What is a good exercise while using weights in a gym or exercises that will benefit my strength and endurance in boxing? Also, what type of food should I be eating that will help me stay lean?

In theory ply-metric exercises would be best if you do not want to lift heavy, since they can be done with light, or relatively light, dumbbells.
