Yeah so my mates dad is a boxing referee, Richie Davies. I've known he is a ref for ages and knew that he got to ref an early Amir Kahn and has had a few fights in Tokyo and Italy to ref but I was shocked to find out he will be refereeing tomorrow for Haye Barrett. My mate, his son, is trying to angle us some tickets but its a bit short notice but anyway, this I suppose is my only boxing claim to fame. sorri ths is definitely a drunk thread but still more pleasurable than a flint island macca thread!

yeah I already passed on my request to let the fight get brutal, not to let Monte cling on for dear life etc. not that itll work, he's a professional in every sense of the word. oh well, bring on the hayematrix now.
