Shane Mosley has been an elite fighter for close to 10 years now, but ever since his losses to Wink(no shame in that) Shane hasn't been a p4p fighter in most people's eyes. If he beats Cotto or stops him (which there is a good chance he might) he will be back in the p4p top 10 almost universally. The only question is just how high will he be p4p? I would say somewhere between 6-8 on my list, where will you guys rate him?
