Yeah...not really sure why they taped that. He was doing a standard Bally's workout that any guy would do coming home from the office. That's fine if that's what his trainers are having him do, but I'm not sure why they think people would be interested in it. I thought it was going to be him actually working MMA stuff. To each their own I guess.
