste a lot of punches, he looks like an amateur to b honest. Tito, hasnt boxed ina while so he needs 2 get in shape 1st. But coming back from such a layoff I dont think he has enough left to actually become champ in any division.

Who gives a flying fuck if theyre shot.

They would be wildly entertaining bouts. Im pretty sure thats a good enough reason.
