The Ring actually forgot to put Barrera on the list at first. They showed the lists of all the people in the poll, and they had Barrera, but they forgot to put Barrera on the results.

tyson only hw to be ranked pfp 1 and he did it twice (and may have gotten the nod in 87 also) and was second once. pretty impressive.
