While it was awful english, it was pretty easy to understand.

He watched Bunce's show and was shocked that setenta were favouring Jones and were putting about rumours that Joe was overweight.

He then said that he hope this fight isnt being fixed so that they have a rematch as it was revealed last week that Calzaghe and Roy have a rematch clause in their contract to fight in the Uk.

Hence more millions for both.

basically buncey said on his buildup show that Calzaghe was 6 lbs over the limit just hours before the weigh-in... he basically put it down to them not concentrating too much on the fight and more on the promotion... he said the Calzaghes wouldn't be happy with him for saying it...but basically his sources confirmed that Calzaghe would have to sevearly drain himself before the weighin.....

Also, if you look at all the recent interviews (they mention he's in the "drying out" period) plus other reports (like he gulped down loads after weigh-in) it all gives extra credance to what buncey was saying...and that is Calzaghe had problems making the weight. Buncey was also saying he wasn't really that calm because of the weight issue and also all the promoting has taken its toll...


I personally couldn't see Jones beating Calzaghe when the fight was announced.... but the nearer we get to fight night.... the more I think Jones has a chance..... Although when I see Jones and pictures of him....he does look like a battered out fighter.... his wrinkles, his eyes....the training has taken its toll....although on fight night I think Jones will look good.

One thing that gives RJJ extra motivation apart from him trying to prove he's not past it...is what I saw on the final HBO 24/7 show.... which showed RJJ in his NY hotel room looking down at the crowds on election night....and it shows him emotionally talk about black history in America...and he say "i will knock Calzaghe out now...unless he kills me"...
