I wonder if this will encourage more people to go. Might have a better chance of getting home in the evening now without too many hassles.
Also seen this on Haye's site:
*** 2-for-1 ticket offer! If you buy any ticket over £80 in value you can claim a second one absolutely free. Contact The O2 or ticketmaster to capitalise on this great 2-for-1 deal.

Does this mean Showtime isn't showing the fight in American and that's why the time has changed?

Also, a special Bunce Hour on Haye and Heavies at 2pm on Thurs 13th.
The ticket deal makes sense.
Wlad did something similar at MSG last year when thousands of tickets were available at 20 bucks! It worked. The place was banged and rowdy.
Adios.

James, you and i both know that someone is telling a little porky here. The fight next week is being brought forward because it's not selling as many tickets as expected.

There's a thread in the main section about the JC vs RJJ fight tomorrow selling only 7,000 tickets.
Cheapest ticket for the fight was apparently $150

Most people are cutting back with the credit cruch and christmas coming along. Boxing is very expensive to go to if you account for your full expenses over the trip and this month is jam packed full of big fights so the guy who would have gone to two or three are only going to one what with work and other commitments. I think all the big cards will suffer this month and it is a real shame.

the only reason we all decided not to go was the start time. at the macca fight it was carnage getting out with no tube...
thanks again JT:good
