The way he was faking that low blow when referee Wayne Kelly was warning Marquez for a low blow was really classless. Yes he was hit low a few times, but not on that occasion, and he was winning easily and in total control. He proved his toughness to the highest degree against Miranda, but i was really disappointed by that pathetic, soccer-diving-like behavior. The slow motion replay showed clearly that nothing low landed and he bends over like a little bitch as if he was hit low. He is still my favorite middleweight but i didn't like that at all.

Bernard did it against Joe as well. That was pretty pathetic.

Err, how do you know it was not low? The punch wasn't caught by the camera because the camera was behind AA's back at that time, the ref on the other hand had a pretty good look. The slow motion replay didn't show the punch in question at all, it only showed the following punches, a right hook to the body and a right hook to the head that missed.

Funny, I was impressed by him!
He proved how tough and strong he was by inviting Marquez in and taking his best shots, instead of finishing him early, as I think he could have done. I think he wanted to give the fans a show.
As to the diving, Marquez was hitting Abraham below the beltline 6/10 he was going for a bodyshot.
In my view, Abraham is only at his best and at his most ruthless against an opponent he respects. Expect to see a much smarter, more efficient and effective Abraham against Sturm/Pavlik.:good

What are you talking the slow motion showed the punch landed on the beltline and Abrahamīs acting after that was really a bit pathetic. I hope this was a one time act.

Well, he has a point, Abraham indeed faced his fair share of former welterweights/junior middleweights. But then most mws look like ww next to him :D

Abraham's strength really is amazing, how he makes 160 is beyond me. He looks like he's at least 175 in the ring.

He said in an interview after the fight that he has to get rid of about 6 kgs before a fight but that he has no problems making weight. He said, he needs it to get ready for a fight without making weight he does not feel ready.

Abraham did fight smaller men Shannon Taylor and Demers. However, would you call Ikeke, Gevor, Ayala, Miranda blonw up welters?
As for limited, did you see Pavlik's last fight?

Am I writing Chinese or what? They didn't show the FUCKING punch in the replay ffs, I rewatched it twice. AA is in the corner, Marquez lands the left that might very well be low (see pic above) followed by a right hook to the body and a right hook to the head that misses. A few seconds later they show show the replay but not from a different camera angle and even worse they only show the two hooks.

Open your eyes. The commentator even said the punch didnīt seem low - in German of course.
Here it is at 1:38 and again in slowmo at 1:50:

WTF? Because they didn't show the punch in question in the replay god dammit. The potentially low punch was the fucking left, they only showed the following two right hooks in the replay.
Watch the replay again, it is exactly as I described:
AA is in the corner covering up - Marquez throws a left (THIS IS THE FUCKING PUNCH), right hook to the body, right hook to the head -> ref intervenes -> replay that shows that only shows two right hooks.

Even if itīs the left hook, watch it at 1:38 you can see where it landed, it landed on the belt line.
How? How can you see it ? I certainly cannot and you cannot see it from this video because of the camera angle. The white corner is blocking the view and the camera is in AA back anyway. The pic I posted above is all you can see from the punch and you can't even see the glove. You just cannot see from this video if it landed on the beltline. All you can see is that the ref is having a pretty close look and a much better view than the camera and he ruled it low.
