This is a farce.
Hopefully the buys will be even less than last time.
Easy match for Cook, KO4.

Did anyone get the numbers for the last PPV?

What other sanctioning body would allow their "world title" to be contested in three consecutive fights between Brits? It's a joke. FW turned down a fight with Juarez for this!

It does seem strange that there hasn't been a mando imposed on the title holder for quite some time.
Cook was handpicked as an easy first defence for Arthur, which all went pear shaped.
Now we have seen Steve Foster recycled to keep the WBO belt in SN territory.
I would have thought that ****** would like to get Khan some experience fighting abroad on the DLH vs Pac bill and a solid defence for Cook.
Seems not.
Sky are a joke.

Most bloody likely, or Khan LOL

Derry Matthews will re-sign with Sports Network for whoever wins's defence!
I predicted a week or so ago that this would happen.
Had Arthur won, he'd be facing Mitchell
Had Cook won, he'd have faced A. N. Other SN fighter
How anyone can give credence to WBO straps is beyond me.

stephen foster is not ranked by the WBO. he has only fought once this year in a 6 rounder to a guy with a 7-76-2 record. surley the WBO will not rank him. he isnt even at british title level for featherweight.
this is discraceful.

I believe this ppv will be a LOT more successful and this is why:
cook fight (a farce as it has been mentioned)
enzo vs banks (should be fight of the night alongside the froch fight)
khan fight (is interesting)
And of course the great audley vs rogan
Plus: the pac-man vs de la hoya fight and its undercard fights - this is the main reason why it will be successful.

I suppose in this instance you will be getting an awful lot of boxing for your £15 - so if there are five or six of you it is only the price of a pint each.
I think it is disgraceful that a guy who isn't anywhere near proven domestic level at 126 is getting a 'world' shot at 130.
Why don't we stick Kell Brook in with Vernon Forrest while we are at it?

Nah Vernon is a light middle now so it would be a mismatch. Although they could strip him of the title and give it to Brook.
I am tempted by the bill but if it is in competition with the free Froch bill I will be watching Froch instead. The only fight I am intersted in on the ppv is the Enzo vs Banks tussle.

Froch will be on about 10ish

It's a downer on boxing that shite like this happens. A "world championship" held between a Frank ****** fighter who'll keep defending it against a fellow SN undeserving fighter or fight nobodies. I cant wait!!!

I know it is early but what time will both cards be starting? Are they running simultaneously? What is the televised undercard on the Froch show?
I can also see the usual drop out of the odd fighter throwing either card off kilter. I really want to see the Enzo vs Banks fight and will pay the £15 for that if I can see it and see Froch fight.

yeah its a terrible defence but not that surprising, the other fights on the card make up for this

exactly - the PPV is for the combined card and that is the reason I will be buying it

I'd pay £15 to watch Humberto Soto come over here and bash up Cook.
Cook was exposed (hate to use that world, but have to here) by Eleveno (as one of the ITV commentators called him), perhaps the most average world title holder in America.
Britain's only world champ, Frank LOL
Thing is Cook/Foster/Arthur/Matthews...these are British title fights.
Dont package them as the world championship and charge me ppv money frank!

****** is just keeping costs down. he is putting all his big name apart from mitchell on one card, so opponents will be bullshit.
this card is still better than the hatton vs mallignaggi one.

Who is on the Hatton vs Faggi bill?
Who is on the Hatton vs Faggi bill?
The British bill is the MW Prizefighter. Then the Vegas undercard looks shite. Only matchup that looks decent is Brian Vera-Kirkland. Looks like McEwan's now not fighting on the undercard. Then you've got Matthew Hatton with his usual slot and Bautista (the one who got starched in 1 by Ponce) fighting agaisnt a yet to be announced opponent.

Great.
Prizefighter wants axing, it was good the first time - but wearing a little thin.
Matthew Hatton bores me to tears as well - stick him in with Junior Witter, there would be so much posturing it would be untrue.
